Objective:To investigate the association between age and semen parameters among male partners of subfertile ***:This retrospective study analyzed the semen of 1523 infertile men aged 26 to 50 *** were extracted from GarbhaGudi IVF Centre database from January 2019 to september *** basic semen parameters were interpreted according to the WHO manual 2021,6th *** parameters in different age groups were ***:Total and progressive motile sperms were significantly higher in the age group of 26-30 years compared to other age groups(Psperm count was significantly higher in the age group of 26-30 years compared to the age groups of 41-45 years and>46 years(P=0.001).However,sperm head defects,neck and midpiece defects,tail defects,and cytoplasmic droplets showed statistically insignificant difference in all the age groups(P>0.05).semen viscosity showed no statistical difference in all the age groups compared to the reference age group of 26 to 30 ***:Higher age can lead to a significant decrease in normal sperms and motility in subfertile ***,male partner age should be considered as one of the major determining factors for reproductive outcomes.

Clinical-DNA Correlates of Anxiety in Patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome

Introduction: Anxiety disorders have a lifetime prevalence of 34% with a similar level of heritability (31%) yet lack objective markers that could differentiate patients with underlying conditions. Up to 60%-70% of patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome have anxiety that meets criteria of generalized anxiety disorder, their clinical-DNA findings worth examining as biomarkers for patients with generalized anxiety. Method: Of the 1899 patients diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, 1261 were systematically evaluated for 80 history and 40 physical findings and separated into 826 who reported anxiety and 435 who did not. The most consistently reported or management-directing 60 of these clinical findings were, along with variations in genes relevant to these disorders, examined for association with anxiety. Results: Among the 30 anxiety- associated findings judged most predictive of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in patients with anxiety were expected ones of adrenergic stimulation (difficulty concentrating-87% frequency and 1.26 anxiety/no anxiety ratio;chronic fatigue-84%, 1.17;sleep issues 69%, 1.52 that are criteria for generalized anxiety disorder) or of cholinergic suppression (e.g., frequent nausea 64%, 1.26). Less associated but more discriminating for underlying disease were those reflective of neuromuscular impact (e.g., chronic daily headaches 76%, 1.12);hypermobility (e.g., awareness of flexibility 72%, 1.03), or skin changes (e.g., elasticity around jaw 71%, 1.06). Anxiety-associated DNA variants included 54 of 88 in collagen type I/V/VII/IX genes, 14 of 16 in sodium channel sCN9A/10A/ 11A genes, 59 of 85 in POLG/MT-DNA genes, and 21 of 28 in profilaggrin- FLG genes that respectively impacted tissue laxity, sensory neural, autonomic-mitochondrial, and autonomic-inflammatory functions. Conclusion: Analysis of pathogenetic mechanisms in Ehlers-Danlos syndrome selected some 50 clinical-DNA findings useful for its diagnosis in those with generalized anxiety disorders.

Considering the escalating frequency and sophistication of cyber threats targeting web applications, this paper proposes the development of an automated web security analysis tool to address the accessibility gap for non-security professionals. This paper presents the design and implementation of an automated web security analysis tool, AWsAT, aimed at enabling individuals with limited security expertise to effectively assess and mitigate vulnerabilities in web applications. Leveraging advanced scanning techniques, the tool identifies common threats such as Cross-site scripting (Xss), sQL Injection, and Cross-site Request Forgery (CsRF), providing detailed reports with actionable insights. By integrating sample payloads and reference study links, the tool facilitates informed decision-making in enhancing the security posture of web applications. Through its user-friendly interface and robust functionality, the tool aims to democratize web security practices, empowering a wider audience to proactively safeguard against cyber threats.

Integrated water and fertilizer management is important for promoting sustainable development of facility agriculture,and biochar plays an important role in guaranteeing food production,as well as alleviating water shortages and the overuse of *** field experiment had twelve treatments and a control(CK)trial including two irrigation amounts(I1,100%ETm;I2,60%ETm;where ETm is the maximum evapotranspiration),two nitrogen applications(N1,360 kg ha^(−1);N2,120 kg ha^(−1))and three biochar application levels(B1,60 t ha^(−1);B_(2),30 t ha^(−1)and B3,0 t ha^(−1)).A multi-objective synergistic irrigation-nitrogen-biochar application system for improving tomato yield,quality,water and nitrogen use efficiency,and greenhouse emissions was developed by integrating the techniques of experimentation and ***,a coupled irrigation-nitrogen-biochar plot experiment was ***,tomato yield and fruit quality parameters were determined experimentally to establish the response relationships between irrigation-nitrogen-biochar dosage and yield,comprehensive quality of tomatoes(TCQ),irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE),partial factor productivity of nitrogen(PFPN),and net greenhouse gas emissions(NGE).Finally,a multi-objective dynamic optimization regulation model of irrigation-nitrogen-biochar resource allocation at different growth stages of tomato was constructed which was solved by the fuzzy programming *** results showed that the application of irrigation and nitrogen to biochar promoted increase in yield,IWUE and PFPN,while it had an inhibitory effect on *** addition,the optimal allocation amounts of water and fertilizer were different under different *** yield of the s1 scenario increased by 8.31%compared to the B_(1)I_(1)N_(2) treatment;TCQ of the s2 scenario increased by 5.14%compared to the B_(2)I_(2)N_(1) treatment;IWUE of the s3 scenario increased by 10.01%compared to the B1I2N2 treatment;PFPN of the s4 scenario increased by

security Information and Event Management (sIEM) platforms are critical for organizations to monitor and manage their security operations centers. However, organizations using sIEM platforms have several challenges such as inefficiency of alert management and integration with real-time communication tools. These challenges cause delays and cost penalties for organizations in their efforts to resolve the alerts and potential security breaches. This paper introduces a cybersecurity Alert Distribution and Response Network (Adrian) system. Adrian introduces a novel enhancement to sIEM platforms by integrating sIEM functionalities with real-time collaboration platforms. Adrian leverages the uniquity of mobile applications of collaboration platforms to provide real-time alerts, enabling a two-way communication channel that facilitates immediate response to security incidents and efficient sIEM platform management. To demonstrate Adrian’s capabilities, we have introduced a case-study that integrates Wazuh, a sIEM platform, to slack, a collaboration platform. The case study demonstrates all the functionalities of Adrian including the real-time alert distribution, alert customization, alert categorization, and enablement of management activities, thereby increasing the responsiveness and efficiency of Adrian’s capabilities. The study concludes with a discussion on the potential expansion of Adrian’s capabilities including the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) for enhanced alert prioritization and response automation.

GitHub Actions, a popular CI/CD platform, introduces significant security challenges due to its integration with GitHub’s open ecosystem and its use of flexible workflow configurations. This paper presents sher, a Python-based tool that enhances the security of GitHub Actions by automating the detection and remediation of security issues in workflows. self-Hosted Ephemeral Runner, or sher, acts as a broker between GitHub’s APIs and a customizable, isolated environment, analyzing workflows through a static rules engine and automatically fixing identified issues. By providing a secure, ephemeral runner environment and a dynamic analysis tool, sher addresses common misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, contributing to the resilience and integrity of DevsecOps practices within software development pipelines.
