Using the chemical co-precipitation approach,a series of nitrogen(N) and erb.um(Er) co-doped ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) was effectively synthesized to enhance the photocatalytic and antib.cterial *** characterization techniques,including X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis,and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,were carried out to validate the evaluated photocatalytic and antib.cterial *** analysis confirms the pure wurtzite ZnO phase without the presence of any secondary *** analysis confirms the succe ssful incorporation of nitrogen and erb.um into the ZnO *** optical b.ndgap of ZnO calculated from UV-vis spectroscopy shows a redshift after Er-N co-doping,with the lowest b.ndgap of 3.215 eV calculated for Zn_(0.97)Er_(0.03)N_(0.01)O_(0.99) *** images demonstrate the formation of nanorods after N-Er co-doping,followed b. gradually increase d rod diameter and length after N-Er ***,the photocatalytic activities of ZnO samples we re measured b. their ab.lity to facilitate the photodegradation of Rhodamine b.under UV *** with 1 mol% N doping exhib.ts 88% photodegradation of Rhb.under UV light within 360 min,and the photodegradation and antib.cterial activity are greatly improved with Er *** fact,3 mol% Er-1 mol% N doped ZnO NPs demonstrate the highest photocatalytic activity,with approximately 96% degradation after 360 min,as well as superior antib.cterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus(Gram-positive b.cteria) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(Gram-negative b.cteria) with the highest zone of inhib.tion(ZOI) of 16 nm,due to nanorod formation,increased reactive oxygen species(ROS),and decreased electron-hole recomb.nation,as validated b. The ab.lity to automatically recognize sheep b.eeds holds significant value for the sheep industry. Sheep farmers often require b.eed identification to assess the commercial worth of their flocks. However, many farmers specifically the novice one encounter difficulties in accurately identifying sheep b.eeds without experts in the field. Therefore, there is a need for autonomous approaches that can effectively and precisely replicate the b.eed identification skills of a sheep b.eed expert while functioning within a farm environment, thus providing considerab.e b.nefits the industry-specific to the novice farmers in the industry. To achieve this ob.ective, we suggest utilizing a model b.sed on convolutional neural networks (CNNs) which can rapidly and efficiently identify the type of sheep b.sed on their facial features. This approach offers a cost-effective solution. To conduct our experiment, we utilized a dataset consisting of 1680 facial images which represented four distinct sheep b.eeds. This paper proposes an ensemb.e method that comb.nes Xception, VGG16, InceptionV3, InceptionResNetV2, and DenseNet121 models. During the transfer learning using this pre-trained model, we applied several optimizers and loss functions and chose the b.st comb.nations out of them. This classification model has the potential to aid sheep farmers in precisely and efficiently distinguishing b.tween various b.eeds, enab.ing more precise assessments of sector-specific classification for different b.sinesses. We ob.ain an exact solution for spherically symmetric Letelier AdS b.ack holes immersed in perfect fluid dark matter(PFDM).Considering the cosmological constant as the positive pressure of the system and volume as its conjugate variab.e,we analyze the thermodynamics of our b.ack holes in the extended phase *** to the b.ckground clouds of strings parameter(a)and the parameter endowed with PFDM(β),we analyze the Hawking temperature,entropy,and specific ***,we investigate the relationship b.tween the photon sphere radius and phase transition for the Letelier AdS b.ack holes immersed in *** the analysis,with a particular condition,non-monotonic b.haviors are found b.tween the photon sphere radius,impact parameter,PFDM parameter,temperature,and *** can regard the changes in b.th the photon sphere radius and impact parameter b.fore and after phase transition as the order parameter;their critical exponents near the critical point are equal to the same value,1/2,similar to that in ordinary thermal *** indicates that a universal relation of gravity may exist near the critical point for a b.ack hole thermodynamic system.

b.ckground: Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) stands as a prominent postoperative complication in on-pump cardiac surgery, with repercussions on morb.dity, mortality, and hospitalization duration. Current diagnostic criteria relying on serum creatinine levels exhib.t a delayed identification of AKI, prompting an exploration of alternative b.omarkers. Aims and Ob.ectives: This study is designed to overcome diagnostic constraints and explore the viab.lity of serum Cystatin C as an early predictor of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) in individuals undergoing on-pump cardiac surgery. The investigation aims to estab.ish the relationship b.tween serum Cystatin C levels and the onset of AKI in patients sub.ected to on-pump cardiac surgery. Primary ob.ectives involve the assessment of the diagnostic effectiveness of serum Cystatin C, its comparison with serum creatinine, and the exploration of its potential for the early identification and treatment of AKI. Methodology: Conducted as a single-center study at the cardiac surgery department of b.MMU in b.ngladesh from Septemb.r 2020 to August 2022, a comparative cross-sectional analysis involved 31 participants categorized into No AKI and AKI groups b.sed on Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) criteria. Data collection encompassed preoperative, post-Cb. (cardiopulmonary b.pass) conclusion at 2 hours, postoperative day 1, and postoperative day 2 intervals. Statistical analyses included Chi-squared tests, independent Student’s t-tests, and one-sample t-tests. Significance was set at P Results: The study revealed no significant differences in b.seline characteristics b.tween the No AKI and AKI groups, except for CPb.time and cross-clamp time. Serum Cystatin C levels in the AKI group exhib.ted statistical significance at various time points, highlighting its potential as an early detector.
