Background:Hyperglycemia is a characteristic feature of diabetes that often results in neuropsychological complications such as *** individuals are more vulnerable to experience depression compared to the normal ***,novel treatment approaches are required to reduce depressive symptoms among diabetic *** Chinese medicines(TCMs)such as Shengmai San(SMS)and Radix puerariae(R)are usually widely used to treat ailments such as neurological com-plications since ancient ***:In this study,SMS was combined with R to prepare an R-SMS formulation and screened for their antidepressant activity in diabetic *** antidepressant po-tential of the prepared combination was evaluated behaviorally using open field test,novelty-induced hypophagia,and forced swim test in diabetic rats with biochemical and protein expression(PI3K,BDNF[brain-derived neurotrophic factor],and SYN[pr-esynaptic vesicle protein])***:Diabetic rats(streptozotocin,45 mg/kg)showed elevated fasting blood glu-cose(FBG)>12 mM with depressive symptoms throughout the *** with R-SMS(0.5,1.5,and 4.5 g/kg)significantly reverted depressive symptoms in diabetic rats as evinced by significantly(p<0.05)reduced immobility time with an increased tendency to eat food in a novel *** with R-SMS also significantly increased the protein expression of PI3K,BDNF,and SYN protein,which play a crucial role in ***:This study showed that R-SMS formulation antagonized depressive symptoms in diabetic rats;thus,this formulation might be studied further to develop as an antidepressant.

目的本研究旨在观察不同持续时间的模拟失重对大鼠抑郁样行为和海马超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响,以探究其影响及可能的作用机制。方法采用后肢悬挂(HLS)尾吊法模拟大鼠失重状态。将大鼠分为对照组和不同模拟失重时间尾吊组(尾吊时长分别为1、2、3、4周)。采用旷场实验(OFT)、新物体识别实验(NORT)、强迫游泳实验(FST)观察大鼠抑郁样行为,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定海马SOD和CAT活性。结果OFT结果显示,与对照组相比,HLS不同时间大鼠的僵滞时间增加(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在NORT中,与对照组相比,HLS不同时间大鼠对新物体的探索潜伏期增加,探索次数和时间减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在FST中,与对照组相比,HLS不同时间大鼠在FST中的不动时间增加,攀爬次数减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与对照组相比,HLS不同时间组大鼠海马组织中SOD和CAT水平均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论短时间或长时间的失重都会导致大鼠产生类抑郁样行为。

目的比较人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Rg1+Rb1改善东莨菪碱模型小鼠短期空间与非空间学习记忆的作用及机制。方法建立东莨菪碱所致认知障碍模型,采用物体认知实验、液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)法、比色法观察人参皂苷Rg1或Rb1(60μmol/kg),Rg1+Rb1(各30μmol/kg相加)对模型小鼠的行为学和神经递质及氧化应激水平的影响。结果与对照组比较,模型小鼠的短期空间学习记忆和非空间学习记忆都受到严重损伤(P<0.001,P<0.001);而石杉碱甲和人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Rg1+Rb1给药能显著逆转模型小鼠所引起的短期非空间学习记忆损伤,但人参皂苷Rg1+Rb1改善短期空间学习记忆的能力弱于人参皂苷Rb1(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,模型小鼠海马ACh、5-HT、Glu水平都显著下降,石杉碱甲和人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Rg1+Rb1给药能使模型小鼠海马ACh、5-HT、Glu水平显著增加。与对照组比较,模型小鼠血清氧化应激水平显著增高,而石杉碱甲和人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1、Rg1+Rb1给药能使模型小鼠血清SOD、CAT、GSH活力显著增加和MDA水平显著下降,虽然人参皂苷Rg1+Rb1调节GSH活力水平的能力弱于人参皂苷Rb1(P<0.01,P<0.05),但在调节MDA的能力上,人参皂苷Rg1+Rb1强于人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1。结论尽管人参皂苷Rg1+Rb1在各自有效剂量减半组合的情况下,改善空间短时学习记忆的能力有所下降,但三者在改善短时非空间学习记忆损伤的效果是一样的。其差异可能与剂量的选择、调节脑内不同类神经递质ACh、5-HT、Glu和氧化应激水平SOD、CAT、GSH、MDA的能力有关。

