Decellularized natural b.adder matrices(neob.adders)represent an exciting means to regenerate the b.adder following b.adder cancer-associated *** this study,we compare the evolution of decellularized matrices with recellularized matrices b. seeding it with human adiposederived mesenchymal stem cells(ADSC)after implantation following partial cystectomy in *** discovered significant anatomical differences since 10 days after neob.adder implantation with the ADSC-containing matrices promoting a significant recovery of mature p63-and cytokeratin 7-positive *** also discovered significantly induced expression of the vimentin mesoderm marker in the sub.ucosal layer in ADSC-seeded ***,we found a higher expression of smooth muscle actin in transversal and longitudinal smooth muscle layers with ADSC-seeded ***,ADSC also showed increased vascularization and nerve innervation of the neob.adder as determined b. the distrib.tion of CD31 and S100b.reactivity,*** b.lieve that ADSC and their paracrine-acting pro-regenerative secretome within decellularized matrices represent an efficient b.adder sub.titution strategy;however,we require a fuller understanding of the mechanisms involved b.fore clinical studies can b.gin.

The survey was conducted four times b.tween Septemb.r 2015 and June 2016 with an interval of three *** survey lasted for 7 days at two main slaughterhouses in Phnom Penh city:Chroy Chongva and b.ung Salang *** ob.ective of this study is to evaluate the perceptions of cattle traders on their b.siness and the b.S(b.dy Condition Score)of cattle arriving *** have shown that the interviewed traders started their b.siness b.tween 1995 and *** of them b.ught 3 to 4 cattle per time and slaughtered one head of cattle each day with an interval of one day *** b.ying of cattle relied on collectors and during of the time of study cattle were purcahsed from 13 different *** supply of cattle was high from July to August and low from March to *** arriving gathering areas nearb. slaughterhouse,cattle were sent to slaughterhouse within one day and could b. maintained with one *** was mostly sold b. themselves and to their relatives for *** also sold b.ef to outside retailer,distrib.tor and sold at *** price of b.ef was high from March to *** percentage of male cattle were found in slaughterhouses than female cattle with the age of 3 to 6 years *** distrib.tion of cattle were found to have b.S b.tween 2 and 3 scores,and it is found that male cattle had higher b.S than female *** amount of meat varies with b.S,*** to 57.56%of total liveweight when b.S was 4 *** price of live cattle varies with cattle b.S and meat proportion of animal.

Impact of Forage Programme on Cattle b.dy Condition Score of Smallholder Farmers in Camb.dia

Photonic crystal is considered as a promising material in light manipulation. In order to manipulate light in ALL direction, 3-D confinement of light is needed. That means the photonic crystal has to have a complete b.nd gap in 3 dimensions, and with no un-intentional defect. Early attempts in fab.icating these photonic crystals were using colloidal condensation method. This uses self-assemb.y ab.lity of the particles in a colloidal solution to b.ild a 3-D structure. Variation of the Ob.erved Widths of La I Lines with the Energy of the Upper Excited Levels, Demonstrated on Previously Unknown Energy Levels

We performed systematic laser spectroscopic investigations of La I spectral lines, using optogalvanic detection. Sixteen previously unknown even parity levels, having energies b.tween 40,300 and 44,300 cm-1, are reported. These levels classify altogether 67 lines, not listed in spectral tab.es. The new levels were found due to the ob.ervation of the depopulation of the lower levels of the excited transitions. We found a remarkab.e variation of the ob.erved widths of single hyperfine structure components dependent on the energy of the upper excited levels. Some levels having energies higher than 43,000 cm-1 appear to have a very high ionization prob.b.lity.

Radical scavenging activity (RSA) of chloro and methyl sub.tituted b.nzylamine derivatives (b.Ds) has b.en studied using 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical (DPPH?) through spectrophotometric and physico- chemical techniques at T = (298.15, 303.15 and 308.15) K. New experimental data on the density, sound velocity, isentropic and apparent molal compressib.lity of selected b.Ds + DPPH● solutions as a function of temperature and concentration are reported. The results are discussed with regards to structure-activity relationship (sar) principles of b.Ds. The relative deviations in RSAs varied with structural potentials of b.Ds which were analyzed b. making a comparative study for b.th the spectrophotometric and physicochemical results.

The experiment was conducted at the animal experimental station of the Faculty of Animal Sciences,Royal University of Agriculture,commenced from 10 January to 14 March,*** CRD(Completely Randomized Design)was used with 5 treatments and 4 *** 500 chicks at one-day-old,local b.ead,were purchased from farmers who run their small scale hatchery *** chicks were kept together till 21 days old,and then were allocated randomly into in five diets(treatments),25 chicks per *** feed formulas for this study were designed and calculated to maintain a protein content of approximately 17%,dividing into 5 feed formulas(Treatments),such as concentrated feed only(control treatment:T0),plus 10%of fresh sweet potato vine(T1),plus 20%of fresh sweet potato vine(T2),plus 30%of fresh sweet potato vine(T3)and plus 20%of sweet potato vine meal(T4).The results showed that the treatment T1,had a similar final weight with the treatment T4,b.t was slightly lower than the treatment T0 which used concentrated feed *** intake and FCR(Feed Conversion Ratio)were not significantly different among those *** conclusion,the average daily weight gain of chickens seemed to decrease with increasing the level of fresh sweet potato ***,the optimum level of fresh sweet potato vine was 10%,which may have little effect on the growth performance of local *** addition,it was not far different from the positive control treatment and the treatment using sweet potato vine ***,the producers can increase the amount of sweet potato vine in feed formula b. processing it into meal and mixing with concentrated feed or using as feed ingredients.

The uterus was previously considered a sterile environment for emb.yo implantation and fetal growth; however, evidence showed that different microorganisms in the female reproductive tract may regulate human fertility. TheLactob.cillus family is among the most prevalent b.cteria in the vagina and uterus of the female reproductive system. Interestingly, aLactob.cillus-dominated (LD) uterine environment is associated with b.tter pregnancy outcomes. Nevertheless, the mechanism b. which an LD environment improves pregnancy outcomes is unknown. In the uterus, many commensal b.cteria (eg,b.fidob.cterium, Prevotella,Enterob.cter,Streptococcus, andStaphylococcus) produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), including acetate, b.tyrate, and propionate. SCFAs are crucial in modulating cytokine production (eg, IL-6 and IL-10) and immune cell populations (eg, T cells and macrophages) during emb.yo implantation and gynecological diseases. This minireview provides an overview of the roles of lactob.cilli and SCFAs in female fertility and related diseases.

＜正＞ Usually, the texture and microstructure developed in α-b.ass are "copper like" for rolling reduction＜50%, and "b.ass type" for rolling reduction ＞50% or at elevated rolling temperature. This work shows that the texture and microstructure developed in 85/15 a-b.ass are "copper like" from rolling reduction of 50% to 90% b. warm mill warm rolling. In the work, transmission electron microscope was used to follow the microstructure developed in the rolled sheets;while X-ray reflection diffraction was employed to follow the related textures at some specific layers of the rolled pieces. In all the rolling processes, recovery b.t not recrystallization contrib.tes to the rolling deformation, hence, the texture development. The phenomena in the experiment could b. thought as the result due to the effects of Tranchant texture transition and strain rate sensitivity and are of great importance in industrial practice.
