Minimum temperatures have remarkable impacts on tree growth at high-elevation sites on the Tibetan Plateau,but the shortage of long-term and high-resolution paleoclimate records inhibits understanding of recent minimum temperature *** this study,a warm season(April–September)reconstruction is presented for the past 467 years(1550–2016)based on Sabina tibetica ring-width chronology on the Lianbaoyeze Mountain of the central eastern Tibetan *** warm periods and eight cold periods were ***-term minimum temperature variations revealed a high degree of coherence with nearby *** correlations between our reconstruction and global sea surface temperatures suggest that warm season minimum temperature anomalies in the central eastern Tibetan Plateau were strongly influenced by large-scale ocean atmospheric circulations,such as the El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation and the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation.

To generate dance that temporally and aesthetically matches the music is a challenging problem in three ***,the generated motion should be beats-aligned to the local musical ***,the global aesthetic style should be matched between motion and *** third,the generated motion should be diverse and *** address these challenges,we propose ReChoreoNet,which re-choreographs high-quality dance motion for a given piece of music.A data-driven learning strategy is proposed to efficiently correlate the temporal connections between music and motion in a progressively learned cross-modality embedding *** beats-aligned content motion will be subsequently used as autoregressive context and control signal to control a normalizing-flow model,which transfers the style of a prototype motion to the final generated *** addition,we present an aesthetically labelled music-dance repertoire(MDR)for both efficient learning of the cross-modality embedding,and understanding of the aesthetic connections between music and *** demonstrate that our repertoire-based framework is robustly extensible in both content and *** quantitative and qualitative experiments have been carried out to validate the efficiency of our proposed model.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are characterized by heterogeneous traffic types (audio, video, data) and diverse application traffic requirements. This paper introduces three traffic classes following the defined model of heterogeneous traffic differentiation in WSNs. The requirements for each class regarding sensitivity to QoS (Quality of Service) parameters, such as loss, delay, and jitter, are described. These classes encompass real-time and delay-tolerant traffic. Given that QoS evaluation is a multi-criteria decision-making problem, we employed the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method for multi-criteria optimization. As a result of this approach, we derived weight values for different traffic classes based on key QoS factors and requirements. These weights are assigned to individual traffic classes to determine transmission priority. This study provides a thorough comparative analysis of the proposed model against existing methods, demonstrating its superior performance across various traffic scenarios and its implications for futureWSNapplications. The results highlight themodel's adaptability and robustness in optimizing network resources under varying conditions, offering insights into practical deployments in real-world scenarios. Additionally, the paper includes an analysis of energy consumption, underscoring the trade-offs between QoS performance and energy efficiency. This study presents the development of a differentiated services model for heterogeneous traffic in wireless sensor networks, considering the appropriate QoS framework supported by experimental analyses. © 2024 The authors. To the Editor : Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) Stage C hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with vascular invasion has been considered unresectable. However, the curative rate from systemic treatment is rather dismal. Even with the use of immunotherapy, complete remission is less than 10% [ 1 ]. On the contrary, recent advances in transplant oncology, especially in the application of liver transplant-related surgical techniques in complex liver resections, make the operation possible for patients with locally advanced HCC who were previously considered to be unresectable [ 2 ]. We hereby present the surgical management of a patient with giant HCC in right liver lobe with inferior vena cava(IVC) invasion.

This study reviewed scholarly articles on the relationship between Christian spirituality and mental health published in academic journals from 1980 to *** review analyzed findings from 44 studies that likely used various research methods like surveys,interviews,and *** results reveal a consistent link between Christian beliefs,such as faith,hope,and love,and positive mental health *** studies focused on the therapeutic effects of Christian spirituality in alleviating mental disturbances and improving ***,the review also identified gaps in the literature,including a lack of research on the relationship between Christian spirituality and mental illness,small sample sizes,and a lack of cross-cultural and cross-religious *** article emphasizes the importance of addressing these limitations to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the complex relationship between mental health and spirituality.

Acute infectious conjunctivitis(AIC)is one of the most common communicable diseases encountered in acute hospital *** exists long before *** showed COVID-19 infections were associated with AIC,as the most common ocular manifestations[1].Thus,an increase in AIC during COVID-19 is expected[2].However,personal hygiene practices and public health measures throughout COVID-19 negatively impacted the incidence of influenza and other upper respiratory tract infections,as for AIC[3].Our retrospective study extracted the data between July 2016 to June 2023,from the hospital communicable ocular diseases *** aim to reveal the incidence of AIC across the pre-and post-COVID era in a local regional acute hospital.A total of 1512 patients with AIC were identified in the last 7 years across the pre-and post-COVID *** incidences of AIC over the past 7 years were plotted as a line chart(figure 1A).
