teflon-pad shaping process of circular metal blanks into quasi-cup specimens is investigated by theoretical and experimental methods in the quasi-static condition. In the experiments, circular metal sheets are formed into the quasi-cup samples by compressing them between a teflon-filled die and a rigid punch with desirable shape. to investigate influences of different parameters on the forming progress, 12 rigid punches with different dimensions, two blank material types of aluminum and galvanized iron, three blank thicknesses of 0.6, 1.1 and 1.5 mm, and two teflon-fillers of PVC and polyurethane are used in several experimental tests. In the analytical part, theoretical deformation models of metal blank and teflon-filler are introduced and based on energy method, energy absorptions by the blank and teflon-filler are calculated to derive a theoretical formula for predicting total required energy of the forming process. For this purpose, several energy absorption mechanisms are considered in the blank and filler. Furthermore, predictions by theoretical equation are compared with the corresponding experimental tests to study the verity of the calculated formulas. theoretical and experimental results illustrate change trend of forming energy with respect to blank thickness. Also, the performed forming tests show that when external cone angle of rigid punch with respect to the horizontal direction increases, forming energy increases nonlinearly; and when the depth of spherical part of rigid punch increases, the probability of rupture increases. Additionally, the experiments demonstrate that there is a direct relationship between the forming energy and flow stress of the blanks. Furthermore, experimental observations illustrate that forming energy of a certain blank with PVC teflon-filler is higher than that of a similar specimen with polyurethane teflon-filler; but, the probability of wrinkling decreases when PVC teflon-pad is used as the filler; and it is advantage of

Modeling relationships between the network distance and travel time dynamics for assessing equity of accessibility to urban parks

Cloud computing is providing It services to its customer based on Service level agreements(SLAs).It is important for cloud service providers to provide reliable Quality of service(QoS)and to maintain SLAs *** service providers need to predict possible service violations before the emergence of an issue to perform remedial actions for *** users’major concerns;the factors for service reliability are based on response time,accessibility,availability,and *** this paper,we,therefore,experiment with the parallel mutant-Particle swarm optimization(PSO)for the detection and predictions of QoS violations in terms of response time,speed,accessibility,and *** paper also compares Simple-PSO and Parallel *** simulation results,it is observed that the proposed Parallel MutantPSO solution for cloud QoS violation prediction achieves 94%accuracy which is many accurate results and is computationally the fastest technique in comparison of conventional PSO technique.

Progress in understanding multisensory integration in human have suggested researchers that the integration may result into the enhancement or depression of incoming *** is evident based on different psychological and behavioral experiments that stimuli coming from different perceptual modalities at the same time or from the same place,the signal having more strength under the influence of emotions effects the response *** research inmultisensory integration has not studied the effect of emotions despite its significance and natural influence in multisensory enhancement or ***,there is a need to integrate the emotional state of the agent with incoming stimuli for signal enhancement or *** this study,two different neural network-based learning algorithms have been employed to learn the impact of emotions on signal enhancement or *** was observed that the performance of a proposed system for multisensory integration increases when emotion features were present during enhancement or depression of multisensory signals.

Efficacy of extract from Ononis spinosa *** ethanol-induced gastric ulcer in rats

OBJECtIVE:to investigate the efficacy of the extract from Ononis spinosa L.(***)on ethanol-induced gastric ulcer in ***:Phytochemical constituents of the extract from *** were analyzed using liquid chromatography-mass *** were classified into 4 equal groups;ulcer control received oral vehicle;positive control was administered with 40 mg/kg esomeprazole(standard drug)and 2 groups received 0.5 and 1 g/kg of *** extract,*** ulcer was induced by absolute ethanol(5 mL/kg)orally to all *** of ulcer index,cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)expression and determination of total glutathione level in gastric mucosa were ***:Oral administration of the extract from *** at doses 0.5 and 1 g/kg lowered the ulcer indices by 80.39%and 98.71%,respectively,compared to 67.89%by esomeprazole(40 mg/kg).Histologically,treatment with the extract decreased necrosis and hemorrhage in mucosa and edema and infiltration by inflammatory cells in *** immunohistochemical technique,it was demonstrated that COX-2 expression increased in mucosa of animals treated with the extract as well as by *** and esomeprazole increased total glutathione level in the stomach compared to *** was the major compound of the extract followed by trifolirhizin,myricitrin,gentisic acid,cycloartenol and ***:the present study demonstrated that the extract from *** was able to protect gastric mucosa from ethanol injury by at least 2 mechanisms,namely the induction of COX-2 and decreasing oxidative stress in the stomach.

