Smart city refers to the information system with Intemet of things and cloud computing as the core tec hnology and government management and industrial development as the core content,forming a large scale,heterogeneous and dynamic distributed Internet of things environment between different Internet of *** is a wide demand for cooperation between equipment and management institutions in the smart ***,it is necessary to establish a trust mechanism to promote cooperation,and based on this,prevent data disorder caused by the interaction between honest terminals and malicious ***,most of the existing research on trust mechanism is divorced from the Internet of things environment,and does not consider the characteristics of limited computing and storage capacity and large differences of Internet of hings devices,resuling in the fact that the research on abstract trust trust mechanism cannot be directly applied to the Internet of things;On the other hand,various threats to the Internet of things caused by security vulnerabilities such as collision attacks are not *** at the security problems of cross domain trusted authentication of Intelligent City Internet of things terminals,a cross domain trust model(CDTM)based on self-authentication is *** most trust models,this model uses self-certiﬁed *** cross-domain process of internet of things(IoT)terminal can quickly establish a trust relationship with the current domain by providing its trust certiﬁcate stored in the previous domain *** the same time,in order to alleviate the collision attack and improve the accuracy of trust evaluation,the overall trust value is calculated by comprehensively considering the quantity weight,time attenuation weight and similarity ***,the simulation results show that CDTM has good anti collusion attack *** success rate of malicious interaction will not increase signiﬁ*** with other model

In Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks(WMSNs),nodes capable of retrieving video,audio,images,and small scale sensor data,tend to generate immense traffic of various *** energy-efficient transmission of such a vast amount of heterogeneous multimedia content while simultaneously ensuring the quality of service and optimal energy consumption is ***,we propose a Power-Efficient Wireless Multimedia of Things(PE-WMoT),a robust and energy-efficient cluster-based mechanism to improve the overall lifetime of *** a PE-WMoT,nodes declare themselves Cluster Heads(CHs)based on available *** cluster formation and CH declaration processes are completed,the Sub-Cluster(SC)formation process triggers,in which application base nodes within close vicinity of each other organize themselves under the administration of a Sub-Cluster Head(SCH).The SCH gathers data from member nodes,removes redundancies,and forwards miniaturized data to its respective ***-WMoT adopts a fuzzy-based technique named the analytical hierarchical process,which enables CHs to select an optimal SCH among available SCs.A PE-WMoT also devises a robust scheduling mechanism between CH,SCH,and child nodes to enable collision-free data *** results revealed that a PE-WMoT significantly reduces the number of redundant packet transmissions,improves energy consumption of the network,and effectively increases network throughput.

In recent years,cybersecurity has attracted significant interest due to the rapid growth of the Internet of Things(IoT)and the widespread development of computer infrastructure and *** is thus becoming particularly necessary to identify cyber-attacks or irregularities in the system and develop an efficient intrusion detection framework that is integral to *** have worked on developing intrusion detection models that depend on machine learning(ML)methods to address these security *** intelligent intrusion detection device powered by data can exploit artificial intelligence(AI),and especially ML,***,we propose in this article an intrusion detection model based on a Real-Time Sequential Deep Extreme Learning Machine Cybersecurity Intrusion Detection System(RTS-DELM-CSIDS)security *** proposed model initially determines the rating of security aspects contributing to their significance and then develops a comprehensive intrusion detection framework focused on the essential ***,we investigated the feasibility of our proposed RTS-DELM-CSIDS framework by performing dataset evaluations and calculating accuracy parameters to *** experimental findings demonstrate that the RTS-DELM-CSIDS framework outperforms conventional ***,the proposed approach has not only research significance but also practical significance.

Seed Priming with Potassium Nitrate Can Enhance Salt Stress Tolerance in Maize

Salinity is a major abiotic stress that hinders plant development and productivity and influences agricultural *** priming is a technique used to boost germination and seedling growth under abiotic stress.A pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the impact of seed priming with potassium nitrate(KNO_(3))at various levels(0%,0.50%,1.00%and 1.50%)under salt stress(0,75,100 mM NaCl)on two maize verities(MNH360 and 30T60)for the growth,development and metabolic attributes results revealed that in maize variety MNH360,KNO_(3)priming’s significantly enhanced growth parameters than in maize variety 30T60 under control and salt-stressed *** with KNO_(3)enhanced carotenoids and total chlorophyll in the 30T60 variety that protected the maize plants from salt ***,it was shown that priming with 1.00%KNO_(3)acts as safeguarded to protect them from oxidative damage by salt stress minimizing reactive oxygen species(ROS)formation through increased levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),and total soluble *** findings of the present study confirm that the use of the KNO_(3)seed priming technique is a lowcost,environmentally friendly technique for mitigating adverse impacts of salt stress in maize crops by activating the antioxidant defense system and improving chlorophyll and osmolyte contents.

Tectonic Imprints of the Hazara Kashmir Syntaxis on the Mesozoic Rocks Exposed in Munda, Mohmand Agency, Northwest Pakistan

Two well-developed mesoscopic folds, D_2 and D_3, which postdate the middle amphibolite metamorphism, were recognized in the western hinterland zone of Pakistan. NW–SE trending D_2 folds developed during NE–SW horizontal bulk shortening followed by NE–SW trending D_3 folds, which developed during SE–NW shortening. Micro- to mesoscopically the NW–SE trending S2 crenulation cleavage, boudins and mineral stretching lineations are overprinted by D_3. The newly established NW–SE trending micro- to mesoscopic structures in Munda termed D_2, which postdated F_1/F_2, is synchronously developed with F3 structures in the western hinterland zone of Pakistan. We interpret that D2 and D3 folds are counterclockwise rotated in the tectonic event that has evolved the Hazara Kashmir Syntaxis after the main phase Indian plate and Kohistan Island Arc collision. Chlorite replacement by biotite in the main matrix crenulation cleavages indicates prograde metamorphism related with D2. The inclusion of muscovite and biotite in garnet porphyroblasts and the presence of staurolite in these rocks indicate that the Barrovian metamorphic conditions predate D2 and D3. We interpret that garnet, staurolite and calcite porphyroblasts grew before D2 because the well developed S2 crenulation cleavage wraps around these porphyroblasts.

An Efficient Medium Access Control Mechanism for Flying Ad-hoc Networks

Impact of risk management strategies on the credit risk faced by commercial banks of Balochistan

This study aims to identify risk management strategies undertaken by the commercial banks of Balochistan,Pakistan,to mitigate or eliminate credit *** findings of the study are significant as commercial banks will understand the effectiveness of various risk management strategies and may apply them for minimizing credit *** explanatory study analyses the opinions of the employees of selected commercial banks about which strategies are useful for mitigating credit *** data was collected from 250 employees of commercial banks to perform multiple regression analyses,which were used for the *** results identified four areas of impact on credit risk management(CRM):corporate governance exerts the greatest impact,followed by diversification,which plays a significant role,hedging and,finally,the bank’s Capital Adequacy *** study highlights these four risk management strategies,which are critical for commercial banks to resolve their credit risk.
