市政道路生态滤沟雨季积水渗透、旱季保墒是基本功能,而黄土生态滤沟回填土的设计无据可依,常导致景观植被雨季渍害或旱季枯死。为此,通过对重塑黄土进行小尺寸毛细水上升高度试验、大尺寸持水特性模型试验以及非饱和数值分析研究。结果表明:当干密度分别为1.3 g/cm^(3)、1.4 g/cm^(3)时,土柱的最终毛细水上升高度均可达到100 cm。土柱高度超过20 cm后,其含水率基本保持稳定,稳定含水率分别为30.0%、28.0%;在重塑黄土毛细水上升过程中,存在一个暂态饱和区,其中干密度越小,孔隙比越大,大孔隙数量增多,毛细吸力减弱,导致水分迁移速率较慢,同时被湿桥封闭的大气泡数量也较多,因此暂态饱和区的持续时间较长。对于1.3 g/cm^(3)的土柱,其湿润锋时程曲线的模拟值与实测值基本吻合。综合考虑黄土地层稳定的天然平均干密度、毛细水上升高度及其持水特性以及生态滤沟回填土在后期将经历反复的渗透固结与毛细作用,采用1.2 g/cm^(3)作为回填控制干密度,以确保市政道路生态滤沟中的植土在旱季仍能维持植被生长所需的土壤湿度。

Introduction: Cystic lymphangiomas are rare benign malformative tumors of the lymphatic system of obscure etiopathogenesis. The cervico-facial location remains the most common (75%). Although benign, these tumors remain potentially fatal, due to possible compression of the upper aero-digestive tract. The aim of this work is to study the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics of cervico-mandibular congenital cystic lymphangiomas in the pediatric surgery department of the Donka National Hospital (HND) Conakry. Patients and methods: This is a retrospective and descriptive study of 13 files lasting 7 years from January 2015 to December 31, 2021. The files of children whose age is less than or equal to 15 years operated on cervical tumor with histological evidence of cystic lymphangioma were retained. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software 21 and anonymously. Results: The incidence of this study was 1.86 cases per year and a sex ratio of 0.62 in favor of girls. The average age was 8 months 19 days. In the antecedents, we only find poorly monitored pregnancies. The average size of the tumors was 11.85 cm. Cervical ultrasound and standard x-ray of the cervical mass were the only examinations performed. Total surgical excision of the cervical tumor was performed in all patients. The mass was polycystic on exploration. The histological examination of the surgical specimens was in favor of a cystic lymphangioma. The surgical consequences were simple in 11 patients (84.62%) and complicated by parietal suppuration in 2 cases (15.38%). There were no cases of recurrence after one year of follow-up. Conclusion: Cervico-mandibular cystic lymphangiomas are the most frequent locations of congenital lymphangiomas in children. Their severity is linked to the risk of compression of the aero-digestive tracts. Their diagnosis must be confirmed by the histology of the surgical specimen. The mature design of wireless mobile sensor network makes it to be used in vast verities of applications including from home used to the security *** such types of applications based on wireless mobile sensor network are generally using real time data,most of them are interested in real time communication directly from cluster head of cluster instead of a base station in cluster *** would be possible if an external user allows to directly access real time data from the cluster head in cluster wireless mobile sensor network instead of accessing data from base *** this leads to a serious security breach and degrades the performance of any security protocol available in this *** existing schemes for authentication and cluster key management for external users,exchange a number of messages between cluster head and base station to allow external to access real time data from the base station instead of cluster *** increase communication cost and delay in such real time access *** handle this critical issue in cluster wireless mobile sensor network,we propose a lightweight authentication and key management scheme using a fuzzy *** this scheme,any external user can access data directly from the cluster head of any cluster without the involvement of the base *** proposed scheme only uses the one-way hash functions and bitwise XOR operations,apart from the fuzzy extractor method for the user biometric verification at the login *** presented scheme supports scalability for an increasing number of nodes using *** proposed scheme increases the life-time of the network by decreasing the key pool size.

After presenting weaknesses of several classic routing protocols applied in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) by a qualitative comparison, this paper proposes a novel self-adaptive routing protocol, named ARPP. With respect to the specific characteristics of VANETs, the proposed routing protocol adopts a dynamic topology establishment and time-varying control message sending mechanism. A direction-based forwarding strategy and a specific warning solution enhance the routing performance in ARPP. Simulation results show that the ARPP protocol outperforms the classic AODV in urban vehicle environment. © by HIGH TECHNOLOGY LETTERS PRESS.

Introduction: The birth of conjoined twins is an event extremely rare that offers unique therapeutic challenges and circumstances. We must examine each situation with the many questions that arise and which sometimes require a long reflection. We report a case of separation of pygopages conjoined twins as well as a review of the literature. Patients and Observations: a pair of conjoined twins aged 11 days, weighing 3080 g between them, was referred to the neonatology department from the Faranah prefecture, 300 km from Conakry, for care. The mother, a 30-year-old housewife, multipara, eight gestures and nine parities, had not followed any prenatal consultation. The delivery took place at home in a village with the death of the mother immediately postpartum. The clinical and paraclinical investigation had concluded with the diagnosis of Siamese type pygopage. After multidisciplinary consultation, the surgical treatment by separation of the twins was carried out at the age of 50 days with success and preservation of the physiological functions. Conclusion: The birth of conjoined twins is extremely rare. Each pair of Siamese is different and the surgical strategy must be adapted according to the shared organs. The perfect multidisciplinary work of the medical staff has been the main contributor to our success.
