Recently,by combining a swirl flow with non-equilibrium condensation phenomena of condensate gas generated in a supersonic flow,a separating and extracting techniques of condensate gas have been *** technique can reduce the size of the device and don't use *** the present study,by using a non-equilibrium condensation phenomenon of moist air occurred in the supersonic flow in the annular nozzle composed of an inher body and an outer nozzle with a swirl,the possibility of separation of the condensable gas and the effect of shape of nozzle inlet on the flow field were examined numerically.

A 76-year-old woman with hepatitis C cirrhosis presented with tarry stools and *** endoscopy demonstrated bleeding duodenal varices in the second portion of the ***-enhanced computed tomography revealed markedly tortuous varices around the wall in the *** afferent veins appeared to have developed,and the right ovarian vein draining into the inferior vena cava was detected as an efferent ***-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO) of the varices using cyanoacrylate was successfully performed in combination with the temporary occlusion of the portal *** no previous publications have used cyanoacrylate as an embolic agent for BRTO to control bleeding duodenal varices,this strategy can be considered as an alternative procedure to conventional BRTO using ethanolamine oleate when numerous afferent vessels that cannot be embolized are present.

Effect of Deuterium Ion Implantation on Microstructures of Fe-M (M=V, W, Ta) Alloys

To study the effect of tungsten, vanadium and tantalum on the microstructures in CLAM （China Low Activation Martensitic） steel after irradiation respectively, the microstructures of Fe-M （M= V ,W, Ta） model alloys were investigated after implanted deuterium ions using an ion accelerator at 773 K. After implanted deuterium ion, TEM （Transmission Electron Microscope） observation and EDX （Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrom） analysis have been carried out. The result showed that tiny voids were observed in all model alloys after implanted the same dose of deuterium ions. The swelling rate in FeTa alloy was the smallest among the three alloys. Unlike FeW and FeV alloys, there was the segregation in FeTa alloy under a fluence of 5×1017D＋ /cm2 at 773 K. A theoretical analysis showed that the void growth in FeTa alloy slowed down due to tantalum segregation near voids. It indicates that tantalum plays an important role in the improved irradiation resistance of CLAM steel.

Gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors (GI-NETs) are rare neoplasms, like all NETs. However, the incidence of GI-NETS has been increasing in recent years. Gastric NETs (G-NETs) and duodenal NETs (D-NETs) are the common types of upper GI-NETs based on tumor location. G-NETs are classified into three distinct subgroups: type I, II, and III. Type I G-NETs, which are the most common subtype (70%-80% of all G-NETs), are associated with chronic atrophic gastritis, including autoimmune gastritis and Helicobacter pylori associated atrophic gastritis. Type II G-NETs (5%-6%) are associated with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (MEN1-ZES). Both type I and II G-NETs are related to hypergastrinemia, are small in size, occur in multiple numbers, and are generally benign. In contrast, type III G-NETs (10%-15%) are not associated with hypergastrinemia, are large-sized single tumors, and are usually malignant. Therefore, surgical resection and chemotherapy are generally necessary for type III G-NETs, while endoscopic resection and follow-up, which are acceptable for the treatment of most type I and II G-NETs, are only acceptable for small and well differentiated type III G-NETs. D-NETs include gastrinomas (50%-60%), somatostatin-producing tumors (15%), nonfunctional serotonin-containing tumors (20%), poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas (< 3%), and gangliocytic paragangliomas (< 2%). Most D-NETs are located in the first or second part of the duodenum, with 20% occurring in the periampullary region. Therapy for D-NETs is based on tumor size, location, histological grade, stage, and tumor type. While endoscopic resection may be considered for small nonfunctional D-NETs (G1) located in the higher papilla region, surgical resection is necessary for most other D-NETs. However, there is no consensus regarding the ideal treatment of D-NETs.

