This paper studies large-scale multi-input multi-output(MIMO)orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)communications in a broadband frequency-selective channel,where a massive MIMO base station(BS)communicates with multiple users equipped with *** develop a hybrid precoding design to maximize the weighted sum-rate(WSR)of the users by optimizing the digital and the analog precoders *** the digital part,we employ block-diagonalization to eliminate inter-user interference and apply water-filling power allocation to maximize the *** the analog part,the optimization of the PSN is formulated as an unconstrained problem,which can be efficiently solved by a gradient descent *** results show that the proposed block-diagonal hybrid precoding algorithm can outperform the existing works.

C3 plant Reaumuria soongorica and C4 plant Salsola passerina are super xerophytes and coexist in a mixed community in either isolated or associated growth, and interspecific facilitation occurs in associated growth. In the present study, the root traits including root distribution, root length（RL）, root surface area（RSA）, root weight（RW） and specific root length（SRL） of both species in two growth forms were investigated to clarify their response to facilitation in associated growth. Six isolated plants of each species, as well as six associated plants similar in size and development were selected during the plant growing season, and their roots were excavated at 0–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30–40 and 40–50 cm soil depths at the end of the growing season. All the roots of each plant were separated into the two categories of fine roots（2 mm diameter） and coarse roots（≥2 mm diameter）. Root traits such as RL and RSA in the fine and coarse roots were obtained by the root analyzing system WinRHIZO. Most of the coarse roots in R. soongorica and S. passerina were distributed in the top 10 cm of the soil in both growth forms, whereas the fine roots of the two plant species were found mainly in the 10–20 and 20–30 cm soil depths in isolated growth, respectively. However, the fine roots of both species were mostly overlapped in 10–20 cm soil depth in associated growth. The root/canopy ratios of both species reduced, whereas the ratios of their fine roots to coarse roots in RL increased, and both species had an increased SRL in the fine roots in associated growth. In addition, there was the increase in RL of fine roots and content of root N for S. passerina in associated growth. Taken together, the root growth of S. passerina was facilitated for water and nutrient exploration under the interaction of the overlapped roots in both species in associated growth, and higher SRL allowed both species to more effectively adapt to the infertile soil in the desert ecosystem.

A quantum secret sharing （QSS） protocol between multiparty and multiparty is proposed, based on Greenberger-Horne- Zeilinger （GHZ） state. The protocol utilizes quantum Fourier transform and entanglement swapping to achieve a high intrinsic efficiency and source capacity. Then, the security of this protocol against some possible eavesdropping strategies has been analyzed. Furthermore, the presented protocol is generalized to the d-level case.

Grape white rot is a disease caused by Coniella diplodiella(Speg.)Sacc.(Cd)can drastically reduce the production and quality of grape(Vitis vinifera).WRKY transcription factors play a vital role in the regulation of plant resistance to pathogens,but their functions in grape white rot need to be further ***,we found that the expression of the WRKY IIe subfamily member VvWRKY5 was highly induced by Cd infection and jasmonic acid(ja)*** injection and stable overexpression(in grape calli and Arabidopsis)demonstrated that VvWRKY5 positively regulated grape resistance to white *** also determined that VvWRKY5 regulated the ja response by directly binding to the promoters of VvjaZ2(a ja signaling suppressor)and VvMYC2(a ja signaling activator),thereby inhibiting and activating the transcription of VvjaZ2 and VvMYC2,***,the interaction between VvjaZ2 and VvWRKY5 enhanced the suppression and promotion of VvjaZ2 and VvMYC2 activities by VvWRKY5,*** VvWRKY5 was overexpressed in grape,ja content was also ***,our results suggested that VvWRKY5 played a key role in regulating ja biosynthesis and signal transduction as well as enhancing white rot resistance in *** results also provide theoretical guidance for the development of elite grape cultivars with enhanced pathogen resistance.

Ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is one of the best-selling herbal medicines, with ginsenosides as its main pharmacologically active constituents. Although extensive chemical and pharmaceutical studies of these compounds have been performed, genome-wide studies of the basic helix-loop-helix(b HLH) transcription factors of ginseng are still limited. The b HLH transcription factor family is one of the largest transcription factor families found in eukaryotic organisms, and these proteins are involved in a myriad of regulatory processes. In our study, 169 bHLH transcription factor genes were identified in the genome of P. ginseng, and phylogenetic analysis indicated that these PGb HLHs could be classified into 24 subfamilies. A total of 21 RNA-seq data sets, including two sequencing libraries for jasmonate(ja)-responsive and 19 reported libraries for organ-specific expression analyses were constructed. Through a combination of gene-specific expression patterns and chemical contents,6 PGbHLH genes from 4 subfamilies were revealed to be potentially involved in the regulation of ginsenoside biosynthesis. These 6 PGbHLHs, which had distinct target genes, were further divided into two groups depending on the absence of MYC-N structure. Our results would provide a foundation for understanding the molecular basis and regulatory mechanisms of bHLH transcription factor action in ***.

The mass and distance functions of free-floating planets(FFPs) would give major insights into the formation and evolution of planetary systems, including any systematic differences between those in the disk and bulge. We show that the only way to measure the mass and distance of individual FFPs over a broad range of distances is to observe them simultaneously from two observatories separated by D ~ O(0.01 au)(to measure their microlens parallax πE) and to focus on the finite-source point-lens(FSPL) events(which yield the Einstein radius θE). By combining the existing KMTNet 3-telescope observatory with a 0.3 m 4 deg2 telescope at L2, of order 130 such measurements could be made over four years, down to about M ~ 6 M⊕for bulge FFPs and M ~ 0.7 M⊕for disk FFPs. The same experiment would return masses and distances for many bound planetary systems. A more ambitious experiment, with two 0.5 m satellites(one at L2 and the other nearer Earth) and similar camera layout but in the infrared, could measure masses and distances of sub-Moon mass objects, and thereby probe(and distinguish between) genuine sub-Moon FFPs and sub-Moon "dwarf planets" in exo-Kuiper Belts and exo-Oort Clouds.
