This paper developed a traffic safety management system （TSMS） for improving safety on county paved roads in Wyoming. TSMS is a strategic and systematic process to improve safety of roadway network. When funding is limited, it is important to identify the best combination of safety improvement projects to provide the most benefits to society in terms of crash reduction. The factors included in the proposed optimization model are annual safety budget, roadway inventory, roadway functional classification, historical crashes, safety improvement countermeasures, cost and crash reduction factors （CRFs） associated with safety improvement countermeasures, and average daily traffics （ADTs）. This paper demonstrated how the proposed model can identify the best combination of safety improvement projects to maximize the safety benefits in terms of reducing overall crash frequency. Although the proposed methodology was implemented on the county paved road network of Wyoming, it could be easily modified for potential implementation on the Wyoming state highway system. Other states can also benefit by implementing a similar program within their jurisdictions.

Though the Butterfly Bptimization Algorithm(BOA)has already proved its effectiveness as a robust optimization algorithm,it has certain ***,a new variant of BOA,namely mLBOA,is proposed here to improve its *** proposed algorithm employs a self-adaptive parameter setting,Lagrange interpolation formula,and a new local search strategy embedded with Levy flight search to enhance its searching ability to make a better trade-off between exploration and ***,the fragrance generation scheme of BOA is modified,which leads for exploring the domain effectively for better *** evaluate the performance,it has been applied to solve the IEEE CEC 2017 benchmark *** results have been compared to that of six state-of-the-art algorithms and five BOA ***,various statistical tests,such as the Friedman rank test,Wilcoxon rank test,convergence analysis,and complexity analysis,have been conducted to justify the rank,significance,and complexity of the proposed ***,the mLBOA has been applied to solve three real-world engineering design *** all the analyses,it has been found that the proposed mLBOA is a competitive algorithm compared to other popular state-of-the-art algorithms and BOA variants.

This paper uses the Butterfly Optimization Algorithm(BOA)with dominated sorting and crowding distance mechanisms to solve multi-objective optimization *** is also an improvement to the original version of BOA to alleviate its drawbacks before extending it into a multi-objective *** to better coverage and a well-distributed Pareto front,non-dominant rankings are applied to the modified BOA using the crowding distance *** benchmark functions and eight real-world problems have been used to test the performance of multi-objective non-dominated advanced BOA(MONSBOA),including unconstrained,constrained,and real-world design multiple-objective,highly nonlinear constraint *** performance metrics,such as Generational Distance(GD),Inverted Generational Distance(IGD),Maximum Spread(MS),and Spacing(S),have been used for performance *** is demonstrated that the new MONSBOA algorithm is better than the compared algorithms in more than 80%occasions in solving problems with a variety of linear,nonlinear,continuous,and discrete characteristics based on the Pareto front when compared *** all the analysis,it may be concluded that the suggested MONSBOA is capable of producing high-quality Pareto fronts with very competitive results with rapid convergence.

In this work,carbon nanosheet（CNS） based electrode was designed for electrochemical biosensing of *** has been obtained by the pyrolysis of barley at 600-750℃ in a muffle furnace：it was then purified and *** CNS has been characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Raman spectroscopic *** electrochemical activity of CNS-based electrode was investigated by linear sweep vollammetry（LSV） and square wave voltammetry（SWV）,for the oxidation of glucose in 0.001 M H2SO4（pH 6.0）.The linear range of the sensor was found to be 10-4-10-6M（1-100 μM） within the response time of 4 ***,its sensitivity reached as high as 26.002±0.01 μA/μM *** experiments revealed that the proposed electrode offered an excellent electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of glucose and could be applied for the construction of non-enzymatic glucose biosensors.

Hierarchical ZnO@metal-organic framework @polyaniline(ZnO@MOF@PANI) core-shell nanorod arrays on carbon cloth has been fabricated by combining electrodeposition and hydrothermal method. Well-ordered Zn O nanorods not only act as a scaffold for growth of MOF/PANI shell but also as Zn source for the formation of MOF. The morphology of ZnO@MOF@PANI composite is greatly influenced by the number of PANI electrodeposition cycles. Their structural and electrochemical properties were characterized with different techniques. The results indicate that the Zn O@MOF@PANI with 13 CV cycles of PANI deposition demonstrates the maximum specific capacitance of 340.7 F g-1 at 1.0 A g-1, good rate capability with84.3% capacitance retention from 1.0 to 10 A g-1 and excellent cycling life of 82.5% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles at high current density of 2.0 A g-1. This optimized core-shell nanoarchitecture endows the composite electrode with short ion diffusion pathway, rapid ion/electron transfer and high utilization of active materials, which thus result in excellent electrochemical performance of the ternary composite.

