This research focuses on design and calculations for the horizontal axis wind turbine to fulfill energy demands at small scales in Pakistan. This is the design to produce about 5 kilowatts of electricity to share the load of average home appliances. Area chosen for this research is Pasni, Balochistan in Pakistan to build the wind turbine for electricity. Design values are approximated by appropriate formulas of wind energy design. In current research, turbine blade profile is designed by blade element momentum(BEM) theory. Warlock wind turbine calculator is used to verify the design parameters like wind speed, tip speed ratio(TSR) and efficiency *** of wind speed, wind power, TSR, pitch angle, blade tip angle, number of blades, blade design and tower height on power coefficient are analyzed in this research. Maximum power coefficient is achieved at a designed velocity of 6 m/s. Design analysis is also performed on simulation software ANSYS Fluent. It is observed that designed velocity parameter of this research is very suitable for the turbine blade, so blade designing is perfect according to wind speed range.

In this paper,we considered the Length-biased weighted Lomax distribution and constructed new acceptance sampling plans(ASPs)where the life test is assumed to be truncated at a pre-assigned *** the new suggested ASPs,the tables of the minimum samples sizes needed to assert a specific mean life of the test units are *** addition,the values of the corresponding operating characteristic function and the associated producer’s risks are *** of two real data sets are presented to investigate the applicability of the proposed acceptance sampling plans;one data set contains the first failure of 20 small electric carts,and the other data set contains the failure times of the air conditioning system of an *** are made between the proposed acceptance sampling plans and some existing acceptance sampling plans considered in this study based on the minimum sample *** is observed that the samples sizes based on the proposed acceptance sampling plans are less than their competitors considered in this *** suggested acceptance sampling plans are recommended for practitioners in the field.

This paper presents an experimental investigation of the mechanical and tribological properties of Cu-graphene nanosheets(GN)*** employed the electroless coating process to coat GNs with Ag particles to avoid its reaction with Cu and the formation of intermetallic *** analyzed the effect of GN content on the structural,mechanical,and tribological properties of the produced *** showed that the electroless coating process is an efficient technique to avoid the reaction between Cu and C and the formation of intermetallic *** addition of GNs significantly improves the mechanical and tribological properties of Cu ***,the addition of GNs needs to be done carefully because,after a certain threshold value,the mechanical and tribological properties are negatively *** optimum GN content is determined to be 0.5vol%,at which hardness,wear rate,and coefficient of friction are im-proved by 13%,81.9%,and 49.8%,respectively,compared with Cu *** improved properties are due to the reduced crys-tallite size,presence of GNs,and homogenous distribution of the composite constituents.

Afamous psychologist or researcher,Daniel Goleman,gave a theory on the importance of Emotional Intelligence for the success of an individual’s *** Goleman quoted in the research that“The contribution of an individual’s Intelligence Quotient(IQ)is only 20%for their success,the remaining 80%is due to Emotional Intelligence(EQ)”.However,in the absence of a reliable technique for EQ evaluation,this factor of overall intelligence is ignored in most of the intelligence evaluation *** research presented an analysis based on basic statistical tools along with more sophisticated deep learning *** proposed cross intelligence evaluation uses two different aspects which are similar,i.e.,EQ and SQ to estimate EQ by using a trained model over SQ *** presented analysis ensures the resemblance between the Emotional and Social Intelligence of an *** research authenticates the results over standard statistical tools and is practically inspected by deep learning *** Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form(TEIQue-SF)and Social IQ dataset are deployed over aMulti-layered Long-Short TermMemory(M-LSTM)based deep learning model for accessing the resemblance between EQ and *** M-LSTM based trained deep learning model registered,the high positive resemblance between Emotional and Social Intelligence and concluded that the resemblance factor between these two is more than 99.84%.This much resemblance allows future researchers to calculate human emotional intelligence with the help of social *** flexibility also allows the use of Big Data available on social networks,to calculate the emotional intelligence of an individual.

Two mustard （Brassica juncea L. Czern and Coss.） cultivars, Pusa Jai Kisan and SS2 differing in cadmium （Cd） tolerance were treated with 0, 25 and 50 umol L-1 Cd to study the physiological basis of difference in Cd tolerance. Cultivar SS2 （Cd sensitive） accumulated greater Cd in leaves than Pusa Jai Kisan （Cd tolerant）. Further, SS2 also exhibited higher contents of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances （TBARS） and H2O2 and electrolyte leakage. However, the activities of antioxidant enzymes, catalase （CAT）, ascorbate peroxidase （APX）, dehydroascorbate reduetase （DHAR）, and glutathione reductase （GR） were higher in Pusa Jai Kisan than those in SS2. Contrarily, the activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） was higher in SS2 than that in Pusa Jai Kisan and was the greatest at 25 umol L-1 Cd. Treatment of 25 umol L-1 Cd induced the maximum activity of enzymes. However, the activity of GR increased up to 50 umol L-1 Cd in both the cultivars. The non-enzymatic antioxidants ascorbate （AsA） and glutathione （GSH） were higher in Pusa Jai Kisan than that in SS2, whereas dehydroascorbate （DHA） and oxidized glutathione （GSSG） were higher in SS2. Photosynthesis and growth were adversely and maximally decreased by 50 umol L-1 Cd treatment in both the cultivars, but SS2 exhibited greater reductions. The protection of photosynthesis and growth and lesser reduction in Pusa Jai Kisan were associated with its capacity to restrict accumulation of Cd in leaves resulting in lower level of TBARS and H2O2 and electrolyte leakage. Moreover, Pusa Jai Kisan exhibited efficient antioxidant metabolism for removal of Cd-induced reactive oxygen species.

