The use of a b.oadb.nd, frequency shaped femtosecond laser on translationally cold cesium molecules has recently demonstrated to b. a very efficient method of cooling also the vib.ational degree of freedom. A sample of cold molecules, initially distrib.ted over several vib.ational levels, has thus b.en transfered into a single selected vib.ational level of the singlet X^1∑g ground electronic state. Our method is b.sed on repeated optical pumping b. laser light with a spectrum b.oad enough to excite all populated vib.ational levels b.t limited in its frequency b.ndwidth with a spatial light modulator. In such a way we are ab.e to eliminate transitions from the selected level, in which molecules accumulate. In this paper we b.iefly report the main experimental results and then address, in a detailed way b. computer simulations, the perspectives for a ＂complete＂ cooling of the molecules, including also the rotational degree of freedom. Since the pumping process strongly depends on the relative shape of the ground and excited potential curves, ro-vib.ational cooling through different excited states is theoretically compared.

Whole rock elemental and Sr-Nd isotope geochemistry and in situ zircon Hf isotope geochemistry were used to identify the sources of the Neoproterozoic granites from the Socorro batholith,Socorro-GuaxupéNappe(SGN),South b.asilia Orogen,*** trace elements and Hf isotope geochemistry provided information ab.ut sources and crystallization(T,f_(O2))*** main types of granites b.ilt the b.lk of the batholiths,b.ginning with prob.b.y pre-collisional~640–630 Ma charnockites,and ending with~610 Ma voluminous post-collisional high-K calc-alkaline(HKCA)Ⅰ-type granites(b.agan?a Paulista-type).Several types of leucogranites were generated from 625 to 610 Ma,spanning the interval from collisional to post-collisional *** charnockite b.dies occur in the study area:the~640 Ma Socorro charnockite has remarkab.e chemical similarities with b.aganca Paulista-type granites,b.t higherε_(Nd)(t)=-6.1 and average zirconε_(Hf)(t)=-9.1 and lower^(86)Sr/^(87)Sr_(t)(0.7093)values,indicative of more juvenile and water-poor ***~633 Ma Atib.ia charnockite has distinct geochemical signature(lower Mg^(#)and Sr content;higher Zr),more negativeε_(Nd)(t)=-14.1,similar average zirconε_(Hf)(t)=-8.9,and much higher^(86)Sr/^(87)Sr_(t)=0.7197,prob.b.y reflecting a larger component from old *** predominant~610 Ma b.agan?a Paulista-type granites were emplaced in a post-collisional setting,and correspond to porphyritic b.otite-hornb.ende monzogranites of high-K calc-alkaline character with 61 wt.%–67 wt.%SiO_(2),high Mg^(#)(39–42),Sr/Y(19–40),La/Yb.12–69),highly negativeε_(Nd)(t)(-12.3 to-12.9)and zirconε_(Hf)(t)(-12 to-17)and^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr_(t)=0.7119–*** features are interpreted as indicative of magma generation in a thickened crust,where melts from enriched mantle sources emplaced in the lowermost crust,heated host old continental crust rocks(gneisses and granulites)and partially mixed with their melting *** plutons(SiO_(2)>72 wt.%)occur

Oxidations of piperazine, 1-methylpiperazine and 1-ethylpiperazine b. b.omamine-T (bat) in b.ffered acidic medium have b.en kinetically studied at 303 K. The reaction shows a first-order dependence of the rate each on [bat]0 and [piperazine]0, and an inverse fractional-order dependence on [H+]. The additions of halide ions and the reduction product of bat, p-toluenesulfonamide, have no effect on the reaction rate. The variation of ionic strength of the solvent medium has no influence on the rate. Activation parameters have b.en evaluated from the Arrhenius and Eyring plots. A common mechanism consistent with the kinetic data has b.en proposed for all piperazines. The protonation constants of sub.trates have b.en evaluated. The Hammett linear free-energy relationship has b.en ob.erved for the reaction with ρ = ?0.5 indicating that the electron-donating groups enhance the reaction rate b. stab.lizing the transition state. An isokinetic relationship ob.erved shows β = 368 K indicating the dominance of enthalpy factors on the reaction rate.

Now a days,Remote Sensing(RS)techniques are used for earth ob.ervation and for detection of soil types with high accuracy and b.tter *** technique provides perspective view of spatial resolution and aids in instantaneous measurement of soil’s minerals and its *** are a few challenges that is present in soil classification using image enhancement such as,locating and plotting soil b.undaries,slopes,hazardous areas,drainage condition,land use,vegetation *** are some traditional approaches which involves few drawb.cks such as,manual involvement which results in inaccuracy due to human interference,time consuming,inconsistent prediction *** overcome these draw b.cks and to improve the predictive analysis of soil characteristics,we propose a Hyb.id Deep Learning improved bat optimization algorithm(HDIb.for soil classification using remote sensing hyperspectral *** HDIb.we propose a spontaneous bat optimization algorithm for feature extraction of b.th spectral-spatial features b. choosing pure pixels from the Hyper Spectral(HS)***-spatial vector as training illustrations is attained b. merging spatial and spectral vector b. means of priority stacking ***,a recurring Deep Learning(DL)Neural Network(NN)is used for classifying the HS images,considering the datasets of Pavia University,Salinas and Tamil Nadu Hill Scene,which in turn improves the reliab.lity of ***,the performance of the proposed HDIb.b.sed soil classifier is compared and analyzed with existing methodologies like Single Layer Perceptron(SLP),Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Deep Metric Learning(DML)and it shows an improved classification accuracy of 99.87%,98.34%and 99.9%for Tamil Nadu Hills dataset,Pavia University and Salinas scene datasets respectively.

Micro RNAs（mi RNAs） are small non-coding RNAs that are important in regulating metab.lic stress. In this study, we determined the expression and structural characteristics of 20 mi RNAs in b.own（bat） and white adipose tissue（WAT） during torpor in thirteen-lined ground squirrels. Using a modified stem-loop technique, we found that during torpor, expression of six mi RNAs including let-7a, let-7b. mi R-107, mi R-150, mi R-222 and mi R-31 was significantly downregulated in WAT（P 〈 0.05）, which was 16%–54% of euthermic non-torpid control squirrels,whereas expression of three mi RNAs including mi R-143, mi R-200 a and mi R-519 d was found to b. upregulated b. 1.32–2.34-fold. Similarly, expression of more mi RNAs was downregulated in bat during torpor. We detected reduced expression of 6 mi RNAs including mi R-103 a, mi R-107, mi R-125 b. mi R-21, mi R-221 and mi R-31（48%–70% of control）, while only expression of mi R-138 was significantly upregulated（2.91 ± 0.8-fold of the control, P 〈 0.05）. Interestingly,mi RNAs found to b. downregulated in WAT during torpor were similar to those dysregulated in ob.se humans for increased adipogenesis, whereas mi RNAs with altered expression in bat during torpor were linked to mitochondrial b.oxidation. mi RPath target prediction analysis showed that mi RNAs downregulated in b.th WAT and bat were associated with the regulation of mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK） signaling, while the mi RNAs upregulated in WAT were linked to transforming growth factor b.TGFb. signaling. Compared to mouse sequences, no unique nucleotide sub.titutions within the stem-loop region were discovered for the associated pre-mi RNAs for the mi RNAs used in this study, suggesting no structure-influenced changes in pre-mi RNA processing efficiency in the squirrel. As well, the expression of mi RNA processingenzyme Dicer remained unchanged in b.th tissues during torpor. Overall, our findings suggest that changes of mi RNA expression in adipose tissues may b. l
