The interpreta.ion of VLF-EM da.a.is ca.ried out qua.ita.ively using Fra.er a.d Ka.ous-Hjelt filters a.d the interpreta.ion of sounding da.a.is done using IPI2 win softwa.e. VLF-EM da.a.signifies the exa.t fra.ture zones founded on higher va.ues of rela.ive current density tha. coincide to the sub.urfa.e fra.ture. The survey wa. conducted on a. interva. of 10 m interva. a.ong tra.erses a. South-North direction ra.ging from 620 - 640 m in length. The plot of filtered rea. a.d filtered ima.ina.y identified noticea.0}e fra.ture zone close to the surfa.e which wa. la.er further delinea.ed b. (VES) technique. VES soundings were ca.ried out a. loca.ions of prominent VLF a.oma.ies presuma.0}y typica. of b.sement fra.ture using a.0}2 of 80 m. Results interpreted show la.ers thickness a.d their corresponding resistivity, top soil (0.5 m to 3.45 m, 51.9 Ωm to 318 Ωm), underla.n b. cla. to confined cla. (4.56 m to 54 m, 7.88 Ωm to 60.2 Ωm) which is underla.n b. fra.tured/fresh b.sement (5.76 m to 73.9 m, 40.3 Ωm to 197 Ωm). The overb.rden ma.eria.s underla.n a.e fa. a.a. to sub.urfa.e (b.d rock) in most of the a.ea.to support the da.. The cla. ma.eria.s which could serve a. conduit, exist within the sha.low overb.rden which wa. not exca.a.ed during the construction. Therefore it wa. concluded tha. the da. ca.not reta.n its strength to oppose the da. a.a.nst colla.se.
