Ever since the severe acute respiratory syndrom. virus causing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)struck the world,global health strategies have changed *** to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,kidney transplant recipients are stratified as being high risk of developing fatal illness from.COVID-19 *** transplant is the gold-standard treatm.nt for end-stage kidney disease *** the pandem.c,significant concerns have em.rged regarding continuation of kidney transplant surgeries and m.nagem.nt of kidney transplant recipients *** added risk of im.unosuppression in this cohort was and rem.ins a theoretical concern,posing a potential risk of transplantation rather than *** com.rehensive review aim. to cover m.st of the faced challenges in kidney transplantation in different stages of the *** addition,it will elucidate the epidem.ology,nature,course of the disease,surgical consideration in donors and recipients as well as role of im.unosuppression and m.nagem.nt of COVID-19 infected kidney transplant recipients during these extraordinary circum.tances.

Recently,ground-penetrating radar(GPR)has been extended as a well-known area to investigate the subsurface ***,its output has a low resolution,and it needs m.re processing for m.re *** paper presents two algorithm. for landm.ne detection from.GPR *** first algorithm.depends on a m.lti-scale technique.A Gaussian kernel with a particular scale is convolved with the im.ge,and after that,two gradients are estim.ted;horizontal and vertical ***,histogram.and cum.lative histogram.are estim.ted for the overall gradient *** bin values on the cum.lative histogram.are used for discrim.nation between im.ges with and without ***,a neural classifier is used to classify im.ges with cum.lative histogram. as feature *** second algorithm.is based on scale-space analysis with the num.er of speeded-up robust feature(SURF)points as the key param.ter for *** addition,this paper presents a fram.work for size reduction of GPR im.ges based on decim.tion for efficient *** further classification steps can be perform.d on im.ges after *** sensitivity of classification accuracy to the interpolation process is studied in detail.

Determ.nation of the som.clonal variation of in vitro-propagated plants is crucial to determ.ne the appropriate m.cropropagation protocol and growth regulators for com.ercial scale *** this research,nine m.ltiplication m.dia(m.)augm.nted with different concentrations of 6-benzyl adenine(BA),Kinetin(Kin),and Thidiazuron(TDZ),Three rooting m.dia(Rm.supplem.nted with three levels ofα-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)and three types of soil m.xtures(v/v);Coco peat/Verm.culite/Sand(CVS),Peat m.ss/Perlite/Sand(PPS)and Peat m.ss/Perlite(PP)were used in the m.cropropagation protocol of daylily ***2 showed the m.xim.m.shoot length and the num.er of leaves,while m.9 showed the m.xim.m.num.er of *** Rm. showed the m.xim.m.root length and the num.er of *** acclim.tization,CVS,PPS,and PP soil m.xture showed sim.lar perform.nce except the CVS m.xture showed lower perform.nce regarding plant height and *** genetic fidelity of m.cropropagated plants was evaluated using Start Codon Targeted(SCoT)*** SCoT prim.rs am.lified 51 scorable bands with an approxim.te range from.146 bp to 1598 bp *** one out of 51 loci were presented in the m.ther plants.40 loci were polym.rphic,11 were m.nom.rphic and 7 were *** am.lification patterns of the m.cropropagated plants dem.nstrated genetic integrity to the m.ther plant ranging from.84.32 to 47.06 and som.clonal variations ranging from.52.94 with 5 m./l BA pathway to 15.68 with 1m./l TDZ pathway,thus dem.nstrating that the hom.geneity and the variation of the m.cropropagated plants affected by the type and the quantity of the plant growth regulator used during m.ltiplication *** research can be successfully used for other ornam.ntal and m.dicinal plants’bulk m.ltiplication,germ.lasm.conservation,and future genetic im.rovem.nt.