First investigation of eclipsing binary KIC 9026766:analysis of light curve and periodic changes

We investigate a short-period W UMa binary KIC 9026766 with an orbital period of 0.2721278 d in the Kepler field of *** applying an automated q-search for the folded light curve and producing a synthetic light curve for this object based on the PHOEBE code,we calculate the fundamental stellar *** also analyze the O-C curve of the primary *** orbital period changes can be attributed to the combination of an upward quadratic function and light-travel time effect(LttE)due to a possible third body with a minimum mass of 0.029 M☉and an orbital period of 972.5866±0.0041 *** relative luminosity of the primary and secondary eclipses(MinⅠ-MinⅡ)is *** periodogram of the residuals of the LttE and MinⅠ-MinⅡshow peaks with the same period of 0.8566 *** background effect of two nearby stars on our target is the possible reason for this *** considering the amplitudes and periods of the remaining signals in the O-C curve of minima,spot motion is possible.

Influence of Rheological Active Additives on the Properties of Self-compacting Concrete

the effect of rheological-active additives on the properties of cement suspensions and self-compacting concrete mixtures have been *** order to increase the rheological matrix and provide high fluidity,stone powders were used during the crushing of local mountain rocks in self-compacting *** into account the high dispersion of rheological-active additives,highly effective plasticizers were used to regulate the reotechnological properties of cement-based *** effect of sulfonaphthalen-formaldehyde oligomer and polycarboxylate-based hyperplasticizer on rheological properties of cement systems as plasticized additive on methodology proposed by V Kalashnikov was *** flow rate of cement suspension is determined by means of mini-viscosimeter,spreading of cement-sand mortar by means of Hegermann cone,and the slump of concrete mixture by means of Abraham’s *** the basis of obtained results,it was determined that limestone powder was more efficient than other stone ***,when adding 40%limestone powder to the mixture,the compressive strength of the samples taken from self-compacting concrete mixture increases by 15%-30%compared to the control *** optimal quantities of rheological-active additives and plasticizers have been identified and the possibility of obtaining high-strength self-compacting concrete based on them has been confirmed.

Vertical integration of self-rolled-up microtube and silicon waveguides: a two-channel optical add–drop multiplexer

A novel design of a two-channel optical add-drop multiplexer based on a self-rolled-up microtube （SRM） is presented. this design consists of an SRM that has a parabolic lobe-like pattern along the tube＇s axial direction, as well as straight silicon waveguides and a 180° waveguide bend. the vertical configuration of the SRM and waveguides is analyzed by the coupled mode theory for achieving the optinmm gap. In the critical coupling regime, when the device serves as an optical demultiplexer, the minimum insertion loss is 1.94 dB, and the maximunl channel crosstalk is -6.036 dB. Also, as an optical multiplexer, the maximum crosstalk becomes -11.9 dB.

An efficient cubic trigonometric B-spline collocation scheme for the time-fractional telegraph equation

In this paper,a proficient numerical technique for the time-fractional telegraph equation(tFtE)is *** chief aim of this paper is to utilize a relatively new type of B-spline called the cubic trigonometric B-spline for the proposed *** technique is based on finite difference formulation for the Caputo time-fractional derivative and cubic trigonometric B-splines based technique for the derivatives in space.A stability analysis of the scheme is presented to confirm that the errors do not amplify.A convergence analysis is also *** experiments are carried out in addition to verify the theoretical *** results are contrasted with a few present techniques and it is concluded that the presented scheme is progressively right and more compelling.
