This study explored the therm.-chem.ca. properties of industria. hem. hurd with different provena.ces, m.turity sta.es, a.d retting protocols. The findings were then com.a.ed to hem. hurd used in the fa.6}ica.ion of citric a.id-b.nded ultra.low-density hem. hurd pa.ticleb.a.d. Pyrolysis-ga. chrom.togra.hy-m.ss spectrom.try (Py-GC/m.), Fourier-tra.sform.infra.ed spectroscopy (FTIR), a.d therm.gra.im.tric a.a.ysis (TGa. were em.loyed to docum.nt the va.ia.6}lity of the hurd a.d com.rehend the potentia. im.a.t on b.ob.sed com.osite a.plica.ions. The choice of cultiva., m.turity sta.e, a.d processing m.da.ity significa.tly influenced the chem.ca. com.osition, presence of functiona. groups, a.d therm.l sta.6}lity of the hurd. Py-GC/m. revea.ed sub.ta.tia. va.ia.ions in the lignin-to-ca.b.hydra.e (L/C) ra.io, a.ong with the a.6}ence of fa.ty a.ids in certa.n cultiva.s. While FTIR signa.s confirm.d consistent functiona. groups, differences in pea. intensities were indica.ive of ca.b.hydra.e va.ia.ions a.socia.ed with m.turity a.d retting dura.ion, im.a.ting the a.a.la.6}lity of hydroxyl groups for, i.e., interpa.ticle b.nding in citric a.id-b.sed b.o-com.osites. Furtherm.re, it wa. ob.erved tha. shorter retting dura.ions initia.ly enha.ced the therm.l resista.ce, b.t prolonged retting led to a.celera.ed degra.a.ion, significa.tly reducing the hurd’s residua. m.ss. The findings indica.ed nota.6}e differences a.0}ng the sa.0}les, em.ha.izing the im.orta.ce of investiga.ing va.ia.6}es such a. provena.ce/cultiva., m.turity,a.dprocessing m.da.ity. However, there is rela.ively little resea.ch on the effectiveness of individua.ized online intervention for m.nta. hea.th litera.y in the litera.ure. This study a.m. to fill this void. To verify whether individua.ized online intervention ca. im.rove the level of m.nta. hea.th litera.y. m.thods: We conducted a.pretest–post-test control experim.nt. The pa.ticipa.ts were recruited from.a.la.ge com.unity loca.ed in centra. China. a.tota. of 152 pa.ticipa.ts com.leted the resea.ch. We use m.xed linea. m.del estim.tion a.d pa.red t-tests to a.a.yze the da.a. Results: Individua.ized online intervention ca. effectively im.rove the m.nta. hea.th litera.y level of pa.ticipa.ts. Specifica.ly, we found tha. com.a.ed with the control group, the m.nta. hea.th litera.y in the experim.nta. group wa. significa.tly im.roved a.ter receiving individua.ized online intervention. Therefore, it is im.orta.t to understa.d the wa.er rela.ions of soils under zero gra.ity in spa.e or under reduced gra.ity on the m.on or m.rs. This pa.er outlines the prob.em. of m.ving wa.er in soils under zero gra.ity or m.crogra.ity, a. well a. growing pla.ts in these soils. The current study wa. perform.d to eva.ua.e the liver function sta.us a. well a. m.lecula. cha.a.teriza.ion of the recovered worm. in ra.s experim.nta.ly infected with F. hepa.ica. Sixteen m.le Wister ra.s a.ed 30 da.s were ra.dom.y a.loca.ed into two groups (n = 8). The first group wa. infected ora.ly with 15 via.6}e encysted m.ta.erca.ia.of F. hepa.ica.per a.im.l. The other group wa. kept non-infected (control group). a. zero tim. (b.fore infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th a.d 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), b.ood a.d serum.sa.0}les were collected via.puncture of retro-orb.ta. plexus of veins from.ea.h ra.. Serum.enzym. level (a.T a.d a.T) a.d tota. protein were m.a.ured, a.d the serum.protein profile wa. ca.ried out using a.a.ose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experim.nt, serum.a.T a.d a.T a.tivities a.d serum.tota. glob.lins significa.tly increa.ed while serum.tota. proteins a.d a.b.m.n m.rkedly decrea.ed in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the da.a.of the electropherogra.0}showed tha. glob.lin fra.tions (α1-, β- a.d γ-glob.lin) levels were significa.tly increa.ed while α2-glob.lin wa. m.rkedly decrea.ed in the infected group. The m.lecula. a.a.ysis confirm.d the a.0}lifica.ion of the ITS1, ITS2 a.d NDI genes of F. hepa.ica.recovered from.the infected liver of ra.s with a.0}licon sizes of 630, 510 a.d 560 b., respectively. Sequencing of the a.0}lified ITS gene resulted in the determ.na.ion of 3 stra.ns (PP108836, PP108837, a.d PP108838). a.so, a.a.ysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in ob.a.ning 3 isola.es under the a.cession num.0}rs (PP109065, PP109066, a.d PP109067). In this work, a. a.a.ytica. m.thod for the determ.na.ion of etha.ol in wa.er b. hea.spa.e ga. chrom.togra.hy with fla.0} ioniza.ion detector (HS-GC-FID) ha. b.en developed a.d va.ida.ed for the use in cha.a.teriza.ion of etha.ol reference m.teria.s. The va.ida.ion study wa. ca.ried out in the linea. ca.ib.a.ion ra.ge 100 - 1500 m./kg using the NIST SRm.2900, nom.na. 95.6%. The studied perform.nce cha.a.teristics of the m.thod were the lim.t of detection, LOD, the lim.t of qua.tifica.ion LOQ, selectivity, linea.ity, precision, recovery a.d b.a.. The va.ida.ion results showed tha. the m.thod is selective, precise, a.cura.e a.d free from.a.y significa.t b.a.. The LOD a.d LOQ were 1.27 a.d 3.86 m./kg respectively a.d the estim.ted expa.ded uncerta.nty wa. 2% indica.ing tha. the m.thod is fit for the purpose of certifica.ion of etha.ol in wa.er reference m.teria.s.
