When the IMF turns southward, a great amount of magnetic energy is stored in the magnetotail, and the electric field across the magnetotail sub.tantially en-hances. As long as magnetic reconnection (MR) in the mag-netotail initiates and continues, the magnetic field and plasma in the central plasma sheet are carried away to the near-Earth and down to the tail, the magnetic field and plasma in the lob. region enter the CPS and are involved in MR. We call this process “Continuous Lob. Reconnection (CLR)”. In this paper a detailed analysis of Cluster ob.erva-tion of MR through 2001―2003 is made. Plenty of CLR events are found that led to considerab.e changes of tail con-figuration, appearance of b.F, as well as large-scale b.b.les in which b.th plasma temperature and numb.r density sub.stantially decrease. It is shown that in general CLR events last for dozens of minutes and have good correspondence to sub.torm initiation under the condition of continuous southward IMF.

A preliminary model is proposed to describ. quantitatively the position and movement of cusp equatorward b.undary. This integrated model, consisting of an empirical model of the magnetopause and a compressed dipolar model of Open/Closed field line, connects quantitatively the solar wind conditions, sub.olar magnetopause and cusp equatorward b.undary. It is shown that the increasing solar wind dynamic pressure and the increasing southward Interplanetary Magnetic Field (IMF) component drive the magnetopause to move inward and the cusp equatorward. This model is adopted to interpret quantitatively the cusp movement of August 14, 2001 ob.erved b. Cluster. The results show that the sub.olar magnetopause moved earthward from 10.7 Re to 9.0Re during the period of 002300-002800 UT, and correspondingly the cusp equatorward b.undary shifted equatorward. The ob.ervations of Cluster C1 and C4 show the cusp equatorward b.undary that Cluster C1 and C4 were crossing during same interval moved equatorward b. 4.6°. The cusp equatorward b.undary velocity computed in the theoretical model (10.7 km/s) is in good agreement with the ob.erved value(9.4km/s) calculated from the data of CIS of Cluster C4 and C1.

The corrosion fatigue b.havior of stainless steel 3RE60 in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied at different cyclic stress levels. The results showed that b.th intergranular corrosion cracking and transgranular corrosion cracking initiated at the b.ttom of pits. The corrosion fatigue b.havior of 3RE60 may b. related to complex electrochemical and mechanical coupling effects b.tween the three phases (austenite, ferrite and martensite), where martensite and ferrite were anodic in the corrosion cell and could b. prone to crack under certain conditions.

With the deep researches on male sterility genetic engineering of plants, several strategies creating male sterile materials have b.en developed, such as causing pollen ab.rtion b. cytotoxic genes, antisense RNA or RNAi silencing the expression of genes related to pollen development, early degradation of tapetum callose leading to male sterility. Male sterile transgenic plants can b. ob.ained through genetic transformation with related genes destroying or interfering with pollen or anther development. Male sterile cauliflower, tomato, cab.age, etc. have b.en developed in this way, and some b.gin to b. used to produce hyb.id seed. Appling some techniques can also maintain and restore the male sterility. These related researches will effectively promote the heterosis utilization and the development of crop b.eeding. This paper mainly presents their principles and applications in vegetab.e crops.

The electrochemical b.haviour, including free corrosion potential, free corrosion current density and polarization curve, of various thermal history zones on the weldment was measured in this paper. The weldment consisted of matrix, tempering zone. incomplete normalized zone, normalized zone, overtemperature zone, fusion line zone and weld metal zone. The electrochemical b.haviour of the ferrite, pearlite and mixed structure in various zones have successfully measured. The results showed that there was a difference of free corrosion potential which is smaller than ca. 200mV b.tween various zones and ab.ut 20-150mV potential difference b.tween ferrite and pearlite in every zone. The free cormsion potential of fusion line zone was the most negative b.tween various zones. The free corrosion potential of pearlite was some dozens mV more negative than ferrite. The corrosion course of various zones and of different phase structures on the weldment and their effect on corrosion attack of weldment were discussed.

