Physical Alloying of Plasma Metallization Carbide Nanocomposite Coating by Allotropic Carbon Nanostructures

The fundamental scientific problem for micro- and nano-electronics has been solved—methods for creating and investigating properties of physically doped materials with spatially inhomogeneous structure at the micro- and nano-meter scale have been developed. For the application of functional nanocomposite film coatings based on carbides of various transition metals structured by nanocarbon, for the first time in the world, we developed a new technique for their plasma deposition on a substrate without the use of reaction gases (hydrocarbons such as propane, acetylene, etc.). We have created nanostructured film materials, including those with increased strength and wear resistance, heterogeneous at the nanoscale, physically doped with nanostructures—quantum traps for free electrons. We learned how to simultaneously spray (in a plasma of a stationary magnetron discharge) carbides and graphite from a special mosaic target (carbide + carbon) made mechanically. As a result of such stationary sputtering of carbides and carbon, plasma nanostructured coatings were obtained from nanocarbides, metal nanocrystals and nanocarbon. Our design of such a target made it possible to intensively cool it in the magnetron body and spray its parts (carbide + carbon) simultaneously with a high power density of a constant plasma discharge—in the range of values from 40 W/cm2 to 125 W/cm2. Such sputtering with a change in the power or the initial relative surface areas of various parts of the mosaic target (carbon and carbide) made it possible to change the average density of carbide, metal and carbon in a nanostructured (nanocarbon and metal nanostructures) coating. The changed relative density of various components of the nanocomposite (nanostructures of carbide, metal, and carbon in the form of graphite) significantly affected the physical properties of the nanocomposite coating. Despite the 2%-5% prevalence of abdominal migraine(AM) during childhood, the precise mechanism remains unknown. in this review, we present recent studies on AM and speculate its mechanism from both peripheral and central nervous system aspects. Although the main symptoms of AM exist at the peripheral level, previous studies have reported possible dysfunction of central nervous system, including photophobia, phonophobia and abnormal visual evoked responses. Recently, a case has been reported with AM combined with "Alice in Wonderland" syndrome with visual and/or bodily distortions, which serves as another piece of evidence of central dysfunction. Another case reported an AM patient having peculiar stereotypical ecchymosis.in the legs and buttocks associated with pain attack, which implied possible involvement of peripheral nervous system. Although further investigations and accumulation of AM cases are still needed, we believe that the schema hypothesized here is helpful to plan furtherexperimental approach to clarify the mechanism of this peculiar disease.

introduction Peritoneal dialysis(PD)is widely used for the treatment of endstage renal *** treated with PD have similar outcomes to those treated with hemodialysis[1].However,PDrelated infections including peritonitis have been reported at 1.66 episodes per patient per year[2].One possible source of peritonitis.is gastrointestinal(Gi)endoscopic *** 2005,the international Society for Peritoneal Dialysis.iSPD)published guidelines suggesting antibiotics be given to PD patients prior to colonoscopy[3].This suggestion was mostly based on expert opinion and a theoretical concern that patients undergoing colonoscopy are at increased risk for enteric peritonitis from bacterial translocation across the bowel *** there is no direct evidence to support this theory,case reports have suggested a risk of transient bacteremia associated with colonoscopy.

A 1550 nm Q-switched fiber laser using a carbon platinum saturable absorber deposited on side-polished fiber（SPF） is proposed and demonstrated. The SPF is approximately 2 mm with a polarization-dependent loss（PDL）of 0.4 dB and an insertion loss of 2.5 dB. A stable Q-switched output spectrum is obtained at 1559.34 nm with a peak power of ~6 mW, a pulse width of 1.02 μs, pulse energy of 5.8 nJ, average output power of 0.76 mW, and a repetition rate of 131.6 kHz taken at a pump power of 230.0 mW. A signal-to-noise ratio of 49.62 d B indicates that the Q-switched pulse is highly stable.

The athletic component in football is nowadays one of the most important factor to determinate the performance. This consideration is part of our study, which aims to evaluate and quantify the difference between the workload of an amateur footballer and an elite one. All this.is allowed by match analysis made by GPS evaluation method for amateur and video tracking for elite. The examined teams were playing in 7th italian league, and we used 10 GPS to track 6 games, 5 for each team. For every team and every game were analysed a forward, a central midfielder, a wide midfielder, a central defender and a full back （Age 25.3 ＋ 4.2, Weight 74.5 Kg a： 5.3, Height 1.76 cm ＋ 5.2）. in our study, we used a 20 Hz GPS （thanks to Advanced Research Group in Sport, School of Health and Sport Science with K-Sport Universal, italy） to detect performance data, and then we compared the outcome with matches performance data from elite players gather from scientific literature. Data analysis shows that elite players reach higher values in almost all parameters taken into account. in particular, they obtained higher value in meters per minutes, High Speed Distance （〉 16 Km/h）, High Metabolic Power Distance （〉 20 W/Kg） and in high and very high and acceleration （2 m/s, 3 m/s, 〉 3 m/s） and deceleration （-2 m/s, -3 m/s, 〉 -3 m/s）. This study can be useful to select and catalogue player performance model, in order to better understand the real value of a player, and to help coaches and teams to identify talent, at least in physical values.

The recording and playback of information using a reverse stimulated photon—echo hologram when exposed to the recording medium pulse of non-resonant electromagnetic standing wave was considered. it was shown that the spatial intensity distribution in stimulated echo hologram response depended on the electric field intensity of non-resonant standing wave that allowed controlling by a reproducible image.

Due to the rapid development of logis.ic industry, transportation cost is also increasing, and finding trends in transportation activities will impact positively in investment in transportation infrastructure. There is limited literature and data-driven analysis about trends in transportation mode. This thesis delves into the operational challenges of vehicle performance management within logis.ics clusters, a critical aspect of efficient supply chain operations. it aims to address the issues faced by logis.ics organizations in optimizing their vehicle fleets’ performance, essential for seamless logis.ics operations. The study’s core design involves the development of a predictive logis.ics model based on regression, focused on forecasting, and evaluating vehicle performance in logis.ics clusters. it encompasses a comprehensive literature review, research methodology, data sources, variables, feature engineering, and model training and evaluation and F-test analysis was done to identify and verify the relationships between attributes and the target variable. The findings highlight the model’s efficacy, with a low mean squared error (MSE) value of 3.42, indicating its accuracy in predicting performance metrics. The high R-squared (R2) score of 0.921 emphasizes its ability to capture relationships between input characteris.ics and performance metrics. The model’s training and testing accuracy further attest to its reliability and generalization capabilities. in interpretation, this research underscores the practical significance of the findings. The regression-based model provides a practical solution for the logis.ics industry, enabling informed decisions regarding resource allocation, maintenance planning, and delivery route optimization. This contributes to enhanced overall logis.ics performance and customer service. By addressing performance gaps and embracing modern logis.ics technologies, the study supports the ongoing evolution of vehicle performance management

Approximately, 1.6% of all infants born in the United States are conceived using assisted reproductive technologies （ARTs）. With the growing rise of ART, questions have been raised about the utility of varicocele repair. While the ability ofa microsurgical varicocele repair to improve semen parameters has been established, there remains no standard definition as to what constitutes significant improvements in semen parameters following varicocele repair. The majority of trials have observed enhanced parameters （specifically concentration and motility） as well as increased fertility.
