The tumor microenvironment（TME） differs from normal tissue cells in its physiological and biochemical *** construction of TME-responsive nanoplatforms requires a tedious preparation process and complex multicomponent *** this work,Er@EGCG-Cu,a TME-responsive nanoplatform,was simply and rapidly synthesized by combining rare earth-doped nanomaterials（NaLuF4:Yb,Er） with EGCG-Cu which is based on the ability of metal ions to coordinate with polyphenols to form a metal-phenolic network（MPN） *** MPN structure is then destroyed under an acidic TME,releasing the chemotherapy（CT） drug EGCG,which can cause apoptosis,CuxSyis generated by combining Cu2+with h2S overexpressed in human colorectal cancer cells and can be used for photothermal therapy（PTT）.Cell experiments show that laser irradiation improves the CT/PTT synergistic effect of Er@*** study has significance for the construction of TME-responsive nanomedicines with simple and rapid preparation for synergistic therapy.

Transformer-based models have facilitated significant advances in object ***,their extensive computational consumption and suboptimal detection of dense small objects curtail their applicability in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)*** these limitations,we propose a hybrid transformer-based detector,h-DETR,and enhance it for dense small objects,leading to an accurate and efficient ***,we introduce a hybrid transformer encoder,which integrates a convolutional neural network-based cross-scale fusion module with the original encoder to handle multi-scale feature sequences more ***,we propose two novel strategies to enhance detection performance without incurring additional inference *** filter is designed to cope with the dense clustering inherent in drone-captured images by counteracting similar queries with a training-aware non-maximum *** denoising learning is a novel enhancement method inspired by adversarial learning,which improves the detection of numerous small targets by counteracting the effects of artificial spatial and semantic *** experiments on the VisDrone and UAVDT datasets substantiate the effectiveness of our approach,achieving a significant improvement in accuracy with a reduction in computational *** method achieves 31.9%and 21.1%AP on the VisDrone and UAVDT datasets,respectively,and has a faster inference speed,making it a competitive model in UAV image object detection.

The macroscopic flow behavior and rheological properties of cemented paste backfill(CPb)are highly impacted by the inherent structure of the paste *** this study,the effects of shear-induced forces and proportioning parameters on the microstructure of fresh CPb were *** size evolution and distribution of floc/agglomerate/particles of paste were monitored by focused beam reflection measuring(FbRM)technique,and the influencing factors of aggregation and breakage kinetics of CPb were *** results indicate that influenced by both internal and external factors,the paste kinetics evolution covers the dynamic phase and the stable *** the mass content or the cement-tailings ratio can accelerate aggregation kinetics,which is advantageous for the rise of average floc ***,the admixture and high shear can improve breaking kinetics,which is beneficial to reduce the average floc *** chord length resembles a normal distribution somewhat,with a peak value of approximate 20μ*** particle disaggregation con-stant(k_(2))is positively correlated with the agitation rate,and k_(2) is five orders of magnitude greater than the particle aggregation constant(k1).The kinetics model depicts the evolution law of particles over time quantitatively and provides a theoretical foundation for the micromechanics of complicated rheological behavior of paste.

Given the difficulty in accurately evaluating the fatigue performance of large composite wind turbine blades(referred to as blades),this paper takes the main beam structure of the blade with a rectangular cross-sectionas the simulation object and establishes a composite laminate rectangular beam structure that simultaneouslyincludes the flange,web,and adhesive layer,referred to as the blade main beam sub-structure specimen,throughthe definition of blade *** paper examines the progressive damage evolution law of the compositelaminate rectangular beam utilizing an improved 3D hashin failure criterion,cohesive zone model,b-K failurecriterion,and computer simulation *** static loading,the layup angle of the anti-shear web hasa close relationship with the static load-carrying capacity of the composite laminate rectangular beam;under fatigueloading,the fatigue damage will first occur in the lower flange adhesive area of the whole composite laminaterectangular beam and ultimately result in the fracture failure of the entire *** results provide a theoreticalreference and foundation for evaluating and predicting the fatigue performance of the blade main beamstructure and even the full-size blade.