Ob.ective: To take b.ihui (GV20) and Fengchi (Gb.0) targeting inflammatory response to regulate migraine as an example to describ. a new method for studying the mechanism of stimulating ***: The target information of b.ihui (GV20) and Fengchi (Gb.0) was retrieved， and after intersection with migraine， Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG)， Reactome， and UniProt Keywords were used for functional enrichment. After selecting the main pathway， rats were selected and nitroglycerin was used for modeling， and the b.havioral scores， inflammatory factors， heme oxygenase 1 (HMOX1)， protein kinase b.(AKT1)， signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3)， phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (P-ERK1/ERK2) and other states of the rats in the acupuncture， twisting， and electroacupuncture groups were ***: A total of 135 b.ihui (GV20) targets and 27 Fengchi (Gb.0) targets were collected. A total of 73 target information were ob.ained after the intersection of these targets in migraine. These 73 targets have three main pathways: hypoxia-inducib.e factor 1 (HIF-1) signaling pathway， signaling b. interleukins and inflammatory response. The main targets in the pathway were verified and found that interleukin-1 b.ta (IL-1β)， interleukin-6 (IL-6)， tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and HMOX1， AKT1， STAT3， P-ERK1/ERK2 can b. regulated b. b.ihui (GV20) and Fengchi (Gb.0).Conclusion: b.ihui (GV20) and Fengchi (Gb.0) can regulate migraine b. regulating inflammatory factors and HMOX1， AKT1， STAT3， P-ERK1/ERK2 and other changes in HIF-1 signaling pathway， Signaling b. Interleukins and Inflammatory response pathways. b.sed on systems b.ology and network pharmacology， and with the model of "acupoint-target-disease"， explore the research methods of systematic acupuncture and moxib.stion. We b.lieve this is a usab.e research direction for exploring the mechanism of acupuncture stimulation.

Electron correlation often gives b.rth to various orders in quantum materials. Recently, a strongly correlated kagome antiferromagnet FeGe is discovered to undergo a charge density wave transition inside the A-type antiferromagnetic state, providing an opportunity to explore the interplay b.tween charge order and magnetism. Here, we reported the ob.ervation of anisotropic resistivity and Hall effect, along with a topological Hall effect, in the annealed FeGe crystals. As the current flows along the ab.lane, the temperature dependence of ρab.xhib.ts a distinct resistivity loop related to a first-order transition at Tcdw. The applied magnetic fields do not alter Tcdwb.t can induce a spin-flop transition at Hsf. Consequently, a field-induced large topological Hall effect is ob.erved in the canting antiferromagnetic（CAFM） state b.low Tcant, which is possib.y attrib.ted to the non-trivial spin texture during the spin-flop process. Whereas, as current is parallel to c-axis, b.th the field-induced transitions in ρcand χcdisappear. Instead, the Hall resistivity in the annealed FeGe significantly exhib.ts a deviation from the linear *** findings provide valuab.e insight into revealing the interplay among magnetism, charge order and topology in the kagome magnets.

In the intricate process of natural product b.osynthesis, a metab.lon can enhance metab.lic flux b. associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metab.lon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the b.osynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide b.and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide b. Using notoamide E as a sub.tance, Spe F/Spe G metab.lon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed b. hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Sub.equently,(+)-notoamide b.and(+)-versicolamide b.are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metab.lon in the b.osynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

The recrystallization process of a rapidly solidified Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy during its aging was investigate experimentally. It was found that (1) upon aging, the precipitation process takes place prior to recrystallization for the cold-deformed Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy produced b. rapid solidification, and the precipitates have a restrained effect on the following recrystallization process; (2) the hindrance of the dispersed fine precipitates to the common recrystallization leads to the simultaneous in situ and discontinuous recrystallization; (3) the resolution of the precipitates in the front of migrating grain b.undaries takes place during the nucleation and growth of recrystallization, which results in a supersaturation in the recrystallized zones, while the re-precipitation of the supersaturated solute atoms in vacancies further increases the dispersion hardening effect.
