AIM:To evaluate the effects of honey on bacterial translocation and intestinal villus histopathology in experimental obstructive ***:Thirty Wistar-Albino rats were randomly divided into three groups each including 10 animals:group Ⅰ,sham-operated;group Ⅱ,ligation and section of the common bile duct(BDL);group Ⅲ,bile duct ligation followed by oral supplementation of honey(BDL+honey) 10 g/kg per ***,blood,spleen,mesenteric lymph nodes,and ileal samples were taken for microbiological,light and transmission electrone microscopic ***:Although the number of villi per centimeter and the height of the mucosa were higher in sham group,there was no statistically significant difference between sham and BDL + honey groups(P>0.05).On the other hand,there was a statistically significant difference between BDL group and other groups(P0.05).BDL group had significantly higher rates of bacterial translocation as compared with sham and honey *** translocation was predominantly detected in mesenteric lymph ***:Supplementation of honey in presence of obstructive jaundice ameliorates bacterial translocation and improves ileal morphology.

Ⅰ.引言长期以来,经济学家们一直在论辩以银行为主导的金融体系和以市场为主导的金融体系相比的利弊①.该辩论主要集中于四个国家.德国和日本的金融制度是以银行主导的,银行在发动储蓄、配置资本、监督企业管理者的投资计划和在提供风险管理工具上起主要的作用.英国和美国则属于以市场为主导的金融体系国家,在把社会团体的储蓄送到厂商方面,在施加公司控制和减低风险管理的强度方面,证券市场和银行一同起重要的作用.有些分析家认为在提供金融服务方面市场更有效.另外一些分析家则宣传金融中介的优势.这场辩论意见尚未统一,而且阻碍合理政策意见的形成.

Estimates of the Fast and Termal Flux in Blanket of Critical Reactors by Using Multi-Group Methods

In this study, based differential equations methods are used to solve equations because these methods are dependent on boundary value data more than other mathematical equations. We have calculated neutron flux, criticality and geometrical eigenvalue by using multi-group method and solving the neutron diffusion equation for finite and infinite cylindrical and spherical reactors in this study. For the calculation of the total neutron flux cross sections, we need the neutron diffusion equation. Thus, we have established the relationship between neuron flow and cross-section of neuron depending on neutron energy. Critical calculations have been made by comparing the results with MNCP (montecarlo n-partical) simulation methods. For necessary computer calculations, the programme, Wolfram-Matematica-7 has been used.

As a consequence of developing technology, various medical developments and environmental factors, the population of elderly people has been rising. Future predictions show a rising trend for designing for the elderly and. In order for seniors to be able to appear in community life, to be self-sufficient and live their lives independently, supportive environments are required. Being able to sustain seniors" lives has to be seen as a civic right and architectural design should be considered as a tool to get these rights. As linked to everyday living, homes should be a starting point to get these rights. Being in the core of everyday activities, the spaces in dwellings should meet life-span design criteria. Fundamental principles lying under the aspects of design, dimensions, details, colors and symbols of supportive environments should not be affected from generation gap and senium and should rather aim at this user group. These fundamentals can briefly be listed as, change as less as possible, design for self-sufficiency, communication and socialization. In the paper, the focus is on these fundamental design principles for residential spaces, together with the research of reflections of factors, affecting health, security and mobility deriving from mobility disabilities, perception and memory weakening, specifically to bathroom design.

Climate change can alter the status quo of the world as we know *** resources may also be influenced by these plausible *** common perception is that these changes may exacerbate the situation of water resources in arid and semi-arid regions,such as the Middle-East,which are experiencing mild to severe water stress due to limited water availability and growing water *** that spirit,this study aims to investigate the possible impacts of climate change on surface water in Maharlou Lake basin,***,this basin has already shown some symptoms of the water-related crisis,which highlights the importance of conducting climate change studies in this *** CansESM2 model was employed to predict the basin’s climatic response under various climate change *** hydrologic response of the basin was,then,simulated using *** results have demonstrated a 4%decrease in average annual rainfall,a 2%increase in average annual temperature,and,finally,a 24%decrease in average annual streamflow of the basin in the(2010-2099)time *** the results suggest that recent water-related challenges in the basin might have caused by climate change,further in-depth studies are required to reveal the exact reasons.

AIM: To evaluate GenoT ype methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) Direct assay and cultivation for the identification of MRSA by using mec A polymerase chain reaction(PCR) as the "gold standard" ***: In total of 61 nasal specimens from patients at the intensive care unit were studied by GenoType MRSA Direct test, conventional culture method and automated bacterial identification system. The results of Geno Type MRSA Direct assay were compared to conventional culture method the identification of MRSA and mec A gene PCR as the "gold standard" method. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were ***: In total, 61 specimens were studied. Fiftyfour specimens(88.5%) were negative by all three methods. Six swabs(9.8%) were found positive by GenoT ype MRSA Direct test, conventional culture method and automated bacterial identification system. The presence of mec A in these strains was confirmed by PCR. One swab sample was negative for culture meth-ods but MRSA and mecA gene were detected by GenoType MRSA Direct test and mec A PCR respectively. GenoT ype MRSA Direct test had a sensitivity of 100%(6/6) and a specificity of 100%(55/55), with a positive predictive value of 100% and a negative predictive value of 98%. Culture method of MRSA had a sensitivity of 83.3%(5/6) and a specificity of 98.2%(55/56). CONCLUSION: It was found that the GenoT ype MRSA Direct assay, which is a rapid and accurate test, is of the same sensitivity and specificity with mec A PCR. The GenoT ype MRSA Direct assay can be a better tool for rapid and accurate detection of MRSA in diagnostic laboratories.

在大选结束刚刚两年、他的支持率下降到低于50％之际，土耳其总统埃尔多安（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）并未将其政治命运寄托在自由市场的变幻无常上。自从2016年7月以来，他的政府已经扩大了政府担保的范围，为近30万家企业增加了约500亿美元的贷款。根据一项1991年推出并在2016年11月大幅扩张的方案，土耳其的商业银行可以与该国财政部共同分担其部分贷款的风险，财政部将覆盖所有亏损的7％，这足以让银行敢于贷款给许多处于边缘信用等级的借款人。
