Helicobacter pylori are ubiquitous Gram-negative bacteria with a high estimated level of infection in the world populations, but a majority of the infected persons are asymptomatic. This pathogen has been classified by the World Health Organization as a class I carcinogen and recognized as the causal agent of most peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis that might lead to stomach cancer. Although not all the transmission pathways of these bacteria into humans have been properly identified, enough data have suggested that the oral-oral or fecal-oral ones are the main infection routes. Helicobacter pylori have been detected in non-treated water and in drinking water, which suggested that water might be an important infection source. As childhood is the critical period of infection, the aim of the present work was to examine the presence of Helicobacter pylori in soil samples from public playing areas of Spanish parks.

1.引言真正的问题不是机器是否会思考,而是人是否会思考。——burrhus Frederic Skineer由于未来的制造业(即工业4.0 [1])需要超灵活的智能制造系统(根据个性化产品自动调整生产工艺变化),因此专用制造系统正在逐步淡出我们的视线[2–4]。制造车间可以成为非结构环境。在这样的环境中,制造系统和制造工艺通过自适应实时决策动态改变其工艺工程。目前,提升制造业灵活性和重构性的一个新兴趋势是使用可与人类一同工作的高效的协作式机器[5–7]。

Purpose:Cytokines and other growth factors such as interleukins play an important role in the pathogenesis of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).Interindividual variations in cytokine production seem to correlate with some cytokine gene *** purpose of this study was to analyse the distribution of these cytokine gene variants in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RD)with and without ***:Single nucleotide polymorphisms were analysed for five cytokines:tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10).Patients were divided into two surgically treated groups of RD patients:group RD had 27 patients with RD,and group PVR had 31 patients with RD complicated by PVR.A control group was composed of 46 ethnically matched healthy ***:The genotype distribution of the TGF-β 1 codon 10 polymorphism differed between PVR and RD patients(p=0.018)and between PVR patients and controls in codon 25(p =0.011).There was a higher frequency of TGF-β 1 codon 10 allele T in PVR patients compared with RD patients(p=0.023).No statistically significant differences between groups were observed for the other polymorphisms ***:An association between the TGF-β 1 genetic profile and the development of PVR was detected in this *** studies are necessary to confirm this finding and to establish its clinical relevance.

白介素-13与脓毒症患儿的生存率有关

Forty-eight children with sepsis were studied. Interleukin-13 (IL-13) levels were lower in patients who died at admission (P = 0.014) and at 6 h (P = 0.037), and in patients with refractory shock at 0 (P = 0.03) and particularly at 6 h (P = 0.0009). IL-13 levels did not correlate with other cytokines (IL-1b, IL-10, IL-12, TNFr), CRP or neutrophil count. Low IL-13 levels in the early hours of sepsis are associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion: IL-13, a Th-2 cytokine fundamental in the pathogenesis of atopy,might also have a protective role against severe infections in children.
