Deeper rooting 1(Dro1)and Deeper rooting 2(Dro2)are the QTLs that contribute considerably to root growth angle assisting in deeper rooting of rice *** the present study,a set of 348 genotypes were shortlisted from rice germplasm based on root angle *** results of the germplasm lines under drought stress identified 25 drought tolerant donor lines based on leaf rolling,leaf drying,spikelet fertility and single plant yield.A panel containing 101 genotypes was constituted based on screening results and genotyped using Dro1 and Dro2 *** software categorized the genotypes into four sub-populations with different fixation index values for root growth *** clustering analysis and principal coordinate analysis could differentiate the genotypes with or without deeper rooting *** dendrogram constructed based on the molecular screening for deep rooting QTLs showed clear distinction between the rainfed upland cultivars and irrigated *** genotypes,namely Dular,Tepiboro,Surjamukhi,Bamawpyan,N22,Dinorado,Karni,Kusuma,Bowdel,Lalsankari and Laxmikajal,possessed both the QTLs,whereas 67 genotypes possessed only *** average angle of Dro positive genotypes ranged from 82.7°to 89.7°.These genotypes possessing the deeper rooting QTLs can be taken as donor lines to be used in marker-assisted breeding programs.

The current study is performed to find sustainable solutions for the future of transportation and environmental *** conventional methods and experimental design table(L16 Orthogonal Array)techniques have been employed to examine and optimize a diesel-powered engine's operational and pollutant *** L16 Orthogonal Array is obtained through Taguchi's experimental design approach using Minitab 16 *** experimental design incorporated three control variables,namely engine speed,fuel type,and engine load,each with four *** operational parameters,namely brake thermal efficiency(BTE)and brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC),as well as the emission characteristics,including hydrocarbon(HC),carbon monoxide(CO),nitrogen oxide(NO),and smoke emissions,were acquired using the L16 orthogonal array(OA) and subsequently *** utilization of methodologies such as signal-to-noise(S/N) ratio and grey analysis was employed to determine the optimal operational state of the engine to achieve maximum performance while minimizing *** engine's ideal state of operation,in terms of BTE and BSFC,was determined to be at 75% engine load,1000 r/min engine speed,and using 10^(-4)(in vol) carbon nanotube incorporated 20% orange peel biodiesel(OPB20CNT100) blended fuel(A3-B1-C4).The study indicated that engine load significantly influenced BTE and BSFC,with 84.05% and 87.79% contribution factors,*** 25% engine load,1000 r/min,and OPB20CNT100 fuel(A1-B1-C4) CO,smoke,NO,and HC emissions were the *** load affects emissions the *** BSFC increased 3.10% and NO emissions 1.77%.BTE,CO,smoke,and HC emissions decreased by 1.9%,12.29%,47.05%,and 47.22%,respectively,at optimal operating conditions concerning diesel *** study shows that Taguchi-Grey's experimental design optimizes diesel engine operational and pollutant *** outcomes revealed that orange peel biodiesel infused with CNT can replace diesel fuel in a

Damage caused due to low-velocity impacts in composites leads to substantial deterioration in their residual strength and eventually provokes structural *** work presents an experimental investigation on the effects of different patch and parent laminate stacking sequences on the enhancement of impact strength of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers(CFRP)composites by utilising the adhesively bonded external patch repair *** evolution study is also performed with the aid of Acoustic Emission(AE).Two different quasi-isotropic configurations were selected for the parent laminate,viz.,[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/0°/45°/0°]*** Static Indentation(QSI)test was performed on both the pristine laminates,and damage areas were detected by using the C-scan inspection *** laminates were repaired by using a single-sided patch of two different configurations,viz.,[45°/45°/45°/45°]and[45°/0°/0°/45°],and employing a circular plug to fill the damaged *** different combinations of repaired laminates with two configurations of each parent and patch laminate were produced,which were further subjected to the QSI *** results reveal the effectiveness of the repair method,as all the repaired laminates show higher impact resistance compared to the respective pristine *** of[45°/0°/0°/45°]configuration when repaired by taking[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/0°/45°/0°]s as parents exhibited 68%and 73%higher peak loads,respectively,than the respective pristine ***,parent and patch of configuration[45°/0°/45°/0°]s and[45°/0°/0°/45°],respectively,attain the highest peak load,whereas[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/45°/45°/45°]combinations possess the most gradual decrease in the load.

