Due to the fourth revolution experiencing,referred to as Industry 4.0,many production firms are devoted to integrating new technological tools to their manufacturing *** of them,is rescheduling the tasks on the machines responding to ***,for static scheduling,the efficiency criteria measure the performance of scheduling systems,in dynamic environments,the stability criteria are also used to assess the impact of jobs *** this paper,a new performance measure is investigated for a flowshop rescheduling *** one considers simultaneously the total weighted waiting time as the efficiency criterion,and the total weighted completion time deviation as the stability *** fusion could be a very helpful and significant measure for real life industrial *** disruption types are considered:jobs arrival and jobs ***,a Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP)model is developed,as well as an iterative predictive-reactive strategy for dealing with the online *** last,two heuristic methods are proposed and discussed,in terms of solution quality and computing time.

A new Integrated Pest Management program based on the combination of synthetic pesticide with a GRAS （generally recognized as safe）-classified sanitizer for the control of Botrytis cinerea in field conditions was described. The aim behind this research was to determine whether the use of this mixture would enhance the efficiency of pesticides while decreasing the recommended dose. Naturally infected tomato plants, grown in the greenhouse, were treated with two commonly used fungicides SWITCH （Syngenta, Switzerland） and SIGNUM （BASF, Germany） each alone or combined with a commercially available organic sanitizer PERACLEAN？5 （Evonik Industries, Germany）. A total of 27 treatments were tested consisting of three concentrations of synthetic fungicide （×1, ×1/2 and ×1/4 of the recommended dose） either applied separately or combined with three concentrations of the tested sanitizer （0.5, 1 and 1.5％）. The control efficacy achieved by the fungicides applied alone ranged between 0 and 66.7％ while all fungicide-sanitizer mixtures resulted in up to 70％ control of grey mould. The treatment that provides the maximum control of B. cinerea was the result mixture of ×1/4 of the recommended concentration of SWITCH （15 g L-1） with 0.5％ of PERACLEAN？5. This combination suppressed 85％ of grey mold infections while decreasing the usually used amount of this pesticide by 75％, reducing therefore the well known negative impacts of chemical pesticides on environment and consumers health.

Using nonequilibrium Green＇s function formalism combined first-principles density functional theory, we analyze the transport properties of a 4,4-dimethyl-6-（4-nitrophenyl）-2-phenyl-3,5-diaza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-ene molecular optical switch. The title molecule can convert between closed and open forms by visible or ultraviolet irradiation. The I-V characteristics, differential conductance, on-off ratio, electronic transmission coefficients, spatial distribution of molecular projected self-consistent Hamiltonian orbitals, HOMO-LUMO gaps, effect of electrode materials Y（111）（Y =Au, Ag and Pt） on electronic transport and different molecular geometries corresponding to the closed and open forms through the molecular device are discussed in detail. Based on the results, as soon as possible the open form translates to the closed form, and there is a switch from the ON state to the OFF state（low resistance switches to high resistance）. Theoretical results show that the donor/acceptor substituent plays an important role in the electronic transport of molecular devices. The switching performance can be improved to some extent through suitable donor and acceptor substituents.

Repositioning of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists is a breakthrough in the field of neural regeneration research increasing glucagon like peptide-1 bioavailability, hence its neuroprotective activities. In this article, the authors suggest not only crossing blood-brain barrier and neurodegenerative disease as off target for dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists, but also for ophthalmic preparations for diabetic retinopathy, which may be the latest breakthrough in the field if prepared and used in an appropriate nano-formulation to target the retinal nerves. The relation of neurodegenerative diseases' different mechanisms to the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors and glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists should be further examined in preclinical and clinical settings. The repositioning of already marketed antidiabetic drugs for neurodegenerative diseases should save the high cost of the time-consuming normal drug development process. Drug repositioning is a hot topic as an alternative to molecular target based drug discovery or therapeutic switching. It is a relatively inexpensive pathway due to availability of previous pharmacological and safety data. The glucagon like peptide-1 produced in brain has been linked to enhanced learning and memory functions as a physiologic regulator in central nervous system by restoring insulin signaling. Intranasal administration of all marketed gliptins(or glucagon like peptide-1 receptor agonists) may show enhanced blood-brain barrier crossing and increased glucagon like peptide-1 levels in the brain after direct crossing of the drug for the olfactory region, targeting the cerebrospinal fluid. We present a workflow for upscaling of rock properties using microtomography and percolation theory. In this paper we focus on a pilot study for assessing the plastic strength of rocks from a digital rock image. Firstly, we determine the size of mechanical representative volume ele- ment （RVE） by using upper/lower bound dissipation computations in accordance with thermody- namics. Then the mechanical RVE is used to simulate the rock failure at micro-scale using FEM. Two cases of different pressures of linear Drucker-Prager plasticity of rocks are computed to compute the macroscopic cohesion and the angle of internal friction of the rock. We also detect the critical exponents of yield stress for sealing laws from a series of derivative models that are created by a shrinking/expanding algorithm. We use microtomographic data sets of two carbonate samples and compare the results with previous results. The results show that natural rock samples with irregular structures may have the critical exponent of yield stress different from random models. This unexpected result could have significant ramifications for assessing the stability of solid materials with internal structure. Therefore our pilot study needs to be extended to investigate the scaling laws of strength of many more natural rocks with irregular microstructure.