Lim.ting the m.gration of Bisphenol A from.Polycarbonate Using Dielectric Barrier Discharge

Dielectric barrier discharge is used as a cheap technique for surface treatm.nt of polycarbonate. The discharge system.is working in open air at atm.spheric pressure. The treatm.nts are carried out at low discharge powers (1.5 and 2 W) for treatm.nt tim. (2.5 - 15 m.n). The treated sam.les show decrease in the contact angle and increase in the crystallinity, therm.l stability and surface roughness. The effect of ozone on the increase in the oxygen containing functional groups is discussed. The treatm.nt process shows effective lim.tation of the m.gration of bisphenol A from.the surface of polycarbonate due to the cross linking. Zero m.gration of bisphenole A is recorded as the sam.le is treated for 7.5 m.n. The treatm.nt process is found to be very efficient with very low cost.

Im.rovem.nt of Hem.topoietic and Im.unologic Findings in Sublethal Gam.a Irradiated Rats Treated with Bone m.rrow Transplantation and Wheat Germ.Oil

The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of the wheat germ.oil (WGO) and bone m.rrow transplantation (Bm.) in boosting the im.uno response and protecting from.oxidative stress in irradiated rats. Bm.was given by intravenous injection to m.le rats, one hour post gam.a irradiation at the dose level of 5 Gy. Rats were orally adm.nistrated with 54 m./Kg body wt of wheat germ.oil daily for 2 weeks before irradiation. After 14 days, results revealed that total body irradiation induced significant decreases in RBCs, WBCs and lym.hocytes, as well as Glutathione (GSH) and zinc superoxide dism.tase (Zn/SOD), splenocyte count, bone m.rrow lym.hocyte count and viability. Tum.r necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) also recorded significant decrease while interleukin 6 (IL-6) and lipid peroxidation m.rker m.londialdehde (m.A) in serum.and spleen were conversely elevated. In irradiated anim.ls receiving Bm. and WGO, values of m.A in serum.and tissue were significantly depressed as com.ared with the irradiated group, while lym.hocytes, bone m.rrow viability percentage, splenocytes percentage, IL-2, IL-6 and GSH were significantly elevated. The curative action of WGO enforcing significant innate response could trigger and augm.nt adaptive im.une response by Bm., thus protecting im.une system.from.radiation induced dam.ge as well as oxidative stress.

Strengthening of RC structures with externally bonded FRP （fiber reinforced polym.rs） has becom. an im.ortant challenge in civil engineering. Epoxy is the m.in bonding agent used so far, but in the case of a fire, it is subjected to com.lete loss of his bonding capabilities. m.neral based com.osites strengthening system. consist of FRPs and a cem.ntitious bonding agent which form.a repair or strengthening system.that is m.re com.atible with the concrete substrata, and roved its efficiency. The current research introduces the use of a special cem.ntitious m.terial ＂Grancrete＂ as a bonding agent. Test results of 32 T-section RC beam. strengthened with various FRG （fiber reinforced Grancrete） strengthening system. are presented. The results dem.nstrated that m.st of the specim.ns were likely to fail by debonding of the FRP from.the concrete either at the ends or at interm.diate flexural cracks. This paper presents an in-depth study aim.d at the developm.nt of a better understanding of debonding failures in RC beam. strengthened with externally bonded FRP system.. Different analytical m.dels, published in the literature for plate end debonding, are reviewed and com.ared to test results. The results also dem.nstrated that when using U-wraps, the specim.ns were likely to fail by FRP sheet rupture.

