A quantum chemistry study of the first singlet(S_(1))and triplet(T_(1))excited states of phenylsulfonyl-carbazole compounds,proposed as useful thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitters for organic light emitting diode(OLED)applications,was performed with the quantum Equation-Of-Motion Variational Quantum Eigensolver(qEOM-VQE)and Variational Quantum Deflation(VQD)algorithms on quantum simulators and *** quantum simulations were performed with double zeta quality basis sets on an active space comprising the highest occupied and lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals(HOMO,LUMO)of the TADF *** differences in energy separations between S_(1) and T_(1)(ΔEST)predicted by calculations on quantum simulators were found to be in excellent agreement with experimental *** of 17 and 88 mHa with respect to exact energies were found for excited states by using the qEOM-VQE and VQD algorithms,respectively,to perform simulations on quantum devices without error *** utilizing state tomography to purify the quantum states and correct energy values,the large errors found for unmitigated results could be improved to differences of,at most,4 mHa with respect to exact ***,excellent agreement could be found between values ofΔEST predicted by quantum simulations and those found in experiments.

Ionic Debye Screening in Dense Liquid Plasmas Observed for Li+p,d Reactions with Liquid Li Target

Manipulation of single atoms and molecules is an innovative experimental technique of *** far,a scanning tunneling microscopy(STM) has been widely used to fabricate artificial structures by laterally pushing,pulling or sliding single atoms and ***,the driving forces involved in manipulation have not been ***,an atomic force microscopy(AFM) has been also used to manipulate single atoms and *** manipulation with an AFM is particularly promising,because it allows the direct measurement of the required *** the present study,we investigated the forces in AFM lateral manipulation for a top single Cu atom(super Cu atom)on the Cu(110)-O *** AFM tip apex was coated with Cu or O atoms in situ by slightly making a tip-sample mechanical contact on the Cu(110)-O surface prior to the *** the case of Cu-adsorbed AFM tip,the super Cu atom on the surface was pulled at a lateral tip position on the adjacent binding *** contrast,in the case of O-adsorbed AFM tip,the super Cu atom was pushed over the top of the super Cu ***,we found that the forces(attractive or repulsive forces)to move an atom laterally on the surface strongly depend on the atom species of the AFM tip apex and the ***,in order to clarify the manipulation process,we investigated the full tip-sample potential landscape necessary to manipulate *** tip-sample potentials were determined by the frequency shift versus distance curves by mathematical *** found that the tip-sample potentials which move the super Cu atom laterally on the surface strongly depended on the atom species of the AFM tip apex and the *** results strongly suggest that the chemical nature of tip-sample interaction plays an important role in lateral atom ***,we discuss the pathways for moving the super Cu atom.

Thick target yields of α particles emitted in the 6Li(d,α)4He and 7Li(p,α)4He reactions were measured for Li target in the solid and liquid phase. Observed reaction rates for the liquid Li are always larger than those for the solid. This suggests that the stopping power of hydrogen ion in the liquid Li metal might be smaller than in the solid. Using the empirically obtained stopping power for the liquid Li,we have deduced the screening potentials of the Li+p and Li+d reactions in both phases. The deduced screening potential for the liquid Li is about 500 eV larger than for the solid. This difference is attributed to the effect of liquefied Li+ ions. It is concluded that the ionic screening is much stronger than the electronic screening in a low-temperature dense plasmas.

We would like to introduce the Project in China Rehabilitation Research Center that began from November, 2001. The purpose of this Project is to develop curriculums meeting international standards of Physical therapy and Occupational therapy, to produce highly qualified teaching professionals and to prepare teaching materials and educational equipment. From last year, Chinese counterparts who studied in Japan had started to teach about special course. From this year, separated special course of Physical therapy and Occupational therapy had opened for students. We will explain about specific action of experts of Japan and counterparts in China.

Background: Infection transmission among them occurs easily and sometimes causes outbreaks at facilities where children live in groups. Early response is necessary for infection control measures to avoid larger clusters. In Japan, (Nursery) School Absenteeism Surveillance System ((N)SASSy), which is a kind of school absenteeism surveillance, has activated since 2007 and covers about 60% of all schools and 40% of all nursery schools in 2017. Objective: The objective of the present paper is investigation and demonstration of how caregivers receive information related to infectious diseases in Japan and how (N)SASSy contributes health of children. Method: We randomly selected subjects with children by pre-fecture in October, 2017. The survey questionnaire asked background information and information about infectious diseases to maintain health in children. We regressed health concern variables on background information and information provision situation about community outbreaks using weighted logistic regression. Results: We received responses from 1172 people. Estimation results showed higher concern about a facility providing information about community outbreak. Caregivers whose children attend facilities provided about community outbreak or covered (N)SASSy significantly higher opportunity to arrange a schedule when a child has a high fever. Discussion: The obtained results demonstrated that activation in (N)SASSy affects the possibility of arranging a schedule when a child has a high fever. This capability might improve community health.

Preparation and photo-patterning characteristics of organic-inorganic hybrid thin film containing latent pigment by using photo-acid-generator (PAG) and microwave irradiation have been investigated. The acrylic thin film modified with methoxysilane containing PAG was formed on a glass substrate and irradiated with ultraviolet rays to promote sol-gel reaction by catalytic action of acid which was generated from PAG. And then the film was hardened with microwave irradiation, yielding organic-inorganic hybrid polymer film having hardness, highly transparency and strong adhesion with a glass substrate. Since this reaction only occurred in the optically (UV) irradiated regions, by exploiting the difference between the adhesivenesses of these regions photo-irradiated through photomask with a glass substrate, it was possible to form a patterned film with pitch of 100 to 50 μm by a simple lift-off method. A pigment-containing film using latent pigments (with subtractive three primary colors of coloring materials) and a patterned film were prepared, and it was possible to make these films multi-colored by varying the mixing ratio of the pigments. This multi-colored film-preparation method is effective for simply and efficiently forming a color-filter film by applying optical and microwave irradiation.
