The use of machine learning in computational molecular design has great potential to accelerate the discovery of innovative ***,its practical benefits still remain unproven in real-world applications,particularly in polymer *** demonstrate the successful discovery of new polymers with high thermal conductivity,inspired by machine-learning-assisted polymer *** discovery was made by the interplay between machine intelligence trained on a substantially limited amount of polymeric properties data,expertise from laboratory synthesis and advanced technologies for thermophysical property *** a molecular design algorithm trained to recognize quantitative structure—property relationships with respect to thermal conductivity and other targeted polymeric properties,we identified thousands of promising hypothetical *** these candidates,three were selected for monomer synthesis and polymerization because of their synthetic accessibility and their potential for ease of processing in further *** synthesized polymers reached thermal conductivities of 0.18–0.41 W/mK,which are comparable to those of state-of-the-art polymers in non-composite thermo-plastics.

中国和日本已经跻身亚洲数一数二的经济强国,也是继美国之后的全球第二、第三大经济体。经历了亚洲经融危机的洗礼,两个国家已经意识到了区域经济合作的重要性。而现在,中日的双边经济合作已经走上了两国甚至亚洲经济发展的舞台中心。目前,中国和日本已经承担起了东盟百分之八十的责任。因此,它们之间的非凡合作,不仅对于这两个国家,甚至整个亚洲,都具有非同寻常的意义。基于对于整个亚洲地区的统一立场,中国和日本应该在金融领域进一步合作,继续推动贸易和投资。我的研究表明,中国和日本之间的金融合作对于整个经济的影响是正面的。正在进行的这些双边合作已经在缓解外汇交易风险、资产多元化配置以及降低交易成本等方面取得了成效。因此,中国和日本应该加强合作,进一步整合包括跨境交易,货币交易所和证券市场在内的环球金融领域。本文描述了中日金融合作的重要性,并阐述了其细节以及对未来发展的影响。

Curative resection with endoscopic submucosal dissection of early gastric cancer in Helicobacter pylori-negative Ménétrier’s disease:A case report

BACKGROUND Adult-onset Ménétrier’s disease is strongly associated with Helicobacter pylori(***)infection and an elevated risk of *** of early-stage gastric cancer developed in ***-negative Ménétrier’s disease are extremely *** report a case of early gastric cancer in ***-negative Ménétrier’s disease that was curatively resected with endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).CASE SUMMARY A 60-year-old woman was referred to our hospital after her medical examination detected ***-enhanced upper gastrointestinal(UGI)radiography revealed translucency of the nodule-aggregating surface with giant *** tests showed hypoproteinemia and were negative for serum *** immunoglobulin G *** 99mTc-DTPA-human serum albumin scintigraphy showed protein loss from the *** endoscopy showed a 40-mm protruding erythematous lesion on giant rugae of the greater curvature of lower gastric body,suggesting early-stage gastric cancer due to Ménétrier’s *** bloc resection with ESD was performed for diagnosis and *** of ESD showed well-differentiated tubular *** cancer was confined to the mucosa,and complete curative resection was *** hyperplasia and atrophy of the gastric glands were observed in non-tumor areas,histologically corresponding to Ménétrier’s *** years after ESD,gastric cancer had not recurred,and Ménétrier’s disease remained in remission with spontaneous regression of giant gastric *** Complete curative resection was achieved through ESD in a patient with earlystage gastric cancer and ***-negative Ménétrier’s disease.

Lateral pelvic lymph nodes for rectal cancer:A review of diagnosis and management

The current status and future prospects for diagnosis and treatment of lateral pelvic lymph node(LPLN)metastasis of rectal cancer are described in this *** resonance imaging(MRI)is recommended for the diagnosis of LPLN metastasis.A LPLN-positive status on MRI is a strong risk factor for metastasis,and evaluation by MRI is important for deciding treatment *** dissection(LPLD)has an advantage of reducing recurrence in the lateral pelvis but also has a disadvantage of complications;therefore,LPLD may not be appropriate for cases that are less likely to have LPLN *** therapy(RT)and chemoradiation therapy(CRT)have limited effects in cases with suspected LPLN metastasis,but a combination of preoperative CRT and LPLD may improve the treatment ***,RT and CRT plus selective LPLD may be a rational strategy to omit unnecessary LPLD and produce a favorable treatment outcome.

The Evaluation of Tolvaptan Therapy and Long-Term Prognosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Refractory Ascites

We investigated Tolvaptan efficacy and long-term prognosis with focus on nutrition in 20 patients with refractory hepatic ascites in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Bloating improved in 55% of patients, as determined using a Japanese version of the Support Team Assessment Schedule. Nutritional status improved with Tolvaptan treatment, based on the Controlling Nutritional Status score and Onodera’s prognostic nutritional index. Long-term prognosis was better in responders than in non-responders (mean survival time: 308 days vs. 97 days, p = 0.031). Tolvaptan was even effective in many patients with HCC, with additional improvement in long-term prognosis expected with improvement in the nutritional status.

A Study on Fast and Robust Vanishing Point Detection System Using Fast M-Estimation Method and Regional Division for In-vehicle Camera

The vanishing point detection technology helps automatic driving. In this paper, the straight lines on the road associated with the vanishing point are extracted efficiently by using the regional division and angle limitation. And, the vanishing point is detected robustly by using the fast M-estimation method. Proposed method could detect straight-line features associated with vanishing point detection efficient on the road. And the vanishing point was detected exactly by the effect of the fast M-estimation method when the straight-line features not associated with vanishing point detection were detected. The processing time of the proposed method was faster than the camera flame rate （30 fps）. Thus, the proposed method is capable of real-time processing.

Effect of Walking Speed Intervention for Stroke Hemiplegia Using Neurorehabilitation-Robot

Sufficient hip joint extension range of motion is important in improving the walking speed of patients with spastic hemiplegia. In this study, we developed a piston device for the hip (PDH) that simulates the action of the piston technique for hip joints (PTH), which is a method for improving hip joint extension range of motion. We then evaluated the efficacy of PDH on 10 spastic hemiplegia patients suffering from a limited range of hip joint extension. Results confirmed rapid improvement of hip joint range of motion and increase in walking speed.

Permeation of lactic acid was investigated by using supported ionic liquid membrane. Lactic acidpermeation was successful using ionic liquid supported membranes although （NH4）2SO4, which is an essentialmedium component, inhibits the permeation of lactic acid. However, in the case of low （NH4）2SO4concentration, the similar fermentation rate of lactic acid occurred compared with the control experiment andthe effect of （NH4）2SO4 on permeation rate of lactic acid through ionic liquid membrane is negligibly small.
