The neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)is an important cause of neurological morbidity and mortality in *** therapy is considered a promising method for treating severe neurological disorders such as this *** cells have the capacity for self-renewal and differentiation into certain cell *** present study was aimed to find out the most beneficial route of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BmSCs)administration for the attenuation of experimentally induced HIE in neonatal *** neonatal rats were divided randomly into four *** 1:control *** 2:rats were exposed to bilateral ligation of cephalic *** 3:rats were exposed to bilateral ligation of cephalic arteries and then underwent intravenous(IV)BmSC *** 4:rats were exposed to bilateral ligation of cephalic arteries and then underwent intracerebroventricular(ICV)BmSC *** animals were evaluated by(a)neurobehavioral tests;(b)histopathology,i.e.,histological and immuno-histochemical studies;and(3)gene expression *** BmSC treated groups(3 and 4)showed improvement in neurobehavioral tests,histopathological studies,and gene expression,as compared to non-injected lesioned rats(Group 2)with better improvement in Group 4(ICV injections)than in Group 3(IV injections).

Efficient electrocatalysts are vital to large-current hydrogen production in commercial water splitting for green energy ***,a novel heterophase engineering strategy is described to produce polymorphic CoSe_(2)*** composition of the electrocatalysts consisting of both cubic CoSe_(2)(c-CoSe_(2))and orthorhombic CoSe_(2)(o-CoSe_(2))phases can be controlled *** results demonstrate that junction-induced spin-state modulation of Co atoms enhances the adsorption of intermediates and accelerates charge transfer resulting in superior large-current hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)***,the CoSe_(2)based heterophase catalyst with the optimal c-CoSe_(2)content requires an overpotential of merely 240 mV to achieve 1,000 mA·cm^(-2)as well as a Tafel slope of 50.4 mV·dec^(-1).Furthermore,the electrocatalyst can maintain a large current density of 1,500 mA·cm^(-2)for over 320 h without *** results reveal the advantages and potential of heterophase junction engineering pertaining to design and fabrication of low-cost transition metal catalysts for large-current water splitting.

The whole cold-chain for exporting sweet potato(native variety“Abees”),to foreign market included immediate curing operation directly after harvest helped in healing skin texture,however,in order to reduce postharvest soft rot(Rhizopus stolonifer)incidence following trimming,and washing,ultraviolet light(UV-C)treatment was used as a main sanitizer for eliminating the soft *** of the roots to UV-C(254 nm)was applied in a UV-C room on freshly harvested and cured sweet potato while rolling up on a movable line at 20 cm distance for 1,2,and 3 *** combining UV-C treatment with chlorine(200 ppm)on roots,marked and significant reduction of the total microbial load and Rhizopus potential was achieved on root surfaces respectively compared with chlorine *** also reduced soft rot percentage to almost 0%*** 3 months of cold-storage,quality assessment of sweet potato showed that root characteristics were markedly *** ability of UV-C light to induce phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)enzyme activity in root tissue and maintain the activities of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase,however with slight increase,was ***-C caused an increase of phenol content in sweet potato tissue that made an activation of defense reaction against the rot causal *** the exposure time to UV-C light increased,a higher content of phenols ***,UV-C application caused decrease in sugar content of root tissue that is flavored by soft rot-causal pathogen.

At present,the prediction of brain tumors is performed using machine Learning(mL)and Deep Learning(DL)*** various mL and DL algorithms are adapted to predict brain tumors to some range,some concerns still need enhancement,particularly accuracy,sensitivity,false positive and false negative,to improve the brain tumor prediction system ***,this work proposed an Extended Deep Learning Algorithm(EDLA)to measure performance parameters such as accuracy,sensitivity,and false positive and false negative *** addition,these iterated measures were analyzed by comparing the EDLA method with the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)way further using the SPSS tool,and respective graphical illustrations were *** results were that the mean performance measures for the proposed EDLA algorithm were calculated,and those measured were accuracy(97.665%),sensitivity(97.939%),false positive(3.012%),and false negative(3.182%)for ten *** in the case of the CNN,the algorithm means accuracy gained was 94.287%,mean sensitivity 95.612%,mean false positive 5.328%,and mean false negative 4.756%.These results show that the proposed EDLA method has outperformed existing algorithms,including CNN,and ensures symmetrically improved *** EDLA algorithm introduces novelty concerning its performance and particular activation *** proposed method will be utilized effectively in brain tumor detection in a precise and accurate *** algorithm would apply to brain tumor diagnosis and be involved in various medical diagnoses *** the quantity of dataset records is enormous,then themethod’s computation power has to be updated.

