Objective:To detect the prevalence of Coxiella burnetii(***)in two species of snails consisted of Lymnaea palustris(***)and Pomacea canaliculata(***)by using nested PCR method in Chaharmahel Va Bakhtiari Province which is located in the southwest of ***:A total of 160 snail samples consisted of 100 *** and 60 *** were collected from 4 rice paddy fields in the southwest of Iran between June and August ***'DNA was extracted by a genomic DNA purification kit according to the manufacturer's *** of the presence of ***'s DNA was carried out by using a nested PCR assay with[specific primers outer membrane protein 1(OMP1)-OMP2 and OMP3-OMP4]targeting the com1 ***:In this study,a total of 160 snail samples were tested and 15(9.37%)samples were found positive for ***,15 samples were positive from the *** and there were no positive samples from ***:Snails are kind of gastropods which seem to be harmless in life,but these small gastropods can be very dangerous for farmers,especially in humid ***,*** in snails showed that this bacterium can be a factor of transmission of contamination to human beings and animals.

The use of virtual reality to educate preoperative patients has a positive impact on nurses as well as patients undergoing *** can help improve patient satisfaction and improve favorable outcomes by reducing patient anxiety and proving adequate knowledge about the procedure and possible outcomes to the *** also reduces burden on nursing staff and *** and more diverse cohort studies will help us understand the wider application of this tool on the patient *** may be difficult to apply this tool on elderly patients with failing eyesight,multiple physical ***,there may be reduced acceptance of this modality by older nursing staff and practitioners who may prefer the traditional verbal version for *** will benefit from a combined approach of using virtual reality apps with tradition one-on-one counselling to help alleviate patient concerns and improve patient and healthcare professional satisfaction.

We hereby comment on the interesting systematic review by Grewal et al where they have provided an overall picture of the current status of available tele-health programs in the United States with emphasis on the Amazon *** analysis is an appreciable effort in discovering the features available and features lacking in these tele-health *** concept of tele-health originated to curtail the need for physical attendance of patients at health clinics,and has been beneficial during the coronavirus disease 2019 *** implore that the pearls and pitfalls of these programs have to be understood by policymakers prior to forming a consensus regarding the availability,accessibility and affordability of these programs as methods of healthcare *** proliferation of tele-health programs in their current form may pose threats to patient and provider safety and medicolegal ***,patients and providers must work together to improve them to meet their expectations and enable them to provide the best care for the ailing public.

Wind energy represents a clean,abundant and cost-effective power source,fostering job growth and environmental *** wind energy harnesses several gigawatts today,its availability hinges on diverse factors,with geographical location standing *** turbines,with varying capacity ranges,saturate the *** site-specific suitability and matching the appropriate turbine to meet specific requirements are of paramount *** study aims to assess the feasibility of wind energy in Surat,Gujarat,India and select an optimal small commercial turbine for residential *** research involves Rayleigh and Weibull probability distribution functions based on yearlong velocity *** distributions are fitted with actual data,revealing the most probable velocity(v_(mf)=3 m/s)and velocity at maximum power(v_(pmax)=5 m/s).The power availability of the site has been assessed as 42.6 W/m^(2)using both graphical and analytical *** commercial turbines have been shortlisted based on on-site power criteria and their specifications are evaluated against site power availability.A comparative analysis culminates in identifying the most suitable turbine for the *** best suitable turbine for the site with an annual energy yield of 8 MW has been suggested amongst selected turbines for small-scale residential applications.

Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and Their Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposites as Antibacterial Agents:A Bio-inspired Approach

In this paper, silver nanoparticles （AgNPs） and AgNPs/reduced graphene oxide （RGO） nanocomposites were prepared using lemon juice under microwave irradiation （MWI） and UV light irradiation. AgNPs with face-centered cubic structure RGO peaks were observed by X-ray diffraction. The UV-Vis spectrum showed modifications in the absorption peaks of the AgNPs with the concentration of the precursor solution and irradiation time, and the optimized condition was obtained for 20 min MWI and 60 s of UV light. Raman analysis confirmed the presence of RGO as D and G bands in the spectrum. Transmission electron microscopy analyses confirmed that the AgNPs of size ranging from 3 to 8 nm were anchored onto the RGO sheets. The antibacterial properties of the AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites were investigated using gram-negative bacteria. The results revealed that AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites consisting of approximately 5 wt% AgNPs can achieve antibacterial performance similar to that of neat AgNPS. This method can be useful for the applications of AgNPs-based nanocomposites, where minute amount of silver will be utilized.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of allagic acid treatment on the cell viability of human prostate cancer ***:Ellagic acid(10-100 mol/L) treatment(48 h) of human prostate carcinoma PC3 cells was found to result in a dose-dependent inhibition of cell growth and apoptosis of PC3 cells as assessed by MTT assay,western *** cytometry and confocal ***:We observed that ellagic acid treatment of PC3 cells resulted in a dose dependent inhibition of cell growth/cell *** ellagic acid caused cell growth inhibition was found to be accompanied by induction of apoptosis,as assessed by the cleavage of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) and morphological ***,induction of apoptosis accompanied a decrease in the levels of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2 and increase in proapoptotic protein *** shifting the Bax:Bcl-2 ratio in favor of *** acid treatment of PC3 cells was also found to result in significant activation of caspases,as shown by the dose dependent decrease in the protein expression of procaspase-3,-6.-8 and -*** ellagic acid-mediated induction of apoptosis was significantly(80%-90%) inhibited by the caspase inhibitor N-benzyloxycarbonyl-Val-Ala-Asp(OMe)-fluoromethylketone(Z-VAD-FMK).Thus these data suggested an essential role of caspases in ellagic acid-mediated apoptosis of PC3 ***:It is tempting to suggest that consumption of tropical pigmented fruits and vegetables could be an effective strategy to combat prostate cancer.

One of the proposed concepts for spark ignition engines is advanced port fuel injection(APFI),which suggests using two port injectors for each *** this research,we numerically examine the capabilities of this concept in reducing fuel consumption and increasing engine *** results demonstrated that the use of this concept is very effective due to the use of two injectors and the possibility of reducing the spraying time and bringing the injection start time closer to the air inlet valve opening *** maximum amount of fuel film formed on the walls is reduced by about 75%,naturally,which leads to better and more homogeneous fuel distribution inside the combustion chamber and increases combustion *** results showed that under the same boundary conditions and engine operating point,the use of two port injectors for each cylinder leads to an increase of more than 20%of the maximum combustion chamber pressure and about 4%combustion *** the other hand,fuel film formation becomes worse in cold *** in this study,the capabilities of this concept in cold conditions were investigated *** have shown that the advanced port fuel injection,unlike conventional engines,is almost insensitive to inlet temperature changes.