The double perovskite oxide barium erbium niobate, Ba2ErNbO6 （BEN） was synthesized by solid state reaction technique. Rietveld refinement of the X-ray diffraction pattern of the sample showed cubic （Fm3m） phase at room temperature. Fourier trans-form infrared spectrum showed two primary phonon modes of the sample at around 387 and 600 cm-1. Raman spectrum of the sam-ple taken at 488 nm excitation wavelength showed four primary strong peaks at 106, 382, 747 and 814 cm-1. Lorentzian lines with 10 bands were used to fit the Raman spectrum. A group theoretical study was performed to assign all the Raman modes. Impedance spectroscopy was applied to investigate the ac electrical conductivity of BEN in a temperature range from 303 to 673 K and in a fre-quency range from 100 Hz-1 MHz. The dielectric relaxation mechanism was discussed in the frame work of permittivity, conduc-tivity, modulus and impedance formalisms. The complex plane plot of the impedance data was modeled by an equivalent circuit con-sisting of two serially connected R-CPE units, （one for the grain and the other for the grain boundary）, each containing a resistor （R） and a constant phase element （CPE）. The R-CPE units were used to incorporate the non-ideal character of the polarization phenome-non instead of an ideal capacitive behaviour. The relaxation time corresponding to dielectric loss was found to obey the Arrhenius law with activation energy of 0.85 eV. The frequency dependent conductivity spectra followed the Jonscher power law. The Cole-Cole model was used to investigate the dielectric relaxation mechanism in the sample.

软件漏洞检测工具在确保各种软件应用程序的无缝运行和增强系统的整体安全性方面发挥着至关重要的作用。识别软件系统代码库中的潜在漏洞对于增强其安全态势至关重要。然而,手动检测软件漏洞需要专门的专业知识,并且通常是一个耗时的过程。通过使用自动化漏洞检测工具,可以大大提高漏洞识别的效率,并且能够快速发现潜在的安全漏洞,从而及时采取必要的修复措施。这种工具不仅可以帮助减少人工错误,还可以帮助组织更快地响应和解决潜在的安全威胁,从而提高整体的安全性和稳定性。因此,为了构建自动化漏洞检测工具,本文对以下内容开展研究:(1)为了提高漏洞检测的效率,提出了一种基于随机森林的软件漏洞检测方法。该方法结合了卷积神经网络(CNN)、双向长期短期记忆网络(Bi LSTM)和随机森林分类器,以自动识别代码库中的潜在漏洞。通过利用这些先进的机器学习技术,能够从代码中提取复杂的模式和依赖关系,从而显著提升漏洞检测的准确性和效率。该方法取得了令人印象深刻的结果,准确率为95.35%,精确度为95.05%,回收率为95.00%,F1评分为95.12,AUC为95.12%,优于现有的所有方法。不仅提高了单个软件系统的安全性,还对整个网络安全生态系统产生了积极影响。此外,自动化漏洞检测减少了手动安全审查的需求,降低了相关成本。(2)为了提高漏洞检测的效率,介绍了一种基于k最近邻(KNN)算法的软件漏洞检测方法。该方法将卷积神经网络(CNN)、双向门控循环单元(Bi GRU)和KNN分类器集成在一起,自动识别代码库中的潜在漏洞。通过使用这些先进的机器学习技术,该方法可以从代码中提取复杂的模式和依赖关系,显著提高漏洞检测的准确性和效率。这种方法不仅增强了单个软件系统的安全性,还对更广泛的网络安全生态系统产生了积极影响。该方法取得了令人印象深刻的结果,准确率为94.73%,精确率为95.00%,召回率为95.00%,F1分数为94.80,AUC为94.73,优于所有现有方法。