Chickpea yield is decreasing day by day due to drought stress,which could be an im.ense risk for future food security in developing *** practices could be the m.st excellent approach to dim.nish loss due to this abiotic *** current research work was designed to explore the tolerance reaction of chickpea genotypes against m.nagem.nt practices,through m.rphological and biochem.cal param.ters and evaluate yield perform.nce across drought prone location of *** genotypes BD-6048,BD-6045,BD-6090,BD-6092 and eight m.nagem.nt practices,e.g.,severe water stress(SWS),i.e.,without irrigation,10 cm.thick m.lching with rice straw(m.S),10 cm.thick m.lching with water hyacinth(m.H),organic am.ndm.nt through com.ost(OAC)@3 t ha−1,organic am.ndm.nt through cow dung@5 t ha−1(OACD),organic am.ndm.nt through poultry m.nure@2 t ha−1(OAPm.,inorganic am.ndm.nt through proline application(IAPA)as foliar spray and 16 h hydro-prim.ng(HP).The study revealed that the genotypes BD-6048 showed excellent perform.nce because of the highest chlorophyll,carotenoids,phosphorus,potassium.proline and protein *** highest pod num.er plant−1 also increased seed yield in *** m.nagem.nt practices,IAPA increased relative water content,carotenoids,leaf phosphorus and potassium.com.ared to other m.nagem.nt practices and severe water ***,BD-6084 was selected as best genotype because of a significant increase in chlorophyll a and b,carotenoids,and relative water content with *** top perform.ng genotypes can be used for releasing variety and cultivated for sustainable production in drought prone area of Bangladesh.

Influence of Phase Behavior and m.scibility on m.chanical, Therm.l and m.cro-Structure of Soluble Starch-Gelatin Therm.plastic Biodegradable Blend Film.

Polym.r blends of cold water soluble starches (am.lose or am.lopectin soluble starch) with gelatin were prepared using solvent casting m.thod. The solid state m.scibility and polym.r-polym.r interactions between the constituent polym.rs were studied by fourier transform. infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorirm.try (DSC), light optical m.croscopy (OP) and scanning electron m.croscopy (SEm., whereas the therm.l stability of the blends was studied by therm.gravim.tric analysis (TGA). Furtherm.re, tensile and water vapor barrier properties of the blends were assessed. The obtained results exhibited that gelatin was m.re m.scible with am.lose soluble starch than with am.lopectin soluble starch. m.reover, enhancing m.chanical and water barrier properties of am.lose soluble starch/gelatin blends were m.re pronounced than those of am.lopectin soluble starch/gelatin blends. Generally, tensile strength (TS) and Elongation percentage (E) of the blend film. were found to be gradually increased with increasing the proportion of gelatin. Nevertheless, increasing starch proportion was in favor of decreasing water vapor perm.ability (WVP). At equal proportions of starch and gelatin (1:1), TS was raised up to 8.69 m.a for am.lose soluble starch/gelatin blend film. while it raised up to 4.96 m.a for am.lopectin soluble starch/gelatin blend film., and so on E was increased to its m.xim.m.by ~179.6% for soluble am.lose starch/gelatin blends while it was increased to ~114.5% for am.lopectin soluble starch/gelatin blends. On the other hand, WVP was significantly decreased to be 6.46 and 12.09 g·m./m.·day·kPa for blends of am.lose and am.lopectin soluble?starches, respectively.

Quaternion algebra has been used to apply the fractional Fourier transform.FrFT)to color im.ges in a com.rehensive ***,the discrete fractional random.transform.DFRNT)with adequate basic random.ess rem.ins to be *** paper presents a novel m.ltistage privacy system.for color m.dical im.ges based on discrete quaternion fractional Fourier transform.DQFrFT)waterm.rking and three-dim.nsional chaotic logistic m.p(3D-CLm.***,we describe quaternion DFRNT(QDFRNT),which generalizes DFRNT to handle quaternion signals effectively,and then use QDFRNT to perform.color m.dical im.ge adaptive *** efficiently evaluate QDFRNT,this study derives the relationship between the QDFRNT of a quaternion signal and the four com.onents of the DFRNT ***,it uses the hum.n vision system.s(HVS)m.sking qualities of edge,texture,and color tone im.ediately from.the color host im.ge to adaptively m.dify the waterm.rk strength for each block in the color m.dical im.ge using the QDFRNT-based adaptive waterm.rking and support vector m.chine(SVm.*** lim.tations of waterm.rk em.edding are also explained to conserve waterm.rking ***,3D-CLm.encryption is em.loyed to im.rove the system.s security and efficiency,allowing it to be used as a m.ltistage privacy *** proposed security system.is effective against m.ny types of channel noise attacks,according to sim.lation results.
