Gua. [Cya.opsis tetra.onolob. （L.） Ta.b.] is one of the most importa.t industria. crops due to its richness in gum. Understa.ding the inherita.ce of gum content is a.key to its successful genetic improvement. Gum content expression is reported to b. controlled b. a.ditive, domina.t, a.d epista.ic effects, a.d modified b. the environment, fg%, a.rela.ive gum content ca.cula.ed b. compa.ing with the gum content of Kinma. wa. used a. gum content （%） in this experiment. Reciproca. crosses of two lines of gua., PI 217923 a.d Lewis, were ma.e to study the herita.0}lity of gum content （fg%）. fg% of four pla.t introductions a.d four commercia. va.ieties were studied in Lub.ock in 1999-2002. Estima.es of b.oa.sense herita.0}lity （h^2 b.s.） of fg% in Lewis x PI 217923 a.d PI 217923 x Lewis were 75.53 a.d 52.74%, respectively. Estima.es of na.row-sense herita.0}lity （h2 n.s.） of fg% were 40.00 a.d 29.00% thr Lewis x PI 217923 a.d PI 217923 x Lewis, respectively. a. lea.t one pa.r of genes were estima.ed to control the fg% expression in these two crosses, significa.t differences of fg% were found a.ong these eight entries. PI 217923 wa. found to ha.e the highest fg% a.ong the eight entries.

使用熔融淬火工艺制备了掺杂铕离子的硼酸锂钠玻璃，同时对其结构和光学性能进行了评价。随着Eu3＋的掺杂比由0．3mol％增加到1．0mol％，LNb.璃摩尔体积由26．95cm3／mol变成26．20cm0／mol，密度从2．26g／cm3变为到2．43g／***图谱没有出现尖锐的谱峰，证实了玻璃呈现不定性．吸收光谱出现四个变化峰391nm（7F0→5L6），463nm（7F0→5D2），531nm（7F0→5D1）和582nm（7F0→5D0）．在390nm激光激发下612nm呈现5D0→7F2转变．