Aim:To test the efficacy and safety of liver stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)in patients who harbor adverse ***:We retrospectively evaluated the outcomes of liver SBRT in a single cancer *** invented criteria consisting of two physical factors and two tumor factors to measure the treatment difficulty in each *** clinical outcomes and toxicity were evaluated by stratification of the harboring ***:A total of 24(23 hepatocellular carcinoma and 1 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma)patients were eligible for this study,with a median follow-up duration of 18 *** all eligible patients,21 patients(88%)had one or more *** local control,progression-free survival,and overall survival rates for all patients at 2 years were 89%,42%,and 76%*** the patients with physical and tumor adverse factors,local control/progression-free survival/overall survival rates at 2 years were 100%/42%/69%and 80%/23%/78%,*** subgroup of 11 patients with 2 or more factors showed comparable local control rate at 2 years to the subgroup of 13 patients with 0 to 1 factors(100%vs.86%,P=0.59).One patient(4.2%)experienced a decline in the Child-Pugh score by 2 points at 3 months after the *** 2 to 3 gastrointestinal toxicity was observed in three ***:SBRT showed a high local control rate with acceptable toxicity for the group of liver cancer patients harboring both physical and tumor adverse factors as long as conducted following patient selection and dose constraints that were used in this study.

Single-tree detection is one of the main research topics in quantifying the structural properties of forests. Drone Li DAR systems and terrestrial laser scanning systems produce high-density point clouds that offer great promise for forest inventories in limited areas. However, most studies have focused on the upper canopy layer and neglected the lower forest structure. This paper describes an innovative tree detection method using drone Li DAR data from a new perspective of the under-canopy structure. This method relies on trunk point clouds, with undercanopy sections split into heights ranging from 1 to 7 m, which were processed and compared, to determine a suitable height threshold to detect trees. The method was tested in a dense cedar plantation forest in the Aichi Prefecture, Japan, which has a stem density of 1140 stems·ha^(-1) and an average tree age of 42 years. Dense point cloud data were generated from the drone Li DAR system and terrestrial laser scanning with an average point density of 5000 and 6500 points·m^(-2), respectively. Tree detection was achieved by drawing point-cloud section projections of tree trunks at different heights and calculating the center coordinates. The results show that this trunk-section-based method significantly reduces the difficulty of tree detection in dense plantation forests with high accuracy(F1-Score=0.9395). This method can be extended to different forest scenarios or conditions by changing section parameters.

The metal organic vapor phase epitaxy （MOVPE） growth of indium gallium nitride （InGaN） has been discussed in detail towards the fabrication of solar cell. The InGaN film with In contents up to 0.4 are successfully grown by controlling the fundamental growth parameters such as the precursor gas flow rates, temperature etc. The formation of metallic In originates from the higher value （0.74） of trimethylindium/ （trimethylindium ＋ triethylgallium）（TMI/（TMI ＋ TEG）） molar ratio with low （4100） V/lll weight molar ratio while the lower value （0.2） of TMI/（TMI ＋ TEG） causes the phase separation. It is also necessary to control the growth rate and epitaxial film thickness to suppress the phase separation in the material. The crystalline quality of grown films is studied and it is found to be markedly deteriorated with increasing In content. The lattice parameters as well as the thermal expansion coefficient mismatch between GaN template and InGaN epi-layer are primarily considered as the reasons to deteriorate the film quality for higher In content. By using Ino.16Ga0.84N films, an n＋-p homo-junction structure is fabricated on 0.65 μm GaN template. For such a device, the response to the light illumination （AM 1.5） is observed with an open circuit voltage of 1.4 V and the short circuit current density of 0.25 mA/cm2. To improve the performance as well as increase solar photon capturing, the device is further fabricated on thick GaN template with higher In content. The In0.25Ga0.75N n＋-p junction solar cell is found better performance with an open circuit voltage of 1.5 V and the short circuit current density of 0.5 mA/cm2. This is the InGaN p-n homo-junction solar cell with the highest In content ever reported by MOVPE.
