Because of climate change and the highly growing world population,it becomes a huge challenge to feed the whole *** overcome this challenge and increase the crop yield,a large number of fertilizers are applied but these have many side *** of these,scientists have discovered beneficial rhizobacteria,which are environmentally friendly and may increase crop yield and plant *** microbial population of the rhizosphere shows a pivotal role in plant development by inducing its *** depends upon the valuable interactions among the roots and microbes for the growth,nutrients availability,growth promotion,disease suppression and other important roles for *** numerous secrets of microbes in the rhizosphere have been revealed due to huge development in molecular and microscopic *** review illustrated and discussed the current knowledge on the development,maintenance,interactions of rhizobacterial populations and various proposed mechanisms normally used by PGPR in the rhizosphere that encouraging the plant growth and alleviating the stress *** addition,this research reviewed the role of single and combination of PGPR,mycorrhizal fungi in plant development and modulation of the stress as well as factors affecting the microbiome in the rhizosphere.

An AWG based colorless WDM-PON with RZ-DPSK modulated downstream and re-modulation of DL signal for OOK upstream

We proposed an arrayed waveguide granting （AWG） based 10 Gbps full duplex wavelength division multiplexing passive optical network （WDM-PON） utiliz- ing a return-to-zero differential phase shift keying （RZ- DPSK） modulation technique for down-link direction and then re-modulation of the downlink （DL） signal for the uplink （UL） direction using intensity modulation technique （OOK） with a data rate of 10 Gbps per channel. A successful cost effective colorless WDM-PON full duplex transmission operation for a data rate of 10Gbps per channel, with a channel spacing of 60 GHz over a distance of 25 km without any optical amplification and dispersion compensation is achieved within low power penalty.

Control signaling is mandatory for the operation and management of all types of communication networks,including the Third Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)mobile broadband ***,they consume important and scarce network resources such as bandwidth and processing *** have been several reports of these control signaling turning into signaling storms halting network operations and causing the respective Telecom companies big financial *** paper draws its motivation from such real network disaster incidents attributed to signaling *** this paper,we present a thorough survey of the causes,of the signaling storm problems in 3GPP-based mobile broadband networks and discuss in detail their possible solutions and *** provide relevant analytical models to help quantify the effect of the potential causes and benefits of their corresponding *** important contribution of this paper is the comparison of the possible causes and solutions/countermeasures,concerning their effect on several important network aspects such as architecture,additional signaling,fidelity,etc.,in the form of a *** paper presents an update and an extension of our earlier conference *** our knowledge,no similar survey study exists on the subject.

The rapid advancement of nanotechnology has sparked much interest in applying nanoscale perovskite materials for photodetection *** materials are promising candidates for next-generation photodetectors(PDs)due to their unique optoelectronic properties and flexible synthesis *** review explores the approaches used in the development and use of optoelectronic devices made of different nanoscale perovskite architectures,including quantum dots,nanosheets,nanorods,nanowires,and *** a thorough analysis of recent literature,the review also addresses common issues like the mechanisms underlying the degradation of perovskite PDs and offers perspectives on potential solutions to improve stability and scalability that impede widespread *** addition,it highlights that photodetection encompasses the detection of light fields in dimensions other than light intensity and suggests potential avenues for future research to overcome these obstacles and fully realize the potential of nanoscale perovskite materials in state-of-the-art photodetection *** review provides a comprehensive overview of nanoscale perovskite PDs and guides future research efforts towards improved performance and wider applicability,making it a valuable resource for researchers.

Assessment of Genetic Variation Within Indian Mustard (Brassica juncea) Germplasm Using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Markers

Genetic diversity among 45 Indian mustard （Brassica juncea L.） genotypes comprising 37 germplasm collections, five advance breeding lines and three improved cultivars was investigated at the DNA level using the random amplified polymorphic DNA （RAPD） technique. Fifteen primers used generated a total of 92 RAPD fragments, of which 81 （88%） were polymorphic. Of these, 13 were unique to accession ‘Pak85559＇. Each primer produced four to nine amplified products with an average of 6.13 bands per primer. Based on pairwise comparisons of RAPD amplification products, Nei and Li＇s similarity coefficients were calculated to evaluate the relationships among the accessions. Pairwise similarity indices were higher among the oilseed accessions and cultivars showing narrow ranges of 0.77-0.99. An unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages cluster analysis based on these genetic similarities placed most of the collections and oilseed cultivars close to each other, showing a low level of polymorphism between the accessions used. However, the clusters formed by oilseed collections and cultivars were comparatively distinct from that of advanced breeding lines. Genetically, all of the accessions were classified into a few major groups and a number of individual accessions. Advanced breeding lines were relatively divergent from the rest of the accessions and formed independent clusters. Clustering of the accessions did not show any pattern of association between the RAPD markers and the collection sites. A low level of genetic variability of oilseed mustard was attributed to the selection for similar traits and horticultural uses. Perhaps close parentage of these accessions further contributed towards their little diversity. The study demonstrated that RAPD is a simple and fast technique to compare the genetic relationship and pattern of variation among the gene pool of this crop.

Structural and dielectric properties of doped ferrite nanomaterials suitable for microwave and biomedical applications

The sol-gel auto-combustion method was adopted to synthesize nanomaterials of single-phase X-type hexagonal ferrites with the composition of Sr;Gd;Ni;Fe;Cd;O;（x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10 and y = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5）.The structural properties were carried out by XRD analysis and the lattice parameters show variation with the doping of *** average particle size measured by TEM was in the range of 8-10 nm which is beneficial in obtaining suitable signal-to-noise ratio in recording media and biomedical *** room temperature resistivity enhanced with the increase of the dopant *** increase in resistivity indicates that the synthesized materials can be considered good for the formation of the multilayer chip inductors（MLCIs） as well as for the reduction of eddy current *** dielectric constant decreased with the increase in the frequency which is the general reported trend of the hexagonal ferrites and can be explained on the basis of Koop’s theory and Maxwell-Wagner *** abnormal dielectric behavior indicates the formation of small polarons in the *** maximum value of tangent loss at low frequencies reflects the application of these materials in medium frequency devices（MF）.
