Since the Cenozoic,the Tibetan Plateau has experienced large-scale uplift and outgrowth due to the India-Asia ***,the mechanism and timing of these tectonic processes still remain ***,using apatite fission track dating and inverse thermal modeling,we explore the mechanism of different phases of rapid cooling for different batholiths and intrusions in the southeastern Tibetan *** contrast to previous views,we find that the coeval granitic batholith exposed in the same tectonic zone experienced differential fast uplift in different sites,indicating that the present Tibetan Plateau was the result of differential uplift rather than the entire lithosphere uplift related to lithospheric collapse during Cenozoic *** addition,we also suggest that the 5-2 Ma mantle-related magmatism should be regarded as the critical trigger for the widely coeval cooling event in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau,because it led to the increase in atmospheric CO_(2)level and a hotter upper crust than before,which are efficient for suddenly fast rock weathering and ***,we propose that the current landform of the southeastern Tibetan Plateau was the combined influences of tectonic and climate.

Qualitative Analysis of a Belousov–Zhabotinskii Reaction Model

This paper deals with one kind of Belousov-Zhabotinskii reaction model. Linear stability is discussed for the spatially homogeneous problem firstly. Then we focus on the stationary problem with diffusion. Non-existence and existence of non-constant positive solutions are obtained by using implicit function theorem and Leray-Sehauder degree theory, respectively.

Two types of polymer bonded explosive studies were under taken, namely:(A) Molding powder, RDX is used as a high explosives, poly vinyl acetate (PVAC) as a binder, Dibutyl-O -Phthalate as a plasticizing agent and wax as desensitizer. It is researched by fixed composition. The parameters are adding time of adhesive stirred rate of the blade and mixed binder. Each parameter is researched by several experiments and expressed in next chapter.(B) Plastic explosive, a kind of polymer bonded explosive. Explosive C-4 is researched by many experiments (U.S.A composition) the parameters are adding time of adhesive, stirred rate of the blade, vacuum pressure, heating time and used binder. The product is tested by safety and detonation properties.

研究了苯酚和苯胺类化合物在不同pH下对光泽精-H2O2-Co2+体系化学发光(Chemiluminescence,CL)的影响。在NaHCO3-Na2CO3缓冲体系中,具有吸电子基团或两个-OH处于间位的化合物在中间的pH(即pH9.9)呈现增强作用,其他的化合物呈现抑制作用;在NaOH体系中,所有的化合物都呈现抑制作用。化合物对光泽精CL增强和抑制作用与化合物的结构、介质、以及介质的pH有关。通过研究光泽精CL反应混合物的荧光光谱以及光泽精体系的CL光谱等,提出了其增强和抑制作用的可能机理。苯酚和苯胺类化合物与光泽精竞争消耗溶液中的H2O2/HO2-,导致了化合物对光泽精CL的抑制作用;同时,苯酚和苯胺类化合物可以作为亲核试剂与光泽精反应形成一种加成物,这种加成物与光泽精相互作用生成光泽精自由基,然后与溶解氧反应产生CL,从而增强光泽精的CL。这两种作用相互竞争,导致了不同的条件下,化合物对光泽精CL增强和抑制作用的出现。

在硫酸介质中,对羟基苯甲酸对铈（Ⅳ）-罗丹明6G的化学发光反应有较强的增敏作用,据此建立了测定对羟基苯甲酸的反相高效液相色谱-化学发光新方法.该方法测定对羟基苯甲酸的检出限为3.1×10^-10g/mL,方法的线性范围为2.0×10^-9～5.0×10^-7g/mL,对于1.0×10^-8g/mL对羟基苯甲酸11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为1.42%.该方法灵敏度高、线性范围宽,已成功地应用于苹果汁样品中对羟基苯甲酸的含量分析.

Gold Mineralization in the Kyaikhto District, Mon State, Southern Myanmar

The Kyaikhto gold district is located within the Slate Belt and Mogok Metamorphic Belt of Southern Myanmar. The study area is covered by Carboniferous to Lower Permian metasedimentary rocks consisting of slate, phyllite, and schist of the Mergui Group, intruded by later igneous rocks. Four gold occurrences have been identified in the Kyaikhto district: the Kunzeik in the north, Zibyaung, and Thae Phyu Chaung in the center and Meyon in the south. Gold mineralization in the Kyaikhto district is associated with sheeted, stockwork, dissemination, and sulfide-bearing quartz veins. Ore minerals recognized include sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite, molybdenite and pyrite with minor native gold and electrum. Two types of fluid inclusions were examined in the quartz samples of the Kunzeik and Zibyaung—Type A: aqueous carbonic fluid inclusions and Type B: aqueous fluid inclusions. At the Kunzeik, Type A fluid inclusions homogenize at temperatures from 296°C to 376°C with low salinities (1.6 - 4.6 wt% NaCl equivalent). The homogenization temperatures of Type B fluid inclusions in vein quartz range from 246°C to 312°C, with salinities of between 1.2 and 10.7 wt% NaCl equivalent. In the Zibyaung, the homogenization temperatures of Type A inclusions vary from 305°C to 378°C, with salinities from 4.6 to 9.6 wt% NaCl equivalent. The homogenization temperatures of Type B fluid inclusions mainly range from 242°C to 298°C, with salinities from 0.9 to 11.8 wt% NaCl equivalent. These characteristics of fluid inclusions are similar to those of orogenic gold mineralization systems.

