AIM: To determine the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylon) infection, the serum anti-H. pylori immunoglobulin G (IgG) and IgA antibody responses, and the value of clinical presentations in diagnosis of H. pylori infection in patients with gastric atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and ***: H. pylori infection was detected by histology in 209 patients with mild chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG, n=76),severe CAG (n=22), mild intestinal metaplasia (IM, n=22),severe IM (n=58), or dysplasia (DYS, n=31). Serum antiH. pylori IgG and IgA were double sampled and evaluated by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assays. 35 clinical presentations were observed and their relationship with *** infection was analyzed by the k-means cluster ***: Both IgG and IgA levels in H. pylori positive patients were significantly higher than those negative for ***(P＜0.001-0.01). The prevalence of H. pylori was highest in severe IM (84.5%), and lowest in mild CAG (51.3%)(P＜0.01). They were similar in severe CAG (68.2%), mild IN (72.7%), and DYS (67.7%). In *** positive patients,the IgG levels in severe CAG were significantly higher than those in mild CAG (P＜0.01). In *** negative patients,both IgG and IgA levels increased remarkably in severe IM,compared to those in mild IM (P＜0.01-0.05).H. pylori infection exhibited no association with patient′s gender (62.1% in males; 71.7 % in females) and age (r=0.0814, P=0.241).The diagnostic accuracy based on 35 clinical presentations was 65.7 %. It could be improved by 5.7% when only the assemblage of digestive symptoms were engaged, or by 8.6 % when the pathogenic factors, general status and grossoscopy were combined. In recent years, as the exploration practices extend into more complicated formations, conventional well log interpretation has often shown its inaccuracy and limitations in identifying hydrocarbons. The Permian Wutonggou Formation hosts typical clastic reservoirs in the Eastern Junggar Basin. The sophisticated lithology characteristics cause complex pore structures and fluid properties. These all finally cause low well testing agreement rate using conventional methods. Eleven years＇ recent statistics show that 12 out of 15 water layers have been incorrectly identified as being oil or oil/water layers by conventional well log interpretation. This paper proposes a methodology called intelligent prediction and identification system （IPIS）. Firstly, parameters reflecting lithological, petrophysical and electrical responses which are greatly related to reservoir fluids have been selected carefully. They are shale content （Vsh）, numbered rock type （RN）, porosity （φ）, permeability （k）, true resistivity （RT） and spontaneous-potential （SP）. Secondly, Vsh, φ and k are predicted from well logs through artificial neural networks （ANNs）. Finally, all the six parameters are input into a neuro-fuzzy inference machine （NFIM） to get fluids identification results. Eighteen new layers of 145.3 m effective thickness were examined by IPIS. There is full agreement with well testing results. This shows the system＇s accuracy and effectiveness.

The cloud-level zonal winds of Saturn are marked by a substantial equatorially antisymmetric component with a speed of about 50 m s^-1 which, if they are sufficiently deep, can produce measurable odd zonal gravitational coefficients △J2 k＋1, k = 1, 2, 3, 4. This study, based on solutions of the thermal-gravitational wind equation, provides a theoretical basis for interpreting the odd gravitational coefficients of Saturn in terms of its equatorially antisymmetric zonal flow. We adopt a Saturnian model comprising an ice-rock core, a metallic dynamo region and an outer molecular envelope. We use an equatorially antisymmetric zonal flow that is parameterized, confined in the molecular envelope and satisfies the solvability condition required for the thermal-gravitational wind equation. The structure and amplitude of the zonal flow at the cloud level are chosen to be consistent with observations of *** calculate the odd zonal gravitational coefficients △J2k＋1, k = 1, 2, 3, 4 by regarding the depth of the equatorially antisymmetric winds as a parameter. It is found that △J3 is-4.197 × 10^-8 if the zonal winds extend about 13 000 km downward from the cloud tops while it is-0.765 × 10^-8 if the depth is about 4000 km. The depth/profile of the equatorially antisymmetric zonal winds can eventually be estimated when the high-precision measurements of the Cassini Grand Finale become available.

以MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O和k_(2)CO_(3)为原料、PEG为结构导向剂,采用共沉淀法合成出轻质碳酸镁纤维,其废液为k_(2)SO_(4)/k_(2)Mg(SO_(4))_(2)溶液。通过XRD、SEM和TG-DTA对样品进行表征,探究了影响轻质碳酸镁组成和形貌的因素及活性碳酸镁纤维形成机理。结果表明:在室温,搅拌速率为300 rad·min^(-1)、Mg SO_(4)浓度为1.0 mol·L^(-1)、Mg SO_(4)与k_(2)CO_(3)摩尔比为1∶1.1、PEG添加量为MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O质量的30%的条件下,可制备分散性良好、晶须平均长度约为15.89μm、直径0.97μm、长径比为16.38的轻质碳酸镁纤维。
