In any urologic cancer surgery, lymph node dissection and its processing play a significant role in staging and management of the patients. Accordingly, precise handling of the dissected lymph nodes is important for histopathological work-up. The authors have developed a lymph node plastic tray shaping the abdomen and pelvis in which the dissected lymph nodes are placed in its determined location. This can be applied for any urologic cancer surgery. The research was designed to test the usage of a new histological tray. The objective was to assess how helpful it was for the surgical team and in the pathological process. The newly developed lymph node tray has been applied in 150 urological cancer surgeries and its efficacy and outcome have been evaluated in all these cases by involved doctors and assistants. This new tray simplifies lymph node removing and identification (staging), making it safer and quicker in any uro-oncological surgery. It facilitates the work of the pathologist and the flow of reliable information along the surgeon—pathologist-oncologist team. With usage of the tray, lymph node dissections are more structured by methodical means compared to any of the present methods.

Smart mobility solutions are trending in the mobility domain realized through pilot activities and commercial solutions,but there is a lack of a broad framework defining the readiness to introduce such mobility solutions in a specific *** this research,smart mobility solutions are examined in the perspective of the Mobility-as-a-Service(MaaS)scheme that is an adequate representation of the maturity of a region regarding smart mobility solutions including technology,business,and coopetition *** three aspects define the feature selection,whereas surveys are used to collect input data from local experts(LEs).For weighting the features,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used with a modified interpretive structural modeling(ISM).With this modification,an expert-friendly process is developed without affecting the *** elaborated MaaS readiness index(MRI)is applied to six regions with different types of mobility related pilot activities to demonstrate the MRI as a comparison tool between regions and between ex-ante and ex-post pilot *** developed interpretive structural modeling with Graph(ISM-G)methodology requites remarkably less work from the evaluators compared to the ISM,while no important difference appeared in the *** MRI can support smart mobility related pilot evaluations,whereas the ISM-G can be used widely in decision-making.

In this paper we would like to give a brief review about the extensibility of the liquid-liquid locus into the negativepressure region. Negative pressure states are hardly explored; most researchers believe that the pressure scale ends at p = *** would like to show that this is not true, the p = 0 point is not a special point for liquids, it can be 'easily' crossed. We aregoing to give a few example, where the extension of liquid-liquid locus for polymer blends and solutions below p = 0 givesus some interesting results, like the merging of UCST and LCST branches in weakly interacting polymer solutions or thereason why most UCST blends exhibit pressure induced immiscibility. Also, we will see what happens with the immiscibilityisland of aqueous polymer solutions when -- reaching the critical molar mass -- it 'disappears'.

Blockchain is a type of distributed ledger technology that consists of a growing list of records,called blocks,that are securely linked together using *** blockchain-based solution deploys a specific consensus algorithm that guarantees the consistency of the ledger over *** most famous,and yet claimed to be the most secure,is the Proof-of-Work(PoW)consensus *** this paper,we revisit the fundamental calculations and assumptions of this algorithm,originally presented in the Bitcoin white *** break down its claimed calculations in order to better understand the underlying assumptions of the *** also propose a novel formalization model of the PoW mining problem using the Birthday *** utilize this model to formalize and analyze partial pre-image attacks on PoW-based blockchains,with formal analysis that confirms the experimental results and the previously proposed *** build on those analyses and propose new concepts for benchmarking the security of PoW-based systems,including Critical Difficulty and Critical Difficulty per given *** calculations result in several important findings,including the profitability of launching partial pre-image attacks on PoW-based blockchains,once the mining puzzle difficulty reaches a given ***,for any compromised portion of the network(q<0.5;honest majority assumption still holds),the attack is formally proven profitable once the PoW mining puzzle difficulty reaches 56 leading zeros.

The use of enteral feeding as part of the management of acute pancreatitis dates back almost two *** review describes the indications for and limitations of enteral feeding for the treatment of acute pancreatitis using up-to-date evidence-based data.A systematic review was carried out to analyse current data on the use of enteral nutrition in the management of acute *** literature was analysed from the viewpoints of enteral vs parenteral feeding,early vs delayed enteral nutrition,nasogastric vs nasojejunal feeding,and early oral diet and immunonutrition,particularly glutamine and probiotic ***,current applicable guidelines and the effects of these guidelines on clinical practice are *** latest meta-analyses suggest that enteral nutrition significantly reduces the mortality rate of severe acute pancreatitis compared to parenteral *** maintain gut barrier function and prevent early bacterial translocation,enteral feeding should be commenced within the first 24 h of hospital ***,the safety of nasogastric feeding,which eases the administration of enteral nutrients in the clinical setting,is likely equal to nasojejunal ***,an earlylow-fat oral diet is potentially beneficial in patients with mild *** the initial encouraging results,the current evidence does not support the use of immunoenhanced nutrients or probiotics in patients with acute pancreatitis.

Mono-cropping systems consisting of general low-yielding cereals are crucial productivity constraints in dry areas of the Mediterranean region.A crop rotation consisting of quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)-wheat(Triticum aestivum L)-chickpea(Cicer arietinum)was compared with monocropping in the Mediterranean region of Turkey.A four year crop rotation trial was set up in Adana,Turkey.A total of nine crop rotation systems of Quinoa(Q),chickpea(L)and wheat(W)were considered in this *** four year results revealed that there was significant difference in grain and biomass yields,but no significant difference in plant height,harvest index,and 1000 grain weight of wheat among the treatments in crop rotation except number of grains per spike and soil organic *** wheat and chickpea-wheat-chickpea-wheat(LWLW)produced significantly greater grain yield in 2010/2011 and 2011/*** and QWQW rotation produced significantly lower biomass yield in 2008/*** maximum biomass yield of LWLW rotation resulted in 2011/2012 growing ***,the effect of previous crop on wheat grain and biomass yield in the four years of the rotation study was significantly *** the long run,the favorable effects of legume-based rotations on crop yields and water productivity are apparent.