This study aimed to characterize the morphological changes in the ovary of the female crab Neptunus pelagicus and to identify specific fractions of vitelloginin and vitelline molecules during primary and secondary *** of the blue crab were collected from the Mediterranean Sea of Alexandria monthly during *** and oocytes in primary and secondary vitellogenesis were detached and treated for histological *** polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)Bis-Tris Gels was applied to identify vitelloginin(VN)and vitelline(VL)*** Analyses were done by *** initial degenerate primers were built regarding the conserved amino acid domains of the yolk *** and secondary vitellogeneses consisted of 8 *** fraction with molecular weight 550 kDa was identified in the hemolymph in secondary *** protein fractions(VLI&VLII)were identified in secondary vitellogenic *** electrophoresis performed with extract of stage I oocyte showed two protein fractions with molecular weights 550 kDa and 460 *** stage II and III oocyte,4 subunits were presented of 180,195,140 and 120 kDa in VLI and 2 subunits with molecular weight of 110 kDa and 95 kDa in *** two fractions in stage V oocyte presented with molecular weights of 380 kDa and 360 *** blot analysis proved that both fractions were of four major polypeptide subunits with molecular weight of 180,125,90 and 85 kDa in each of the two *** hybridization signal obtained by the Northern blot was detected in the hepatopancreas during ovarian cycle and in the ovary during secondary *** result of the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)analysis showed that the mRNA that encodes the C-terminal region of the VN cDNA was found in the ovary in secondary vitellogenesis and in the hepatopancreas.

A crescent-shape granitic stock and associated dykes is located to the East Gabal Nuqra at the extreme western part of Wadi Natash,South Eastern Desert,*** examined granites are classified as alkali-feldspar granites and mainly consist of quartz,potash feldspars,plagioclases,and ***,zircon,apatite and allanite are accessories representing the source of Y,U,Th and REEs in these *** granites are characterized by high K2O,Na2O and Zn contents and Rb/Sr ***,they are highly enriched in high field strength elements(HFSE),especially Zr(1529×10-6),Nb(100×10-6),Hf(91×10-6) and Y(624×10-6) and light rare-earth elements(LREE,141×10-6) concentrations and strongly depleted in Ca,Mg,Sr and Eu *** features suggest that they are similar to A-type granites(type-2).The rhyolite dykes and granites have similar geochemical characteristics whereas the chondrite-normalized REE patterns show a LREE enriched feature with strong negative Eu-anomaly,whereas the REE pattern of trachydacites show slightly fractionated pattern with no *** is suggested that the trachydacites were generated by small degree of partial-melting deep-seated basic *** liquid,when subjected to fractional crystallization involving separation of plagioclases as residue,generated the alkali-feldspar *** further fractional crystallization gave rise to the alkali *** igneous rock suite originated from metaluminous to alkaline trachytic magma,and was developed in a within-plate tectonic *** extension caused by NW-SE right-lateral shear in area led to the emplacement of the alkali-feldspar *** later extrusion of the alkali rhyolite and trachydacite dykes was due to cauldron subsidence.

Using renewable fuels for diesel engines can reduce both air pollution and dependence on fossil fuels.A computer simulation was constructed to predict the performance,combustion characteristics,and NOx emissions of a diesel engine fuelled with diesel-biodiesel-butanol *** simulation was validated by comparing the modelling results against experimental data and a good agreement between the results was *** fuels used for the validation were diesel(B0),biodiesel(B100),diesel-biodiesel blend(B50),and two diesel-biodiesel-butanol blends with 45%diesel-45%biodiesel-10%butanol(Bu10)and 40%diesel-40%biodiesel-20%butanol(Bu20)by *** results showed that the addition of butanol reduced NOx emissions but deteriorated the engine *** aim of the current work was the numerical optimization of the different parameters to enhance the engine performance while using butanol to decrease NOx *** engine compression ratio(CR)varied from 14 to 24,in increments of *** injection timing(IT)was reduced from 30°before top dead centre(bTDC)to 5°bTDC in increments of 5°.Also,the fuel injection duration(IDur)was extended from 20°to 50°in increments of 10°.Results showed that the increase in the CR improved engine performance for the two investigated fuels,Bu10 and *** maximum engine brake power(BP),thermal efficiency(BTE),and minimum brake-specific fuel consumption(BSFC)of 1.46 kW,32.3%,and 0.273 kg/kWh respectively,were obtained when the Bu10 fuel was injected under the optimum conditions of 24 CR,15°bTDC IT,and 40°*** these optimum conditions,the BP,BTE,and BSFC improved by 3%-3.5%for Bu10 and Bu20 fuel blends compared with the base engine conditions of a CR of 22,30°IDur,and 10°bTDC *** heat release rate during the premixed phase increased when the IT was advanced,while the mixing-controlled combustion phase was enhanced when the IT was *** emissions increased with increasing CR,while both an increase in IDur at con
