Extraction-Atom.c-Absorption Determ.nation of Gallium.(III) with 2-hydroxy-5-T-butylphenol-4’-m.thoxy-azobenzene

The com.lexation of gallium.with 2-hydroxy-5-T-butylphenol-4’-m.thoxy-azobenzene (HR) has been studied by atom.c absorption and spectrophotom.tric m.thods. The optim.l conditions for the form.tion and extraction of the com.lex were found. The m.xim.m.light absorption of the com.lex in n-butanol is in the range of 450 - 470 nm. The m.lar absorption coefficient is (3.3 - 4.2)⋅104. The stability constant of the gallium.coordination com.ound in n-butanol is m.βm.l = 4.2⋅1010. The developed technique allows to determ.ne the gallium.content within n × 10−1 - n × 10−4%. The selective and sensitive technique for the extraction-atom.c absorption determ.nation of gallium.in soils has been developed.

Synthesis of Different Ligand Com.lex m. (VI) with Stillbazo and Cetylpyridinium.Chloride

The com.lex of m.lybdenum.(VI) with stilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid-4,4’’bis (azo-1’’)-3’’, 4’’ dioxybenzene (stillbazo) in the presence of a cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium.chloride (CPCl) was studied spectrophotom.trically. It was found that in the presence of CPCl, a m.xed-ligand com.lex with a com.onent ratio of 1:2:4 is form.d. The effect of pH, tim., tem.erature, the concentration of reagents, and CPCl in the form.tion of hom.geneous ligand and m.xed-ligand com.lexes were studied. The stability constants (lgm.βm.m.km. = 86 × 108) and the m.lar absorption coefficient of the m.xed-ligand com.lex (m.εm.m.кm. = 11,835) were determ.ned. It was found that Beer’s law is observed at a concentration of 0.05 - 17.00 μg/m.. A m.thod has been developed for the spectrophotom.tric determ.nation of m.lybdenum.(VI) in com.lex industrial facilities.

The Coordination Com.ound of Ga(III) with Stillbazo in the Presence of Cetyl Pyridinium.Chloride as a Surface Active Com.ound

The coordination com.ound of gallium.(III) with stillbazo-stillbene-4,4'-bis [(1-azo)3,4-dihydroxybenzene]-2,2'-disulfonic acid has been investigated by spectrophotom.tric m.thod in the presence of cetyl pyridinium.chloride (CPC) as surface active com.ound. It has been determ.ned that the m.xed ligand com.lexes were form.d with the ratio of 1:2:4 in CPC-m.diated phase. The m.lar coefficient and the stability constant of the com.lex com.ound βк = 6.8 × 109, εк = 66,834 have been studied by various spectrophotom.tric m.thods. The effect of pH, tim., tem.erature, concentration of the reagents and CPC on form.tion of the unm.xed and m.xed ligand coordination com.ounds has been also studied. It has been determ.ned that the Beer’s law is respected within 0.008 - 10 μg of Ga(III) in 25 m. solution. The technique of the photom.tric determ.nation of gallium.in natural com.ositive objects and industrial objects has been developed.

Alizarine Yellow R as Reagent of the Determ.nation of m.nganese by Extraction-Photom.tric m.thod

4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenantroline from.heterocyclic diam.nes and alizarine yellow R from.chrom.genic reagents have been used for spectrophotom.tric determ.nation of m.nganese in the form.of heteroligand m.nganese com.lex. The com.lex form.tion and extraction condition, physical-chem.cal and analytical characteristics of this com.lex have been established. 5.5 - 11.0 pH range is observed as com.lex form.tion pH range. Extraction and stability constants were accordingly found as Kext = 8.32 × 1014 and lgβK = 7.2 ± 0.1. m.lar absorptivity is ε = (2.27± 0.08) × 104 l·g-1·cm.1. In the range of 0.5 - 23.0 μkg m.nganese (II) Beer’s law is obeyed. The extraction-photom.tric m.thods of m.nganese determ.nation have been worked out. The strangers ions influence on determ.nation of m.nganese (II) has been studied. To determ.ne am.unt of m.nganese in eggplant the proposed m.thod was applied successfully.
