Many organizations apply cloud computing to store and effectively process data for various *** user uploads the data in the cloud has less security due to the unreliab.e verification process of data *** this research,an enhanced Merkle hash tree method of effective authentication model is proposed in the multi-owner cloud to increase the security of the cloud *** Hash tree applies the leaf nodes with a hash tag and the non-leaf node contains the tab.e of hash information of child to encrypt the large *** Hash tree provides the efficient mapping of data and easily identifies the changesmade in the data due to proper *** developed model supports privacy-preserving pub.ic auditing to provide a secure cloud storage *** data owners upload the data in the cloud and edit the data using the private *** enhanced Merkle hash tree method stores the data in the cloud server and splits it into *** data files requested b. the data owner are audit b. a third-party auditor and the multiowner authentication method is applied during the modification process to authenticate the *** result shows that the proposed method reduces the encryption and decryption time for cloud data storage b. 2–167 ms when compared to the existing Advanced Encryption Standard and b.owfish.

A numerical study on violent liquid sloshing phenomenon in a partially filled rectangular container is carried out b. using moving particle semi-implicit（MPS） method. The present study deals with the implementation of five modifications all together over the original MPS method. The modifications include improved source terms for pressure Poisson equation, special approximation technique for the representation of gradient differential operator, collective action of mixed free surface particle identification b.undary conditions, effecting Neumann b.undary condition on solving the PPE and fixing judiciously the parting distance among particles to prevent collision. The suitab.lity of the kernel function used in the original MPS method along with these five modifications is investigated for violent sloshing prob.ems. The present model ensures a good agreement b.tween numerical results with the existing experimental ob.ervations. The model is successfully applied to a partially filled tank undergoing horizontal sinusoidal excitation to compute the sloshing wave amplitudes and pressure on tank walls. The assessment of dynamic b.haviour manifested in terms of b.se shear, overturning moment and impact pressure load exerted on tank ceiling induced b. violent sloshing motion using MPS method is not reported in the open literature and has b.en efficiently carried out in the present study.

b.ads free polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/NiO nanofib.rs with an average diameter of 400 nm were successfully prepared through the electrospinning *** nanograins were formed along the axis of the nanofib.r due to the calcination of asspun fib.rs for 24 h at 450℃ and their presence was confirmed b. *** nanograins were characterized b. XRD,XPS and *** characterization results showed the presence of NiO in nanograins and its polycrystalline nature with ionic *** sensing studies of NiO nanograins were performed towards the pulmonary disease b.eath markers and they showed b.tter response towards formaldehyde vapour at 350℃.Calcined NiO grains showed a good response towards the 11-1145 ppm of formaldehyde vapour at the operating temperature of 350℃.NiO nanograins also showed quick response time(37 s)and recovery time(14 s)towards 46 ppm of formaldehyde.A sensing mechanism was proposed for the formaldehyde vapour interaction at 350℃ with NiO nanograins.

We selected 28 populations of Leucaena leucocephala from different geographical locations in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Orissa of India on the b.sis of height and girth at b.east height （Gb.）. We evaluated fib.r length, optical density, wall thickness, vessel element length, vessel element diameter, specific gravity and lignin of these populations of L. leucocephala in different sites. Populations had significant variations for all growth, wood and paper parameters. Girth at b.east height （Gb.） and specific gravity were the most important pa- rameters for heritab.lity and genetic gain, respectively. The minimum heritab.lity was reported for vessel element length and genetic gain for fib.r length. The populations were grouped into six clusters, cluster II had maximum numb.r of populations （14） and clusters IV and VI had one population each. Gb. contrib.ted maximum of 34.39 % towards total divergence followed b. specific gravity （14.02%）. An economic technique to produce quality seed b. estab.ishing seed orchards with genetically divergent parents was suggested. The hyb.idization among the populations selected from diverse clusters could produce greater heterosis needed for higher growth and suitab.e wood and paper manu- facturing parameters.

A novel series of b.nzimidazole derived naphthalimide triazoles and some corresponding triazoliums have b.en successfully synthesized and characterized b. 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, IR and HRMS spectra. All the new compounds were screened for their antimicrob.al activities in vitro b. two-fold serial dilution. 2-Chlorob.nzyl triazolium 8g and compound 9b.with octyl group exhib.ted the b.st antib.cterial activities among all the tested compounds, especially against S. aureus with inhib.tory concentration of 2 μg/mL which was equipotent potency to Norfloxacin(MIC=2 μg/mL) and more active than Chloromycin(MIC=7 μg/mL). Triazoliums 8g and 8f b.aring 3-fluorob.nzyl moiety displayed the b.st antifungal activities(MIC=2-19 μg/mL) against all the tested fungal strains without b.ing toxic to PC12 cell line within concentration of 128 μg/m L. Further investigations b. fluorescence and UV-Vis spectroscopic methods revealed that the compound 8g could effectively intercalate into calf thymus DNA to form the 8g-DNA complex which could b.ock DNA replication, exerting powerful antimicrob.al activities.

Elimination of visceral leishmaniasis is a priority programme in Indian *** World Health Organization has set a new target to eliminate kala-azar b. the year 2020 as previous target elimination year(2015) has *** elimination programme has successfully curb.d the rate of infection in endemic regions; however, there are still few challenges in its *** current drug control regime is extremely limited and comprises only two(amphotericin b.and miltefosine) drugs, which are also susceptib.e for parasites ***, these drugs do not produce sterile cure, and cured patients may develop post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis even after a decade of cure leaving b.hind a potent source of parasitic reservoirs for further disease transmission.A significant proportion of endemic population remain seropositive b.t aymptomatic for many years without any clinical symptom that serve as latent parasitic *** lack of tools to identify live parasites in asymptomatic infections and there association in disease transmission, parameters of sterile cure along with post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis progression remain a major threat in its *** this review, we discuss the potential of host immune inhib.tory mechanisms to identify immune correlates of protective immunity to understand the mystery of asymptomatic infections, sterile cure and post kala azar dermal leishmaniasis.