Active case-finding for tuberculosis by mobile teams in Myanmar:yield and treatment outcomes

Background:Since 2005,the Myanmar National Tuberculosis Programme(NTP)has been implementing active case finding(ACF)activities involving mobile teams in hard-to-reach *** study revealed the contribution of mobile team activities to total tuberculosis(TB)case detection,characteristics of TB patients detected by mobile teams and their treatment ***:This was a descriptive study using routine programme data between October 2014 and December *** team activities were a one-stop service and included portable digital chest radiography(CXR)and microscopy of two sputum *** algorithm of the case detection included screening patients by symptoms,then by CXR followed by sputum microscopy for *** patients were started on treatment and followed until a final outcome was ***:A total of 9349 people with symptoms suggestive of TB were screened by CXR,with an uptake of 96.6%.Of those who were meant to undergo sputum smear microscopy,51.4%had sputum ***,504 TB patients were identified by the mobile teams and the overall contribution to total TB case detection in the respective townships was 25.3%.Among total cases examined by microscopy,6.4%were sputum smear positive *** success rate was high as 91.8%in study townships compared to national rate 85%(2014 cohort).Conclusions:This study confirmed the feasibility and acceptability of ACF by mobile teams in hard-to-reach contexts,especially when equipped with portable,digital CXR machines that provided immediate ***,the follow-up process of sputum examination created a significant barrier to confirmation of the *** order to optimize the ACF through mobile team activity,future ACF activities were needed to be strengthened one stop service including molecular diagnostics or provision of sputum cups to all presumptive TB cases prior to CXR and testing if CXR suggestive of TB.

Distribution Pattern and Seasonal Variation of Bird Species from Semi-Urban Area of Taungoo Environs

The environs of Taungoo Township, Bago Region are one of the high biodiversity areas in Myanmar, locating eastern side of the high mountain ranges of Middle Yoma. The dense of every green and deciduous forest in the middle Middle Yoma were logging since 10 - 20 years ago. The birds inhabiting in that area have to refuge in suitable habitats nearby. The resent status of bird species is needed to assess the diversity of birds with the respect to distribution and seasonal variation after the construction of Yangon-Nepyitaw, Myanmar after twenty years ago. A total of 50 species of 27 genera, 22 families under nine orders were recorded. That represented 44 resident species (32 terrestrial species and 12 water bird species), and 6 species of migratory birds (1 terrestrial species and 5 water bird species). As habitat utilization, 24 bird species in paddy fields, 21 species in scattered trees, 33 species in wetland and 25 species in forest habitat types were investigated. Some species used more than one habitat types. According to the assessment of abundance categories based on the calculation of individual numbers of the birds, abundant category (3 species), common bird (1 species), frequent category (5 species), uncommon category (3 species) and rare species (28 species) were categorized. Hence, bird community was still sustainable in this area. In the aspect of conservation status, all recorded bird species were under least concern categories, according to the IUCN Redlist in the study area.

Infra-red Thermal Imaging of the Inner Canthus: Correlates with the Temperature of the Injured Human Brain

Introduction: Infra-red (IR) thermometry is a safe and valid method to determine internal and surface temperature in human subjects. Under conditions of brain damage (head injury or stroke) knowledge of changes in the temperature of intracranial tissue is justified because of the vulnerability of neurons to accelerated damage at temperatures at the upper end of the febrile range. Aim: To determine the temperature at the inner canthus (IC) of the eye as a potential surrogate for brain temperature. Methods: Invasive monitoring of deep brain structures, lateral ventricle and deep white matter. IR temperature readings obtained at right and left IC. Results: ?Strong correlations were evident between R and L IC and brain. Close, as well as poor, agreement between?? sites was shown in some patients and at some times. For right hemispheric lesions four had a better correlation between TbrV and TRIC when compared to TLIC.? When the correlation between TbrV and TLIC was better compared to TbrV and TRIC, four had a predominant right hemispheric lesion. Conclusions: Improved techniques for IR thermal imaging accuracy at the bedside has the potential to improve temperature measurement agreement. The predominant lesion side may have a bearing on maximum ipsilateral IC temperature Further studies are ongoing in this pilot study population.

Trachypithecus,which currently contains 20 species divided into four groups,is the most speciose and geographically dispersed genus among Asian *** several morphological and molecular studies,however,its evolutionary history and phylogeography remain poorly ***’s langur(Trachypithecus phayrei) is one of the most widespread members of the genus,but details on its actual distribution and intraspecific taxonomy are limited and ***,to elucidate the evolutionary history of Trachypithecus and to clarify the intraspecific taxonomy and distribution of ***,we sequenced 41 mitochondrial genomes from georeferenced fecal samples and museum specimens,including two *** analyses revealed a robustly supported phylogeny of Trachypithecus,suggesting that the *** group branched first,followed by the *** group,and the *** and *** groups most *** four species groups diverged from each other 4.5-3.1 million years ago(Ma),while speciation events within these groups occurred much more recently(1.6-0.3 Ma).Within ***,we found three clades that diverged 1.0-0.9 Ma,indicating the existence of three rather than two *** the phylogenetic species concept and based on genetic,morphological,and ecological differences,we elevate the *** subspecies to species level,describe a new species from central Myanmar,and refine the distribution of the three ***,our study highlights the importance of museum specimens and provides new insights not only into the evolutionary history of *** but the entire Trachypithecus genus as well.
