Text classification or categorization is the procedure of automatically tagging a textual document with most related labels or *** the number of labels is limited to one,the task becomes single-label text *** Arabic texts include unstructured information also like English texts,and that is understandable for machine learning(ML)techniques,the text is changed and demonstrated by numerical *** recent times,the dominant method for natural language processing(NLP)tasks is recurrent neural network(RNN),in general,long short termmemory(LSTM)and convolutional neural network(CNN).Deep learning(DL)models are currently presented for deriving a massive amount of text deep features to an optimum performance from distinct domains such as text detection,medical image analysis,and so *** paper introduces aModified Dragonfly Optimization with Extreme Learning Machine for Text Representation and Recognition(MDFO-EMTRR)model *** presentedMDFO-EMTRR technique mainly concentrates on the recognition and classification of the Arabic *** achieve this,theMDFO-EMTRRtechnique encompasses data pre-processing to transform the input data into compatible ***,the ELM model is utilized for the representation and recognition of the Arabic *** last,the MDFO algorithm was exploited for optimal tuning of the parameters related to the ELM method and thereby accomplish enhanced classifier *** experimental result analysis of the MDFO-EMTRR system was performed on benchmark datasets and attained maximum accuracy of 99.74%.

In recent years,wireless networks are widely used in different *** phenomenon has increased the number of Internet of Things(IoT)devices and their *** IoT has numerous advantages,the commonly-used IoT devices are exposed to cyber-attacks *** scenario necessitates real-time automated detection and the mitigation of different types of attacks in high-traffic *** Software-Defined Networking(SDN)technique and the Machine Learning(ML)-based intrusion detection technique are effective tools that can quickly respond to different types of attacks in the IoT *** Intrusion Detection System(IDS)models can be employed to secure the SDN-enabled IoT environment in this *** current study devises a Harmony Search algorithmbased Feature Selection with Optimal Convolutional Autoencoder(HSAFSOCAE)for intrusion detection in the SDN-enabled IoT *** presented HSAFS-OCAE method follows a three-stage process in which the Harmony Search Algorithm-based FS(HSAFS)technique is exploited at first for feature ***,the CAE method is leveraged to recognize and classify intrusions in the SDN-enabled IoT ***,the Artificial Fish SwarmAlgorithm(AFSA)is used to fine-tune the *** process improves the outcomes of the intrusion detection process executed by the CAE algorithm and shows the work’s *** proposed HSAFSOCAE technique was experimentally validated under different aspects,and the comparative analysis results established the supremacy of the proposed model.

Combination of Model-based Observer and Support Vector Machines for Fault Detection of Wind Turbines

Support vector machines and a Kalman-like observer are used for fault detection and isolation in a variable speed horizontalaxis wind turbine composed of three blades and a full converter. The support vector approach is data-based and is therefore robust to process knowledge. It is based on structural risk minimization which enhances generalization even with small training data set and it allows for process nonlinearity by using flexible kernels. In this work, a radial basis function is used as the kernel. Different parts of the process are investigated including actuators and sensors faults. With duplicated sensors, sensor faults in blade pitch positions,generator and rotor speeds can be detected. Faults of type stuck measurements can be detected in 2 sampling periods. The detection time of offset/scaled measurements depends on the severity of the fault and on the process dynamics when the fault occurs. The converter torque actuator fault can be detected within 2 sampling periods. Faults in the actuators of the pitch systems represents a higher difficulty for fault detection which is due to the fact that such faults only affect the transitory state(which is very fast) but not the final stationary state. Therefore, two methods are considered and compared for fault detection and isolation of this fault: support vector machines and a Kalman-like observer. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed. On one hand, support vector machines training of transitory states would require a big amount of data in different situations, but the fault detection and isolation results are robust to variations in the input/operating point. On the other hand, the observer is model-based, and therefore does not require training, and it allows identification of the fault level, which is interesting for fault reconfiguration. In this study,experimental and numerical investigations are performed to clarify the seepage failure by heave in sheeted excavation pits in stratified cohesionless soils in which a relatively permeable soil layer(Kupper)lies above a less permeable soil layer(Klower)between excavation base and wall *** is shown that the evaluation of base stabilities of excavation pits against seepage failure by using Terzaghi and Peck's approach leads to considerably lower critical potential differences than those obtained from the model *** the other hand,a relatively good agreement is achieved between the results of the model tests and the finite element(FE)*** investigations are performed by using axisymmetric excavation models with various dimensions and ground conditions,and a comparison between the results obtained from Terzaghi and Peck's approach and finite element analyses is given.

