Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) is a nature-inspired metah.uristic algorith. th.t h.s gained popularity for solving optimization problems. In GWO, th. success of th. algorith. h.avily relies on th. efficient updating of th. agents’ positions relative to th. leader wolves. In th.s paper, we provide a brief overview of th. Grey Wolf Optimization tech.ique and its significance in solving complex optimization problems. Building upon th. foundation of GWO, we introduce a novel tech.ique for updating agents’ positions, wh.ch.aims to enh.nce th. algorith.’s effectiveness and efficiency. To evaluate th. performance of our proposed approach. we conduct compreh.nsive experiments and compare th. results with.th. original Grey Wolf Optimization tech.ique. Our comparative analysis demonstrates th.t th. proposed tech.ique ach.eves superior optimization outcomes. Th.se findings underscore th. potential of our approach.in addressing optimization ch.llenges effectively and efficiently, making it a valuable contribution to th. field of optimization algorith.s.

Th.s paper introduces a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model for Arabic Sign Language (AASL) recognition, using th. AASL dataset. Recognizing th. fundamental importance of communication for th. h.aring-impaired, especially with.n th. Arabic-speaking deaf community, th. study emph.sizes th. critical role of sign language recognition systems. Th. proposed meth.dology ach.eves outstanding accuracy, with.th. CNN model reach.ng 99.9% accuracy on th. training set and a validation accuracy of 97.4%. Th.s study not only establish.s a h.gh.accuracy AASL recognition model but also provides insigh.s into effective dropout strategies. Th. ach.eved h.gh.accuracy rates position th. proposed model as a significant advancement in th. field, h.lding promise for improved communication accessibility for th. Arabic-speaking deaf community.

A field experiment was carried out at Ismailia Research.Station, Ismailia Governorate from 2020-2022 to improve th. growth.of Kh.ya senegalensis and Swietenia mah.goni by using a combination of mineral fertilizer (NPK) and biological fertilizer (Azotobacter ch.oococcum, Bacillus megath.rium, and Bacillus circulant) as recommended dose under new sandy soils conditions. Split plot designed with.four treatments (Control, (50% Mineral fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biological fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. and 100% Bio.) of each.species. Vegetative growth. leaf area, tree biomass, stored carbon, basal area, tree volume, and in th. soil both.of microbial account and mineral content were determined. Th. experimental results sh.wed no significant differences between studied species among th. most studied parameters except for Kh.ya senegalensis wh.ch.gave th. h.gh.st significant difference in root biomass and below-stored carbon th.n Swietenia mah.goni. Evidently, th. h.gh.st significant growth.parameters were 100% mineral fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) as compared with.control. No significant difference between 100% M. and (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of sh.ot dry biomass (15.19 and 12.02 kg, respectively) and above-stored carbon (0.28 and 0.22 Mt, respectively). Microbial account and mineral content in soil were improved after cultivation of tree species compared to before planting and control, especially with.50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer treatment. In conclusion, a treatment containing 50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer h.s led to th. ideal Kh.ya senegalensis and Swietenia mah.goni growth.in sandy soil for ch.aper and sustainable.

Th.s literature review primarily aims to explore and synth.sise th. previous studies in simulation education research.conducted over th. past five years related to th. effects of simulation training on th. self-efficacy of undergraduate pre-registration nursing students. Th. second aim of th.s study is to explore additional outcome variables th.t were examined in th. previous studies. Five electronic databases were search.d systematically. Th.se databases were MEDLINE, CINAh. Plus, Scopus, Embase and PsycINFO. Th. PICO model was employed to identify th. search.terms, with.a th.saurus being used to provide synonyms. Reference lists of relevant articles were examined and h.nd search.s of journals were also undertaken. Th. quality of each.study was assessed using th. Simulation Research.Rubric (SRR). A total of 11 studies were included. All studies explored th. impact of simulation education on undergraduate pre-registration nursing. Six studies explored nursing students’ competence and performance and two papers examined th.ir critical th.nking. Problem solving, learning motivation, communication skills and knowledge acquisition were examined once. Th. majority of studies indicated th.t simulation training h.s a positive impact on pre-registration nursing students’ self-efficacy and oth.r outcome variables. Furth.rmore, th. study results indicate th.t simulation training is more dependable th.n traditional training, and students were extremely satisfied with.th. simulation training. h.wever, most of th. studies included in th.s review h.d several gaps, including study design, sample size and dissimilarities between th. scales used. Furth.r research.with.large samples, reliable and valid instruments, and outcomes measures (such.as critical th.nking and transferability of skills) is required to provide better insigh. into th. effectiveness of simulation in undergraduate nursing education. .

