The optim.m.levels of Lysin. an. Glutam.n. n.eded for growth perform.n.e an. m.in.en.n.e of the chicken.broilers were evaluated in.a ran.om.zed 3 × 4 factorial arran.em.n. of dietary treatm.n.s. The battery cages m.asured 99 × 66 × 25 cm.that can.be sufficien. for 5 birds. Day old Chicken.broilers totalin. 180 were assign.d to dietary treatm.n.s com.risin. of 3 con.en.ration. of Lysin. (0.85, 1.14, an. 1.42) each in.com.in.tion.with 4 con.en.ration. of Glutam.n. (0, 1, 2, an. 3). Each dietary treatm.n. was replicated 3 tim.s an. each replication.had 5 birds. The birds were given.feed an. water ad libitum.with a 23-hour light regim.n.for a period of 4 weeks. Then. the experim.n.al birds were evaluated for body weight gain. feed con.um.tion. an. feed con.ersion.in.order to determ.n. their optim.m.requirem.n. for dietary Lysin. an. Glutam.n.. Based on.the fin.in.s of this study, the highest perform.n.e was observed in.birds fed the diet supplem.n.ed with 1.42 lysin. an. 1% glutam.n., but the highest im.rovem.n. in.feed con.ersion.was observed in.diet con.ain.1.14 an. 1.42 with 1% an. 3% glutam.n., respectively. Birds fed 1.42 lysin. an. 1% glutam.n. had the highest total body weight gain.an. feed con.um.tion. The lysin. requirem.n.s in.the diet for Chicken.are between.1.14 an. 1.42 with glutam.n. level of 1%.

m.n.cipal solid waste (m.W) is accum.latin. over elapsed tim. across the world, an. it is observed in.m.n. projects associated with weak soils, such as m.rl. Therefore, effective solution. to the en.iron.en.al problem.are essen.ial. Con.en.ion.l techn.ques for stabilizin. m.rl gen.rally use substan.es such as lim. an. cem.n., which could exacerbate pollution. For this, som. n.w stabilizers, e.g. n.n.-m.O, are used. There are large quan.ities of m.rls an. m.W in.Shiraz City, Iran. The presen. study aim. to evaluate the feasibility of usin. n.n.-m.O as a green.low-carbon.bin.er to rem.ve m.W from.the en.iron.en. an. m.ke con.truction.projects m.re cost-effective. Con.olidated drain.d shear tests were con.ucted to evaluate the m.chan.cal behaviors of the n.n.-m.O treated m.rl specim.n. at high n.rm.l stresses. The m.rl specim.n. con.ain.n. m.W percen.ages of 15%, 25%, 35%, an. 45% an. n.n.-m.O percen.ages of 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, an. 1%, were used. It is foun. that the m.rl con.ain.n. 15% an. 25% m.W an. 0.5% n.n.-m.O at 28-d curin. can.perform.cation.exchan.e an. form.n.w cem.n.itious products. The soils with m.rely m.W show good perform.n.e due to the rem.val of the kaolin.te an. the form.tion.of brucite. An.experim.n. was con.ucted to test the efficacy of a m.chan.cal barrier aroun. the tree trun. with on. spray of Cyperm.thrin.@ 1 m./l an. turm.ric powder extract @ 15 g/500m. of water applied in.in.egrated approaches again.t m.n.o m.alybug on.m.n.o tree. There were 7 treatm.n.s in.ludin. a con.rol. The treatm.n.s were m.chan.cal barrier, Cyperm.thrin.spray @ 1 m./l, Turm.ric powder spray @ 15 g/500m. of water, Cyperm.thrin.spray + Turm.ric spray, Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier, Turm.ric + m.chan.cal barrier an. un.reated con.rol. Three-year-old m.n.o plan.s grafted from.a 5-year-old m.n.o tree (Variety Am.opali) an. plan.ed in.pots were used in.the experim.n.. The treatm.n., Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier gave the highest reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug population.87.06% to 93.90% followed by Turm.ric spray + m.chan.cal barrier an. showed 81.13% to 86.04% an. m.chan.cal barrier alon. showed 81.13% to 84.59% population.reduction. Turm.ric powder extract showed on.y (8.42% to 23.77%) population.reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug which was lowest com.ared to other treatm.n.s.

Backgroun.: The m.rburg virus (m.RV) is the causative agen. of m.rburg virus disease (m.D). This filovirus first appeared in.1967 an. has sin.e caused several outbreaks with case fatality rates between.23% an. 90%. The earliest cases of m.D are thought to be caused by exposure to an.in.ected an.m.l, either a reservoir host (som. bat species, e.g., Rousettus aegyptiacus) or a spill-over host, such as n.n.hum.n.prim.tes. The virus is spread between.people by direct con.act with blood or other bodily fluids (in.ludin. saliva, sweat, faeces, urin., tears, an. breast m.lk) from.in.ected in.ividuals. Despite the high fatality rate, the m.rburg virus has n. vaccin. or drug treatm.n.. Recen. outbreaks of the virus in.2023 in.Tan.an.a an. Equatorial Guin.a have reign.ted the n.ed to develop effective therapeutics, especially in.the wake of the COVID-19 pan.em.c. Purpose: This review seeks to highlight the drug discovery efforts aim.d at developin. vaccin.s or possible treatm.n.s as poten.ial therapeutics. Several existin. an.iviral agen.s are bein. probed, an. vaccin.s are in.pre-clin.cal an. clin.cal stages. n.tural products are also an.im.ortan. source of possible drugs or lead com.oun.s an. when.coupled with com.utation.l techn.ques, these strategies offer possible therapeutics for the m.rburg virus, especially in.Africa, which has a high disease burden. m.thods: Usin. the search en.in.s Google Scholar an. Pubm.d;keywords e.g. m.rburg virus, m.rburg treatm.n.s, m.rburg virus drug discovery were utilized. Several results were yielded, an. articles published in.recen. years were accepted in.o the fin.l *** an. Con.lusion. This study shows there is a growin. in.erest in.therapeutics for the m.rburg virus, especially with the recen. outbreaks an. pan.em.c preparedn.ss. In.tiatives that to support vaccin. developm.n. an. access like the m.RVAC con.ort tim. are critical to fightin. this public health threat.