The utilisation of oil palm fibre(OPF)and pineapple leaf fibres(PALF)as reinforcement materials for bio-phenolic composites is growing especially in automotive lightweight *** major aim of this current study is to investigate the influence of alkali(Ca(OH)_(2)) treatment on pure and hybrid *** effects of enhancements in chemical interactions were evaluated by the Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR).Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA)and Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA)performance of untreated reinforcements(OPF and PALF)and treated(OPF/OPF)composites at varying temperature and noted sufficient interfacial bonding contributing towards the improvements in thermal *** DMA results,the storage modulus improved with treated composites while the damping factor was ***,the treated hybrid composites exhibited significant improvements in thermal stability compared to untreated fibre *** results indicated that alkali calcium hydroxide(Ca(OH2(:T)incorporation in hybrid composites(OPF/PALF)results in increased tensile strength and modulus among all ***,the alkali-treated(Ca(OH)_(2))-treated pure composite(T/50%PALF),and hybrid composites(T/1OPF.1PALF)exhibited better flexural strength as compared with other *** contrast,the T/50%PALF showed higher flexural stress of 78.2 MPa,while the flexural modulus was recorded at 6503 *** can be proposed from the findings of this study that the alkali treatment(5%Ca(OH)_(2))can be utilised to improve the strength and efficiency of agriculture biomass to be used as reinforcements in ***,the hybridisation of bio-fibre composites has the potential as a novel variety of biodegradable and sustainable composites appropriate for several industrial and engineering applications.

Outgrowth endothelial cells form a functional cerebral barrier and restore its integrity after damage

Breakdown of blood-brain barrier,formed mainly by brain microvascular endothelial cells(BMECs),represents the major cause of mortality during early phases of ischemic ***,discovery of novel agents that can effectively replace dead or dying endothelial cells to restore blood-brain barrier integrity is of paramount importance in stroke *** endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)represent one such agents,their rarity in peripheral blood severely limits their adequate isolation and therapeutic use for acute ischemic stroke which necessitate their ex vivo expansion and generate early EPCs and outgrowth endothelial cells(OECs)as a *** analyses of these cells,in the present study,demonstrated that only OECs endocytosed DiI-labelled acetylated low-density lipoprotein and formed tubules on matrigel,prominent endothelial cell and angiogenesis markers,*** analyses by flow cytometry demonstrated that OECs expressed specific markers for sternness(CD34),immaturity(CD133)and endothelial cells(CD31)but not for hematopoietic cells(CD45).Like BMECs,OECs established an equally tight in vitro model of human BBB with astrocytes and pericytes,suggesting their capacity to form tight *** injury mimicked by concurrent deprivation of oxygen and glucose(4 hours)or deprivation of oxygen and glucose followed by reperfusion(20 hours)affected both barrier integrity and function in a similar fashion as evidenced by decreases in transendothelial electrical resistance and increases in paracellular flux,*** scratch assays comparing the vasculoreparative capacity of cells revealed that,compared to BMECs,OECs possessed a greater proliferative and directional migratory *** a triple culture model of BBB established with astrocytes,pericytes and BMEC,exogenous addition of OECs effectively repaired the damage induced on endothelial layer in serum-free *** together,these data demonstrate that OECs may effect

Identification and characterization of long noncoding RNAs and their association with acquisition of blood meal in Culex quinquefasciatus

The Southern house mosquito,Culex quinquefasciatus(***)is an important vector that transmit multiple diseases including West Nile encephalitis,Japanese encephalitis,*** encephalitis and lymphatic *** noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)involve in many biological processes such as development,infection,and virus–host ***,there is no systematic identification and characterization of lncRNAs in ***,we report the first lncRNA identification in *** using 31 public RNA-seq datasets,a total of 4763 novel lncRNA transcripts were identified,of which 3591,569,and 603 were intergenic,intronic,and antisense *** of genomic features revealed that *** shared similar characteristics with other species such as short in length,low GC content,low sequence conservation,and low coding ***,compared to protein-coding genes,*** lncRNAs had lower expression values,and tended to be expressed in temporally specific *** addition,weighted correlation network and functional annotation analyses showed that lncRNAs may have roles in blood meal acquisition of adult female *** *** study presents the first systematic identification and analysis of *** lncRNAs and their association with blood *** generated from this study will facilitate future investigation on the function of *** lncRNAs.