Coronary artery disease(CAD)is one of themost authentic cardiovascular afflictions because it is an uncommonly overwhelming heart *** breakdown of coronary cardiovascular disease is one of the principal sources of death all over *** deterioration is a challenge,especially in youthful and rural countries where there is an absence of humantrained *** heart diseases happen without apparent signs,high-level detection is *** paper proposed a robust and tuned random forest model using the randomized grid search technique to *** proposed framework increases the ability of CADpredictions by tracking down risk pointers and learning the confusing joint efforts between ***,the healthcare industry has a lot of data but needs to gain more *** proposed framework is used for extracting knowledge from data stores and using that knowledge to help doctors accurately and effectively diagnose heart disease(HD).We evaluated the proposed framework over two public databases,Cleveland and Framingham *** datasets were preprocessed by using a cleaning technique,a normalization technique,and an outlier detection ***,the principal component analysis(PCA)algorithm was utilized to lessen the feature dimensionality of the two ***,we used a hyperparameter tuning technique,randomized grid search,to tune a random forest(RF)machine learning(mL)*** randomized grid search selected the best parameters and got the ideal CAD *** proposed framework was evaluated and compared with traditional *** proposed framework’s accuracy,sensitivity,precision,specificity,and f1-score were 100%.The evaluation of the proposed framework showed that it is an unrivaled perceptive outcome with tuning as opposed to other ongoing existing frameworks.

In this paper,a proposed cancellable biometric scheme is based on multiple biometric image identifiers,Arnold’s cat map and double random phase encoding(DRPE)to obtain cancellable biometric *** proposed segmentation scheme that is used to select the region of interest for generating cancelable templates is based on chaos entropy low correlation statistical *** objective of segmentation is to reduce the computational cost and reliability of template *** left and right biometric(iris,fingerprint,palm print and face)are divided into non-overlapping blocks of the same *** define the region of interest(ROI),we select the block with the highest *** shorten the registration process time and achieve a high level of security,we select 25%of the image volume of the biometric *** addition,the low-cost security requirement lies in the use of selective encryption(SE)*** step of selecting the maximum entropy is executed on all biometric *** maximum right and left multi-biometric blocks are arranged in descending order from the entropy perspective and select 50%of each biometric couple and store the single *** obtained matrix is scrambled with a certain number of iterations using Arnold’s Cat map(ACm).The obtained scrambled matrix is encrypted with the DRPE to generate the cancellable biometric templates,which are further *** simulation results display better performance of the suggested cancellable biometric system in noise scenarios using the area under the receiver operating characteristic(AROC).The strength of the suggested technique is examined with correlation,irregular deviation,maximum difference and maximum *** recommended proposed approach shows that the ability to distinguish the authentic and imposter biometrics of user seven in different levels of the noise environment.

Radiometric measurements were carried out for the beach sands from East Rosetta estuary to determine the activity concentrations of 238 U, 226 Ra, 232 Th, and 40 K, using a Hyper Pure Germanium spectrometer, to estimate the dose rates and radiation hazard indices. The average specific activities are 778.20 Bq/kg for 238 U; 646.89 Bq/kg for 226 Ra; 621.92 and 627.85 Bq/kg for the 222 Rn daughters 214 Pb and 214 Bi respectively. The average specific activity of 232 Th is 1510.25 Bq/kg, while the calculated specific activity for 40 K has an average of 8.41 Bq/kg. The average specific activity of 235 U is 38.61 Bq/kg. The average absorbed dose rate is 1211.36 nGy/h, 20 times higher than the estimated average global primordial radiation of 60 nGy/h and 6 times higher than that of the world range (10-200 nGy/h). The radium equivalent (Ra eq ) values are from 6 to 9 times the recommended value. The internal and external hazard indices (H int , H ex ) indicate that their values are from 6 to 11 times the permissible values of these indices. These higher values may be due to the presence of economic heavy minerals containing radionuclides as zircon and monazite as well as some trace minerals, thorite and uranothorite. The mineralogical study indicates the beach sands contain heavy minerals, zircon, monazite, rutile, ilmenite, leucoxene, magnetite and garnet. The average abundance of zircon is 0.175 wt% ranging from 0.125 wt% to 0.239 wt%, while it is 0.004wt% ranging from 0.001 wt% to 0.007 wt% for monazite. The average abundance is 0.087 wt% for rutile; 2.029 wt% for ilmenite; 1.084 wt% for magnetite; 0.384 wt% for leucoxene and 0.295 wt% for garnet.

The plant apoplast,which serves as the frontline battleground for long-term host–pathogen interactions,harbors a wealth of disease resistance ***,the identification of the disease resistance proteins in the apoplast is relatively *** this study,we identified and characterized the rice secretory protein OsSSP1(Oryza sativa secretory small protein 1).OsSSP1 can be secreted into the plant apoplast,and either in vitro treatment of recombinant OsSSP1 or overexpression of OsSSP1 in rice could trigger plant immune *** expression of OsSSP1 is suppressed significantly during magnaporthe oryzae infection in the susceptible rice variety Taibei 309,and OsSSP1-overexpressing lines all show strong resistance to *** the knockout and overexpression results,we found that OsSSP1 positively regulates plant immunity in response to fungal ***,the recognition and immune response triggered by OsSSP1 depend on an uncharacterized transmembrane OsSSR1(secretory small protein receptor 1)and the key co-receptor OsBAK1,since most of the induced immune response and resistance are lost in the absence of OsSSR1 or ***,the OsSSP1 protein is relatively stable and can still induce plant resistance after 1 week of storage in the open environment,and exogenous OsSSP1 treatment for a 2-week period did not affect rice ***,our study reveals that OsSSP1 can be secreted into the apoplast and percepted by OsSSR1 and OsBAK1 during fungal infection,thereby triggering the immune response to enhance plant resistance to *** findings provide novel resources and potential strategies for crop breeding and disease control.