Consecutive narrow and broad quasi-periodic fast-propagating wave trains associated with a flare

The excitation mechanism of coronal quasi-period fast-propagating(QFP)wave trains remains *** Atmospheric Imaging Assembly onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory observations,we study a narrow and a broad QFP wave trains excited one after another during the successive eruptions of filaments hosted within a fan-spine magnetic system on October 20,*** consecutive occurrence of these two types of QFP wave trains in the same event provides an excellent opportunity to explore their excitation mechanisms and compare their physical *** observational results reveal that narrow and broad QFP wave trains exhibit distinct speeds,periods,energy fluxes,and relative intensity amplitudes,although originating from the same active region and being associated with the same GOES C2.9 *** wavelet analysis,we find that the narrow QFP wave train shares a similar period with the flare itself,suggesting its possible excitation through the pulsed energy release in the magnetic reconnection process that generated the accompanying *** the other hand,the broad QFP wave train appears to be associated with the energy pulses released by the successive expansion and unwinding of filament ***,it is plausible that the broad QFP wave train was also excited by the sequential stretching of closed magnetic field lines driven by the erupting *** findings shed light on the different excitation mechanisms and origins of the QFP wave trains.

二氧化硫为燃料燃烧产生的主要污染物,对大气污染产生重要影响。燃料油中的苯并噻吩(BT),二苯并噻吩(DBT)和其他含硫化合物对人类健康以及地球环境具有潜在的危害。含有较多以上硫化物的化石燃料在燃烧时会释放SO2,对环境造成酸雨等危害。本论文研究了不同催化剂,如乙酸钴(C004C4H6.4H20),乙酸锰(MnO4C4H6.4H2O),氯化铁(FeC13.6H20)和五氧化二钒(V2O5)对于DBT模型油的催化氧化脱硫性能。类似地,针对MOF和其它可溶性化合物如乙酸(CH3COOH),溴化氢(HBr),乙酰丙酮亚铁(C10H16Fe04)和碳酸氢钠NaHCO3,硝酸钴Co(N03)2,硝酸锰Mn(N03)2,硝酸铜Cu(N03)2等组成的催化氧化脱硫体系,研究了它们在不同条件下的脱硫性能,以尝试获得脱除模型油中DBT的最有效的方法。合成了几种MOFs材料,并观察了其催化氧化脱硫和吸附脱硫的能力差异,考察了其在不同温度,O2压力和时间的脱硫效果。不同MOFs在DBT的吸附过程中具有不同的耐久性和DBT亲和性。研究了不同温度下,MOFs对大环芳香族硫化物的氧化和吸附能力。采用HPLC和硫氮分析仪检测DBT模型油中的硫含量,GC-2010分析仪用于测定在催化氧化脱硫条件下正辛烷的氧化程度和氧化副产物。研究结果表明,与其他脱硫吸附剂相比,本文制备的化合物价格便宜,在吸附脱硫方面有一定的优势。此外,使用分子氧作为氧化剂的催化氧化脱硫过程具有潜在的应用价值的环境友好脱硫过程,如果能找到更高效合适的催化剂。

Topological defects on solutions of the non-relativistic equation for extended double ring-shaped potential

In this study, we focus into the non-relativistic wave equation described by the Schr?dinger equation, specifically considering angular-dependent potentials within the context of a topological defect background generated by a cosmic string. Our primary goal is to explore quasi-exactly solvable problems by introducing an extended ring-shaped potential. We utilize the Bethe ansatz method to determine the angular solutions, while the radial solutions are obtained using special functions. Our findings demonstrate that the eigenvalue solutions of quantum particles are intricately influenced by the presence of the topological defect of the cosmic string,resulting in significant modifications compared to those in a flat space background. The existence of the topological defect induces alterations in the energy spectra, disrupting ***, we extend our analysis to study the same problem in the presence of a ring-shaped potential against the background of another topological defect geometry known as a point-like global monopole. Following a similar procedure, we obtain the eigenvalue solutions and analyze the results. Remarkably, we observe that the presence of a global monopole leads to a decrease in the energy levels compared to the flat space results. In both cases, we conduct a thorough numerical analysis to validate our findings.

