Side lobe level reduction(SLL)of a.tenna.a.ra.s significa.tly enha.ces the signa.-to-interference ra.io a.d improves the qua.ity of service(QOS)in recent a.d future wireless communica.ion systems sta.ting from 5G up to ***,it improves the a.ra. ga.n a.d directivity,increa.ing the detection ra.ge a.d a.gula. resolution of ra.a. *** study proposes two highly efficient SLL reduction *** techniques a.e ba.ed on the hybridiza.ion between either the single convolution or the double convolution a.gorithms a.d the genetic a.gorithm(Ga.to develop the Conv/Ga.a.dDConv/Ga.*** convolution process determines the element’s excita.ions while the Ga.optimizes the element *** m elements linea. a.tenna.a.ra.(La.),the convolution of the excita.ion coefficients vector by itself provides a.new vector of excita.ions of length N=(2m−1).This new vector is divided into three different sets of excita.ions including the odd excita.ions,even excita.ions,a.d middle excita.ions of lengths m,m−1,a.dm,*** the sa.e element spa.ing a. the origina.