Enhancing XRF sensor-based sorting of porphyritic copper ore using particle swarm optimization-support vector machine(PSO-SVM)algorithm

X-ray fluorescence(XRF)sensor-based ore sorting enables efficient beneficiation of heterogeneous ores,while intraparticle heterogeneity can cause significant grade detection errors,leading to misclassifications and hindering widespread technology *** classification models are crucial to determine if actual grade exceeds the sorting threshold using localized XRF *** studies mainly used linear regression(LR)algorithms including simple linear regression(SLR),multivariable linear regression(MLR),and multivariable linear regression with interaction(MLRI)but often fell short attaining satisfactory *** study employed the particle swarm optimization support vector machine(PSO-SVM)algorithm for sorting porphyritic copper ore ***-scale results showed PSO-SVM out-performed LR and raw data(RD)models and the significant interaction effects among input features was *** poor input data quality,PSO-SVM demonstrated exceptional ***-scale sorting achieved 93.0%accuracy,0.24%grade increase,84.94%recovery rate,57.02%discard rate,and a remarkable 39.62 yuan/t net smelter return(NSR)increase compared to no *** improvements were achieved by the PSO-SVM model with optimized input combinations and highest data quality(T=10,T is XRF testing times).The unsuitability of LR methods for XRF sensor-based sorting of investigated sample is *** element selection and mineral association analysis elucidate element importance and influence mechanisms.

The rice false smut disease, caused by Ustilaginoidea virens, has emerged as a significantglobal threat to rice production. The mechanism of carbon catabolite repression plays a crucial role in theefficient utilization of carbon nutrients and enzyme regulation in the presence of complex nutritionalconditions. Although significant progress has been made in understanding carbon catabolite repression infungi such as Aspergillus nidulans and Magnaporthe oryzae, its role in U. virens remains unclear. Toaddress this knowledge gap, we identified UvCreA, a pivotal component of carbon catabolite repression,in U. virens. Our investigation revealed that UvCreA localized to the nucleus. Deletion of UvCreA resultedin decreased growth and pathogenicity in U. virens. Through RNA-seq analysis, it was found that theknockout of UvCreA led to the up-regulation of 514 genes and down-regulation of 640 genes. Moreover,UvCreA was found to be involved in the transcriptional regulation of pathogenic genes and genesassociated with carbon metabolism in U. virens. In summary, our findings indicated that UvCreA isimportant in fungal development, virulence, and the utilization of carbon sources through transcriptionalregulation, thus making it a critical element of carbon catabolite repression.

Organic conjugated polymers have received extensive attention due to their unique electronic ***,there have been relatively few reports on the dark photocatalytic reactions utilizing organic conjugated ***,we report the successful synthesis of an organic conjugated polymer based on poly(heptazine imide)nanocrystals(CNNCs)for h_(2)O_(2)evolution and biomedical applications using a simple salt molten method and sonication-centrifugation *** results show that these colloid CNNCs have the characteristics of photogenerated electrons accumulation and realize dark photocatalysis with high reducibility under visible light ***,these accumulating photogenerated electrons can reduce O_(2)in darkness to produce h_(2)O_(2).In addition,cytotoxicity tests were conducted and it was found that h_(2)O_(2)produced under dark conditions could oxidize L-arginine(L-Arg)to NO,which effectively killed tumors in the *** work provides an important strategy to construct organic conjugated semiconductor nanocrystals and applying them to future energy and biomedical fields.

Correlative Mn-Co catalyst excels Pt in oxygen reduction reaction of quasi-solid-state zinc-air batteries

Zn-air batteries(ZAbs)as a class of promising energy storage setups are generally powered by efficient and robust catalysts at the oxygen-involving *** the existing non-noble catalysts have outperformed noble Pt benchmark in the alkaline liquid-state ZAbs,to the best of our knowledge few have excelled Pt in quasi-solid-state(QSS)***,we found that an integrated Mn-Co cathode derived from the bimetallic Mn/Co metal organic frameworks generates a 1.4-fold greater power density in the QSS ZAbs than a Pt cathode while its power density in liquid-state ZAbs is only 0.8-fold of the ***,such Mn-Co catalyst delivers high-rate oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)capability with half-wave potential of 0.84 *** in-depth characterizations and analyses have demonstrated that the Co and Mn species show the specific affinity towards h_(2)O and O_(2),respectively,synergizing the ORR process in the water-deficient environment of QSS *** work has enlightened the rational design of non-noble metal catalysts to improve the power density of QSS ZAbs.
