Electrohydra.lic servosystem ha.e been used in industry in a.wide number of a.plica.ions. Its dyna.ics a.e highly nonlinea. a.d a.so ha.e la.ge extent of model uncerta.nties a.d externa. disturba.ces. In order to increa.e the relia.ility, controlla.ility a.d utilizing the superior speed of response a.hieva.le from electrohydra.lic systems, further resea.ch is required to develop a.control softwa.e ha. the a.ility of overcoming the problems of system nonlinea.ities. In This pa.er, a.Proportiona. Integra. Deriva.ive (PID) controller is designed a.d a.ta.hed to electrohydra.lic servo a.tua.or system to control its a.gula. position. The PID pa.a.eters a.e optimized by the Genetic a.gorithm (Ga.. The controller is verified on the sta.e spa.e model of servova.ve a.ta.hed to a.rota.y a.tua.or by SIMULINK progra.. The a.propria.e specifica.ions of the Ga.for the rota.y position control of a. a.tua.or system a.e presented. It is found tha. the optima. va.ues of the feedba.k ga.ns ca. be obta.ned within 10 genera.ions, which corresponds to a.out 200 experiments. a.new fitness function wa. implemented to optimize the feedba.k ga.ns a.d its efficiency wa. verified for control such nonlinea. servosystem.

The rea.on for the crea.ion of polymer composite ma.eria.s ca.e a.out due of the need for ma.eria.s with specific properties for specific a.plica.ions. For exa.ple, composite ma.eria.s a.e unique in their a.ility to a.low brittle a.d ductile ma.eria.s to become softer a.d stronger. It is expected tha. good tribologica. properties ca. be obta.ned for polymers filled with na.o-sca.e fillers. a.soft pla.tic ca. become ha.der a.d stronger by the a.dition of a.light weight high stiffness ma.eria.. In the present work, the effect of a.ding different percenta.es of ca.bon na.o-pa.ticula.es to polystyrene (PS) on the mecha.ica. properties of na.o-composites produced wa. investiga.ed. Ba.ed on the experimenta. observa.ions, it wa. found tha. a. the percenta.e of the ca.bon na.o-pa.ticula.es (CNPS) increa.ed ha.dness increa.ed a.d consequently friction coefficient rema.ka.ly decrea.ed.

Ma.y different control methods for a.S systems ha.e been developed. These methods differ in their theoretica. ba.is a.d performa.ce under the cha.ges of roa. conditions. The present review is a.pa.t of resea.ch project entitled “Intelligent a.tilock Bra.e System Design for Roa.-Surfa.es of Sa.di a.a.ia. In the present pa.er we review the methods used in the design of a.S systems. We highlight the ma.n difficulties a.d summa.ize the more recent developments in their control techniques. Intelligent control systems like fuzzy control ca. be used in a.S control to emula.e the qua.ita.ive a.pects of huma. knowledge with severa. a.va.ta.es such a. robustness, universa. a.proxima.ion theorem a.d rule-ba.ed a.gorithms.

The continuous development of cybera.ta.ks is threa.ening digita. tra.sforma.ion endea.ors worldwide a.d lea.sto wide losses for va.ious orga.iza.ions. These da.gers ha.e proven tha. signa.ure-ba.ed a.proa.hes a.e insufficientto prevent emerging a.d polymorphic a.ta.ks. Therefore, this pa.er is proposing a.Robust Ma.icious Executa.leDetection (RMED) using Host-ba.ed Ma.hine Lea.ning Cla.sifier to discover ma.icious Porta.le Executa.le (PE)files in hosts using Windows opera.ing systems through collecting PE hea.ers a.d a.plying ma.hine lea.ningmecha.isms to detect unknown infected files. The a.thors ha.e collected a.novel relia.le da.a.et conta.ning 116,031benign files a.d 179,071 ma.wa.e sa.ples from diverse sources to ensure the efficiency of RMED *** most effective PE hea.ers tha. ca. highly differentia.e between benign a.d ma.wa.e files were selected totra.n the model on 15 PE fea.ures to speed up the cla.sifica.ion process a.d a.hieve rea.-time detection forma.icious executa.les. The eva.ua.ion results showed tha. RMED succeeded in shrinking the cla.sifica.ion timeto 91 milliseconds for ea.h file while rea.hing a. a.cura.y of 98.42% with a.fa.se positive ra.e equa. to 1.58. Inconclusion, this pa.er contributes to the field of cybersecurity by presenting a.comprehensive fra.ework tha.levera.es a.tificia. Intelligence (a.) methods to proa.tively detect a.d prevent cyber-a.ta.ks.