In the background of f(R,L_(m))gravity,this work investigates three distinct dark matter halo profiles to test the possibility of generalised wormhole geometry within the galactic halo *** current study aims to accomplish these goals by examining various dark matter profiles including universal rotation curves(URC),Navarro-Frenk-White(NFW)model-Ⅰ,and NFW model-Ⅱinside two distinct f(R,L_(m))gravity *** to the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+L^(a)_(m)model,the dark matter(DM)halo density profiles produce suitable shape functions that meet all the necessary requirements for exhibiting the wormhole geometries with appropriate choice of free *** addition,to examine DM profiles under the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+(1+λR)L_(m) model,we consider a specific shape ***,we observed that the derived solution from both two models violates the null energy constraints,confirming that the DM supports wormholes to maintain in the galactic halo.

In this article,we present a dynamical system analysis of a Dirac-Born-Infeld scalar field in a modified f(Q)gravity *** considered a polynomial form of modified gravity,used two different types of scalar potential,polynomial and exponential,and found a closed autonomous dynamical system of *** analyzed the fixed points of such a system and evaluated the conditions under which deceleration to late-time acceleration occurs in this *** note the similarity of the two models and show that our result is consistent with a previous study on Einstein s *** also investigated the phenomenological implications of our models by plotting EoS(ω),energy density(Ω),and deceleration parameter(q)*** e-fold time and comparing to the present *** conclude the paper by observing how the dynamical system analysis differs in the modified f(Q)gravity,and present the future scope of our research.

Objectives Understanding past trends and forecasting future changes in health spending is vital for planning and reducing reliance on out-of-pocket(OOP)*** current study analyzed health expenditure patterns in India and forecasted future trends and patterns until *** Data on health expenditure in India from 2000 to 2019 was collected from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)iLibrary and National Health Accounts 2019 *** domestic product(GDP)data from the World Bank was also *** statistics analyzed the composition and pattern,while the exponential smoothing model forecasted future health *** The findings revealed that expenditure made by OOP is the primary health financing source,followed by government and pre-paid private *** percentage of GDP allocated to total health expenditure remains stable,while the per capita health expenditure *** in expenditure among states are observed,with Karnataka relying heavily on pre-paid private *** projections suggest a decline in per capita and total health expenditure as a share of GDP,with a slight increase in the government’s ***-paid private expenditure per capita and OOP health expenditure as a share of the total is projected to remain relatively constant but still high in absolute *** The study highlights variations in health spending in India,characterized by high OOP spending,limited public coverage,and a need for investments,and reforms to improve healthcare access and equity.

The present research work attempted to delineate and characterize the reservoir facies from the Dawson Canyon Formation in the Penobscot field,Scotian *** integrated study of instantaneous frequency,P-impedance,volume of clay and neutron-porosity attributes,and structural framework was done to unravel the Late Cretaceous depositional system and reservoir facies distribution patterns within the study *** strikes were found in the EW and NEE-SWW directions indicating the dominant course of tectonic activities during the Late Cretaceous period in the region.P-impedance was estimated using model-based seismic *** properties such as the neutron porosity(NPHI)and volume of clay(VCL)were estimated using the multilayer perceptron neural network with high ***,a combination of low instantaneous frequency(15-30 Hz),moderate to high impedance(7000-9500 gm/cc*m/s),low neutron porosity(27%-40%)and low volume of clay(40%-60%),suggests fair-to-good sandstone development in the Dawson Canyon *** calibration with the welllog data,it is found that further lowering in these attribute responses signifies the clean sandstone facies possibly containing *** present study suggests that the shale lithofacies dominates the Late Cretaceous deposition(Dawson Canyon Formation)in the Penobscot field,Scotian *** faults and overlying shale facies provide structural and stratigraphic seals and act as a suitable hydrocarbon entrapment mechanism in the Dawson Canyon Formation's *** present research advocates the integrated analysis of multi-attributes estimated using different methods to minimize the risk involved in hydrocarbon exploration.

Motivated by the recent experimental results of branching fractions for D^(+)_(s)→η^(′)l+v_(l) decays,which deviate from their SM predictions,we hve investigated these decays in W' model and scalar leptoquark model to determine potential signatures of new physics(NP) in semileptonic charm decays induced by c→(s,d)l+v_(l) *** recent experimental results of branching fractions for semileptonic D meson decays,new coupling parameters are predicted for the aforementioned NP *** fraction,forward-backward asymmetry,and lepton polarization asymmetry are examined by considering the predicted NP coupling *** results of branching fractions in scalar leptoquark model are found very close to the experimental results and exist around the range of 1σ *** presented a comparative study of the NP models to check their sensitivity on these *** anticipate that further research on these decays will significantly support our findings.