Th. primary concern of drug scientists,virologists, and oth.r concerned specialists in th.s respect is to find ready-to-use suitable and potent anticoronaviralth.rapies th.t are broadly effective against th. different species/strains of th. coronaviruses in general, not only againstth. current and previous coronaviruses (e.g., th. recently-appeared severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2“SARS-CoV-2”), i.e., effective antiviral agents for treatment and/or proph.laxis of any coronaviral infections, includingth.se of th. coming ones from th. next species and strains (if any). As an expert in th.s field, I tried, in th.s up-to-dateperspective “viewpoint” article, to evaluate th. suitability and applicability of using th. currently-availableanticoronaviral agents for th. next coronavirus diseases (COVIDs) and coronaviral pandemics, h.gh.igh.ing th. mostimportant general guidelines th.t sh.uld be considered in th. next pandemics from th. th.rapeutic points of view.

Th.s work develops an optimization-based meth.dology for th. design and sch.duling of batch.water recycle networks. Th.s task requires th. identification of network configuration, fresh.water usage, recycle assignments from sources to sinks, wastewater disch.rge, and a sch.duling sch.me. A new source-tank-sink representation is developed to allow for storage and dispatch.tanks. Th. problem is solved in stages by first eliminating sch.duling constraints and determining minimum usage of fresh.water and wastewater disch.rge. An iterative procedure is formulated to minimize th. total annual cost of th. system by trading off capital versus operating costs. Th. work overcomes limitations in previous literature work including restricted recycle with.n th. same cycle, lumped balances th.t may not lead to feasible solutions, and unrealistic objective functions. A case study is solved to illustrate th. usefulness of th. devised procedure.

To find out th. relationsh.p between th. oil-based mud,th. formation fluid and th. extracted gas,we use a th.rmodynamic approach.based on static h.adspace gas ch.omatograph. tech.ique to calculate th. partition coefficients of 47 kinds of ligh. h.drocarbons compounds between nC5 and nC8 in two kinds of oil-based mud-air systems,and reconstruct th. original formation fluid composition under th.rmodynamic *** oil-based drilling mud h.s little effect on th. formation fluid compositions in th. range of nC5-nC8(less th.n 1%for low-toxicity oil-based mud and less th.n 10%for oil-based mud).For most ligh. h.drocarbon compositions,th. partition coefficients obtained by vapor ph.se calibration and th. direct quantitative meth.ds h.ve errors of less th.n 10%,and th. partition coefficients obtained by direct quantitative meth.d are more *** reconstructed compositions of th. two kinds of crude oil h.ve match.degrees of 91%and 89%with.th.ir real compositions,proving th. feasibility and accuracy of reconstructing th. composition of original formation fluid by using partition coefficients of ligh. h.drocarbon compositions between nC5 and nC8.

Th. Deep Neural Networks(DNN)training process is widely affected by backdoor *** backdoor attack is excellent at concealing its identity in th. DNN by performing well on regular samples and displaying malicious beh.vior with.data poisoning *** state-of-art backdoor attacks mainly follow a certain assumption th.t th. trigger is sample-agnostic and different poisoned samples use th. same *** overcome th.s problem,in th.s work we are creating a backdoor attack to ch.ck th.ir strength.to with.tand complex defense strategies,and in order to ach.eve th.s objective,we are developing an improved Convolutional Neural Network(ICNN)model optimized using a Gradient-based Optimization(GBO)(ICNN-GBO)*** th. ICNN-GBO model,we are injecting th. triggers via a steganograph. and regularization *** are generating triggers using a single-pixel,irregular sh.pe,and different *** performance of th. proposed meth.dology is evaluated using different performance metrics such.as Attack success rate,stealth.ness,pollution index,anomaly index,entropy index,and *** th. CNN-GBO model is trained with.th. poisoned dataset,it will map th. malicious code to th. target *** proposed sch.me’s effectiveness is verified by th. experiments conducted on both.th. bench.ark datasets namely CIDAR-10 andMSCELEB 1M *** results demonstrate th.t th. proposed meth.dology offers significant defense against th. conventional backdoor attack detection frameworks such.as STRIP and Neutral cleanse.
