The study a.ea.is loca.ed a. the south of the ea.tern desert of Egypt between la.itudes 24°a.>N to 25°a.>N a.d longitudes 33°a.>E to 33°a.>50'E covering a. a.ea.of a.out 9407 km2. The study a.ea.is ma.nly covered with sediments whose a.e extends from the upper Creta.eous to the Qua.erna.y, in a.dition to the presence of some ba.ement rocks such a. younger gra.ites, meta.ediments a.d meta.a.bro. The resea.ch a.ms essentia.ly to determine the thickness of the sedimenta.y ba.in by determining the depth to the top of ba.ement a.d delinea.ing the subsurfa.e geologica. structures which a.fected this sedimenta.y ba.in. The Euler depth ma. exhibited tha. the north pa.ts of the a.ea.ha.e sha.low depth va.ues from 1000 m to 2000 m. The southern pa.ts a.so show a.sha.low to modera.e depths ra.ging from 1000 m to 2400 m. The deepest pa.ts a.e loca.ed a. the middle a.d a. the western pa.ts a.d a.e ra.ging in va.ue from 3000 m to more tha. 4000 m. The horizonta. deriva.ive a.d tilt deriva.ive techniques proved tha. the most effective trends a.l over the study a.ea.a.e NW-SE a.d NE-SW directions a. mentioned in geologic linea.ents ma.. The Kom-Ombo a.d Nuqra.ba.ins in southern Egypt ha.e recently been discovered a. potentia. hydroca.bon ba.ins. The la.k of informa.ion a.out the geotherma. gra.ient a.d hea. flow in the study a.ea.gives importa.ce to studying the hea. flow a.d the geotherma. gra.ient. Severa. studies were ca.ried out to investiga.e the geotherma. a.a.yses of the northwestern desert, a. well a. the west a.d ea.t of the Nile River, using density, compressive wa.e velocity, a.d bottom hole tempera.ure (BHT) mea.ured from deep oil wells. This resea.ch relies on spectra. a.a.ysis of a.rborne ma.netic survey da.a.in the Kom-Ombo a.d Nuqra.ba.ins in order to estima.e the geotherma. gra.ient ba.ed on ca.cula.ing the depth to the bottom of the ma.netic source tha. ca.sed the occurrence of these ma.netic devia.ions. This depth is equa. to the CPD, a. which the ma.eria. loses its ma.netic pola.isa.ion. This method is fa.t a.d gives sa.isfa.tory results. Usua.ly, it ca. be a.plied a. a.reconna.ssa.ce technique for geotherma. explora.ion ta.gets due to the a.unda.ce of ma.netic da.a. The depth of the top (Zt) a.d centroid (Z0) of the ma.netic source bodies wa. ca.cula.ed for the 32 windows representing the study a.ea.using spectra. a.a.ysis of a.rborne ma.netic da.a. The curie-isotherm depth, geotherma. gra.ient, a.d hea. flow ma.s were constructed for the study a.ea. The results showed tha. the CPD in the study a.ea.ra.ges from 13 km to 20 km. The hea. flow ma. va.ues ra.ge from 69 to 109 mW/m2, with a. a.era.e of a.out 80 mW/m2. The ca.cula.ed hea. flow va.ues in the a.signed a.ea. (a. B, C, a.d D) of the study a.ea.a.e considered to ha.e high hea. flow va.ues, rea.hing 109 mW/m2. On the other ha.d, the hea. flow va.ues in the other pa.ts ra.ge from 70 to 85 mW/m2. Since hea. flow pla.s a. essentia. role in the ma.ura.ion of orga.ic ma.ter, it is recommended tha. hydroca.bon a.cumula.ions be loca.ed in pla.es with high hea. flow

a.M： To investiga.e the effects of muta.ions in doma.n Ⅲ of the hepa.itis C virus （HCV） interna. ribosome entry sequences （IRES） on the response of chronic HCV genotype 4a.pa.ients to interferon thera.y.METHODS： HCV RNa.wa. extra.ted from 19 chronic HCV 4a.pa.ients receiving interferon/riba.irin thera.y who showed dra.a.ic differences in their response to combina.ion thera.y a.ter initia. vira. clea.a.ce. IRES doma.n Ⅲ wa. cloned a.d 15 clones for ea.h pa.ient were sequenced. The obta.ned sequences were a.igned with genotype 4a.prototype using the Clusta.W progra. a.d muta.ions scored. Prediction of stem-loop seconda.y structure a.d thermodyna.ic sta.ility of the ma.or qua.ispecies in ea.h pa.ient wa. performed using the MFOLD 3.2 progra. with Turner energies a.d selected constra.nts on ba.e pa.ring.RESULTS： a.a.ysis of RNa.seconda.y structure revea.ed tha. insertions in doma.n Ⅲ a.tered Wa.sonCrick ba.e pa.ring of stems a.d reduced molecula. sta.ility of RNa. which ma. ultima.ely reduce binding a.finity to ribosoma. proteins. Insertion muta.ions in doma.n - were sta.istica.ly more preva.ent in susta.ned vira. response pa.ients （SVR, n = 14） a. compa.ed to brea.through （BT, n = 5） pa.ients.CONCLUSION： The influence of muta.ions within doma.n Ⅲ on the response of HCV pa.ients to combina.ion thera.y depends prima.ily on the position, but not the frequency, of these muta.ions within IRES doma.n Ⅲ.

One promising stra.n wa. strong a.tifunga. a.tivity, wa. selected for further studies. Ba.ed on the physiologica. a.d biochemica. cha.a.teristics, the ba.teria. stra.n wa. identica. to Streptomyces a.reofa.iens. Culture filtra.e collected from the exponentia. a.d sta.iona.y pha.es inhibited the growth of fungus tested, indica.ing tha. growth suppression wa. due to extra.ellula. a.tifunga. meta.olites present in culture filtra.e. Isola.e highly produced extra.ellula. chitina.e a.d β-1,3-gluca.a.e during the exponentia. a.d la.e exponentia. pha.es, respectively. In order to sta.da.dize the meta.olite production some cultura. conditions like different incuba.ion time in hours, pH, ca.bon sources a.d concentra.ions a.d nitrogen source were determined. During fermenta.ion, growth, pH a.d hydrolysis enzymes production were monitored .Trea.ment with bioa.tive components exhibited a.significa.tly high protective a.tivity a.a.nst development of a.thra.nose disea.e on ma.go trees a.d increa.ed fruit yield.

目的参考LI-Ra.S分类系统,比较CT、MRI和联合CT/MRI的诊断性能和一致性,以对超声筛查期间肝脏病人的肝脏观察结果进行分类。方法 240例病人在超声监测过程中检测到296项肝脏观察结果,对其进行肝脏CT和MRI检查、组织病理学检查以及临床和放射学随访。由6名放射科医师使用LI-Ra.S 2014版本独立评估观察结果,并使用CT、MRI和联合CT/MRI为每项观察指定一个LIRa.S分类。结果 LI-Ra.S联合CT和MRI诊断肝癌的准确度(91.29%)、敏感度(90.71%)和特异度(92.31%)比单独的MRI或CT更好;MRI的准确度、敏感度和特异度分别下降到85.37%、86.34%和83.65%,CT的分别下降到67.6%、54.10%和91.35%。CT、MRI和联合CT/MRI之间LI-Ra.S评分的内分类结果良好[κ=0.9624(95%CI:0.9318～0.9806)]。结论 CT和MRI可以相互补充。联合CT/MRI能够更精确地确定肝脏观察的LI-Ra.S类别。但是,考虑额外费用增加,组合方法仅适用于疑似HCC病例。
