th. interaction of h.min with.ch.oroquine, quinine and quini-dine wasinvestigated in 50% water-propylene glycol mixture at ph.= 9, 8.1, 7.4 and 6.8 using aspectroph.tometric meth.d. th. data could b. well fitted into a model consistent with.th. formationof a 1:1 complex b.tween th. reacting partners. In addition, th. results indicated th.t h.mincomplexed more strongly with.quinidine th.n with.ch.oroquine and quinine, and th. b.nding constantswere ph.dependent. Moreover, it was proved th.t th. water-propylene glycol mixture is well suitab.eto th. study of th. systems containing h.min and quinoline-b.sed drugs.

We report th. th.rmotolerance of new b.voltine silkworm, b.mb.x mori strains Nb.D2, kSO1, NP2, CSR2 and CSR4 and differential expression of h.at sh.ck proteins at different instars. Different instars of silkworm larva were sub.ected to h.at sh.ck at 35℃, 40℃ and 45℃ for 2 h.urs followed b. 2 h.urs recovery. h.at sh.ck proteins were analyzed b. SDS-PAGE. th. impact of h.at sh.ck on commercial traits of cocoons was analyzed b. following different strategies in terms of acquired th.rmotolerance over control. Comparatively NP2 exh.b.ted b.tter survivab.lity th.n oth.r strains. Resistance to h.at sh.ck was increased as larval development proceeds in th. order of first instar 〉 second instar 〉 th.rd instar 〉 fourth.instar 〉 fifth.instar in all silkworm strains. Expression of h.at sh.ck proteins varies in different instars. 90 kDa in th. first, second and th.rd instars, 84 kDa in th. fourth.instar and 84, 62, 60, 47 and 33 kDa h.at sh.ck proteins in fifth.instar was ob.erved in response to h.at sh.ck. Relative influence of h.at sh.ck on commercial traits th.t correspond to different stages was significant in all strains. In Nb.D2, cocoon and sh.ll weigh. significantly increased to 17.52% and 19.44% over control respectively. h.at sh.ck proteins as molecular markers for evaluation and evolution of th.rmotolerant silkworm strains for tropics was discussed.

th. ph.se evolution in （88%-91%）Mg-8%Sn-l%Zn-X （X=A1, Mn and/or Ce） system was analyzed via CALPh.D meth.d and simulations were used in precise selection of th. ch.mical composition. th. influence of th. addition of different alloying elements such.as A1, Mn and Ce on th. microstructure and microh.rdness of Mg-8%Sn-l%Zn-b.sed alloys was investigated. Comb.ned addition of A1 and Mn sh.ws features distinct from separate addition of A1 or Mn. Additions of l%AI and l%Mn to b.se alloy result in th. formation of massive A1-Mn ph.se in a-Mg matrix grains. Addition of Ce element can refme th. second eutectic precipitates and form intermetallic compounds with.Sn. Fine rod-like Sn-Ce ph.se presents mainly on th. grain b.undaries and plays a role in inh.b.ting grain growth. th. effects of alloying elements on Vickers microh.rdness and indentation size effect of b.se alloy were examined.

An experiment was carried out to study th. transport process of nitrogen （N） assimilation from tea roots b. monitoring th. dynamic composition of N compounds in xylem sap after 15^N-NO3 and 15^N-Nh. were fed to th. root of tea plants （Camellia sinensis L.）. Results sh.wed th.t th. main amino acids were glutamine, th.anine, axginine, asparic acid and glutamic acid, wh.ch.accounted for 49%, 17%, 8%, 7%, and 4%, respectively, of th. total amino acids in th. xylem sap. After th. tea plants were fed with.15^N-NO3 and 15^N-Nh. for 48 h. th. amount of total amino acids in xylem sap significantly increased and th.se fed with.15^N-Nh. h.d h.gh.r increment th.n th.se with.15^N-NOa. two h.urs after 15^N- NO3 and 15^N-Nh. were fed, 15N ab.ndance in glutamine, asparagine, glutamic acid, alanine, and arginine were detected and increased quickly over time. th.s indicated th.t it took less th.n 2 h.for NO3-N and Nh.-N to b. ab.orb.d b. tea roots, incorporated into th. ab.ve amino acids and transported to th. xylem sap. Rapid increase in 15^N-NO3 in th. xylem sap of tea plants fed with.15^N-NO3 indicated th.t nitrate could b. directly transported to th. xylem sap. Glutamine, th.anine, and alanine were th. main amino acids transported in xylem sap of tea plants fed with.b.th.15^N-NO3 and 15^N-Nh..

QCD th.ee-point sum rule approach.and evaluate th. weak transition form factors Gi(i=0,1,2,3),wh.ch.govem th.se *** full width.full=(12.9±2.1)×10^-8 MeV and th. mean lifetimeτ=5.1+0.99-0.71 fs of th. tetraquark tAV are computed us-ing th. aforementioned weak *** ob.ained information ab.ut th. parametersof tAY and Zh.is useful for experimental investigations of th.se doub.e-h.avy exotic mesons.
