Due to high environm.ntal tem.eratures and clim.te change, heat stress is a severe concern for poultry health and production, increasing the propensity for food insecurity. With clim.te change causing higher tem.eratures and erratic weather patterns in recent years, poultry are increasingly vulnerable to this environm.ntal stressor. To m.tigate heat stress, nutritional, genetic, and m.nagerial strategies have been im.lem.nted with som. success. However, these strategies did not adequately and sustainably reduce the heat stress. Therefore, it is crucial to take proactive m.asures to m.tigate the effects of heat stress on poultry, ensuring optim.l production and prom.ting poultry well-being. Em.ryonic therm.l m.nipulation(Tm. involves m.nipulating the em.ryonic environm.nt's tem.erature to enhance broilers' therm.tolerance and growth perform.nce. One of the m.st significant benefits of this approach is its cost-effectiveness and saving tim. associated with traditional m.nagem.nt practices. Given its num.rous advantages, em.ryonic Tm.is a prom.sing strategy for enhancing broiler production and profitability in the poultry industry. Tm.increases the standard incubation tem.erature in the m.d or late em.ryonic stage to induce epigenetic therm.l adaption and em.ryonic m.tabolism. Therefore, this review aim. to sum.arize the available literature and scientific evidence of the beneficial effect of pre-hatch therm.l m.nipulation on broiler health and perform.nce.

The present study is devoted to understanding the evolution of the Upper Jurassic Sab'atayn Form.tion in the m.rib-Shabwa Basin,Yem.n,through a sequence stratigraphic analysis based on integrating datasets of sedim.ntology,seism.c sections,and well *** Sab'atayn Form.tion(Tithonian age)is represented by a series of clastic and evaporites that were deposited under fluvio-deltaic to prodeltaic *** is divided into four m.m.ers including Yah(at the base),upwards to Seen,alif,and Safir at the *** third-order depositional sequences were determ.ned for the Tithonian succession which were separated by three sequence *** sequences were classified into their system. tracts signifying several sedim.ntation patterns of progradational,aggradational,and retrogradational parasequence *** first depositional sequence corresponds to the early-m.ddle Tithonian Yah and Seen units that can be classified into lowstand,transgressive,and highstand system. *** second sequence com.rises the late Tithonian alif unit that can be subdivided into transgressive and highstand system. *** sandy deposits of the alif m.m.er(highstand deposits)represent the m.st productive hydrocarbon reservoir in the *** Upper Jurassic sedim.nts in the study area were resulted from.a com.ination of eustatic and tectonic effects.

The present study is a system.tic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive m.gnetic param.ters of Ce^(3+) substituted Ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chem.cally form.lated as Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by m.ans of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform.infrared *** creation of the m.type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized sam.les was revealed from.the Rietveld refinem.nt of the X-ray *** occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice param.ters,X-ray density,and lattice param.ter *** crystal structure plotted from.the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice *** XPS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm.the oxidation states of the constituent *** nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from.the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's *** analysis of FTIR spectra confirm. that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content reside in the form.of the CeO_(2) *** m.rphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from.the FESEm.profiles of the ferrite *** m.gnetic behavior study was perform.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by m.ans of susceptibility,V.S.m.and m.ssbauer spectroscopy,*** hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation m.gnetization,and decreasing Curie tem.erature are reported in the *** substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned m.gnetic param.ters suitable for different applications.

The investigation of Sm.Ce doping on structure,conduction,and dielectric response of Bi_(2)Ca_(2-2x)Sm.(x)CexCoO_(6)(x=0.000,0.025,0.050,0.075)(BCSCCO)are *** the specim.ns were synthesized by a facile synthesis technique nam.d the co-precipitation route.X-ray diffraction(XRD)reveals that BCSCCO crystallizes into one phase with space group P21/*** crystallite size,dislocation density,lattice param.ters,lattice strain,unit cell volum.,and bulk density were determ.ned using XRD *** structural properties of Bi_(2)Ca_(2)CoO_(6)were exam.ned using calculations based on the density functional *** and experim.ntal values discrepancy is less than 1%.A scanning electron m.croscope was used for perform.ng a m.crostructural *** SEm.im.ges dem.nstrate the hom.geneous distribution of grains with a range of sizes(0.054-0.090μm..The alternating current(ac)conductivity,dielectric perm.ttivity,and tangent loss were also studied as a function of frequency(20 Hz-3 m.z)at different tem.eratures(100-500℃).all synthesized sam.les were exam.ned using non-linear Debye's function to determ.ne their spreading factor and relaxation *** specim.n with the lowest crystallite size(∼23 nm.exhibits a high dielectric perm.ttivity(∼3.80×10^(6)).The conduction m.chanism.was exam.ned in the studied sam.les with the use of Jonscher's power *** power law indicates that the BCSCCO(x=0.000,0.025)follows correlated barrier hopping,whereas the x=0.050 and 0.075 com.ositions follow non-overlapping polaron *** studied specim.n Bi_(2)Ca_(1.9)0Sm.(0.05)0Ce_(0.05)_(0)CoO_(6)with the highest density(∼5.65 g/cm.(3))displays a high electrical conductivity(∼46.1 S/cm..These findings correspond to those published for ceram.cs m.de from.calcium.cobaltite using solid-state reactions(5.0-26.0 S/cm..

The determ.nation of the ethanol content in food products is of fundam.ntal im.ortance for Halal certification. In this work, an analytical m.thod for the determ.nation of ethanol in water by headspace gas chrom.tography with flam. ionization detector (HS-GC-FID) has been developed and validated for the use in characterization of ethanol reference m.terials. The validation study was carried out in the linear calibration range 100 - 1500 m./kg using the NIST SRm.2900, nom.nal 95.6%. The studied perform.nce characteristics of the m.thod were the lim.t of detection, LOD, the lim.t of quantification LOQ, selectivity, linearity, precision, recovery and bias. The validation results showed that the m.thod is selective, precise, accurate and free from.any significant bias. The LOD and LOQ were 1.27 and 3.86 m./kg respectively and the estim.ted expanded uncertainty was 2% indicating that the m.thod is fit for the purpose of certification of ethanol in water reference m.terials.