Composites formed by a.ding na.o-sca.e pa.ticles to a.polymer ma.rix results in improving electrica., mecha.ica., a.d therma. properties of the composite. Good tribologica. properties ca. be obta.ned for polymers filled with na.o-sca.e fillers compa.ed to tha. filled with micro-sca.e pa.ticles. The friction a.d wea. resista.ce of these composites is found to increa.e with increa.ing filler concentra.ion. It is a.so possible to use multi-functiona. fillers to develop high performa.ce composites which ca.not be a.hieved by using a.single filler.

In this study, a. a.tificia. Neura. Network (a.N) model to predict the pressure drop of turbulent flow of tita.ium dioxide-wa.er (TiO2-wa.er) is presented. Experimenta. mea.urements of TiO2-wa.er under fully developed turbulent flow regime in pipe with different pa.ticle volumetric concentra.ions, na.opa.ticle dia.eters, na.ofluid tempera.ures a.d Reynolds numbers ha.e been used to construct the proposed a.N model. The a.N model wa. then tested by compa.ing the predicted results with the mea.ured va.ues a. different experimenta. conditions. The predicted va.ues of pressure drop a.reed a.most completely with the mea.ured va.ues.

In the present work, a. investiga.ion on the a.plica.ion of sola. energy to hea. a.sa.dy bed impregna.ed with ca.cium chloride for recovery of wa.er from a.mospheric a.r is presented. The study a.so a.med a. eva.ua.ing the effects of different pa.a.eters on the productivity of the system during regenera.ion. These pa.a.eters include system design cha.a.teristics a.d the clima.ic conditions. a. experimenta. unit ha. been designed a.d insta.led for this purpose in clima.ic conditions of Ta.f a.ea. Sa.di a.a.ia. The experimenta. unit which ha. a.surfa.e a.ea.of 0.5 m2, comprises a.sola./desicca.t collector unit conta.ning sa.dy bed impregna.ed with ca.cium chloride. The sa.dy la.er impregna.ed with desicca.t is subjected to a.bient a.mosphere to a.sorb wa.er va.or in the night. During the sunshine period, the la.er is covered with gla.s la.er where desicca.t is regenera.ed a.d wa.er va.or is condensed on the gla.s surfa.e. a.bient tempera.ure, bed tempera.ure a.d tempera.ure of gla.s surfa.e a.e recorded. a.so, the productivity of the system ha. been eva.ua.ed. Desicca.t concentra.ion a. sta.t of regenera.ion is selected on the ba.is of the clima.ic da.a.of a.-Ha.a.region, which is loca.ed a. Ta.f a.ea. Sa.di a.a.ia. Experimenta. mea.urements show tha. a.out 1.0 liter per m2 of pure wa.er ca. be regenera.ed from the desicca.t bed a. the clima.ic conditions of Ta.f. Liquid desicca.t with initia. concentra.ion of 30% ca. be regenera.ed to a.fina. concentra.ion of a.out 44%. Desicca.t concentra.ion a. sta.t of regenera.ion is selected on the ba.is of the clima.ic da.a.of a.-Ha.a.region. The clima.e of Ta.f city is dry compa.ed with tha. for a.-Ha.a.region. This method for extra.ting wa.er from a.mospheric a.r is more suita.le for a.-Ha.a.region especia.ly in the fa.l a.d winter.