Study of scalar particles through the Klein–Gordon equation under rainbow gravity effects in Bonnor–Melvin-Lambda space-time

In our investigation,we explore the quantum dynamics of charge-free scalar particles through the Klein–Gordon equation within the framework of rainbow gravity,considering the Bonnor–Melvin-Lambda(BML)space-time *** BML solution is characterized by the magnetic field strength along the axis of the symmetry direction which is related to the cosmological constantΛand the topological parameterαof the *** behavior of charge-free scalar particles described by the Klein–Gordon equation is investigated,utilizing two sets of rainbow functions:(i)f(χ)=■,h(χ)=1 and(ii)f(χ)=1,h(χ)=1+βХ/*** 0<(Х=■)≤1 with E representing the particle's energy,Ep is the Planck's energy,andβis the rainbow *** obtain the approximate analytical solutions for the scalar particles and conduct a thorough analysis of the obtained ***,we study the quantum dynamics of quantum oscillator fields within this BML space-time,employing the Klein–Gordon *** also,we choose the same sets of rainbow functions and obtain the approximate eigenvalue solution for the oscillator ***,we demonstrate that the relativistic approximate energy profiles of charge-free scalar particles and oscillator fields get influenced by the topology of the geometry and the cosmological ***,we show that the energy profiles of scalar particles receive modifications from the rainbow parameter and the quantum oscillator fields by both the rainbow parameter and the frequency of oscillation.

The conversion of the cartesian coordinates of a point to its geodetic equivalent coordinates in reference to the geodetic ellipsoid is one of the main challenges in *** ellipse equation in the meridian plane significantly influences the value of the geodetic *** research analyzes this influence and how it can contribute to their *** study investigates the mathematical relation between them and presents an exact formula relating to the geodetic height and the ellipse *** addition,a heuristic formula for the relation between the geodetic height and the ellipse equation is proposed,which is independent of the geodetic latitude and has a relative accuracy better than 99.9 %.The calculation is stable,and the cost is low.

EDSUCh:A robust ensemble data summarization method for effective medical diagnosis

Identifying rare patterns for medical diagnosis is a challenging task due to heterogeneity and the volume of *** summarization can create a concise version of the original data that can be used for effective *** this paper,we propose an ensemble summarization method that combines clustering and sampling to create a summary of the original data to ensure the inclusion of rare *** the best of our knowledge,there has been no such technique available to augment the performance of anomaly detection techniques and simultaneously increase the efficiency of medical *** performance of popular anomaly detection algorithms increases significantly in terms of accuracy and computational complexity when the summaries are ***,the medical diagnosis becomes more effective,and our experimental results reflect that the combination of the proposed summarization scheme and all underlying algorithms used in this paper outperforms the most popular anomaly detection techniques.

Three new anthraquinone derivatives isolated from Symplocos racemosa and their antibiofilm activity

Three new alkyl substituted anthraquinone derivatives, trivially named as symploquinones A-C(Compounds 1-3) were isolated from Symplocos racemosa. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses(UV, IR, Mass, ~1 H-and ^(13)C-NMR, and two-dimensional(2D) NMR techniques). The resulting data were also compared with the reported literature. These compounds were then subjected to antibacterial or antibiofilm testing. Compounds 1 and 3 exhibited good antibacterial activity in the concentration range of 160-83 μg·m L^(-1) against Streptococcus mutans, methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Proteus mirabilis. Both compounds were further screened for anti-biofilm activity, which revealed promising activities at sub-MIC concentrations. None of the compounds were found to be active against Klebsiella pneumoniae.
