Human activity detection and recognition is a challenging *** surveillance can benefit greatly by advances in Internet of Things(IoT)and cloud *** intelligence IoT(AIoT)based devices form the basis of a smart *** research presents Intelligent dynamic gesture recognition(IDGR)using a Convolutional neural network(CNN)empowered by edit distance for video *** proposed system has been evaluated using AIoT enabled devices for static and dynamic gestures of Pakistani sign language(PSL).However,the proposed methodology can work efficiently for any type of *** proposed research concludes that deep learning and convolutional neural networks give a most appropriate solution retaining discriminative and dynamic information of the input *** research proposes recognition of dynamic gestures using image recognition of the keyframes based on CNN extracted from the human *** distance is used to find out the label of the word to which those sets of frames belong *** simulation results have shown that at 400 videos per human action,100 epochs,234×234 image size,the accuracy of the system is 90.79%,which is a reasonable accuracy for a relatively small dataset as compared to the previously published techniques.

Energy management benefits both consumers and utility companiesalike. Utility companies remain interested in identifying and reducing energywaste and theft, whereas consumers’ interest remain in lowering their energyexpenses. A large supply-demand gap of over 6 GW exists in Pakistan asreported in 2018. Reducing this gap from the supply side is an expensiveand complex task. However, efficient energy management and distributionon demand side has potential to reduce this gap economically. Electricityload forecasting models are increasingly used by energy managers in takingreal-time tactical decisions to ensure efficient use of resources. Advancementin Machine-learning (ML) technology has enabled accurate forecasting ofelectricity consumption. However, the impact of computation cost affordedby these ML models is often ignored in favour of accuracy. This studyconsiders both accuracy and computation cost as concurrently significantfactors because together they shape the technology environment as well ascreate economic impact. Thus, a three-fold optimized load forecasting modelis proposed which includes (1) application specific parameters selection, (2)impact of different dataset granularities and (3) implementation of specificdata preparation. It deploys and compares the widely used back-propagationArtificial Neural Network (ANN) and Random Forest (RF) models for theprediction of electricity consumption of buildings within a university. In addition to the temporal and historical power consumption date as input parameters, the study also embeds weather data as well as university operationalcalendars resulting in improved performance. The outcomes are indicativethat the granularity i.e. the scale of details in data, and set of reduced and fullinput parameters impact performance accuracies differently for ANN and RFmodels. Experimental results show that overall RF model performed betterboth in terms of accuracy as well as computational time for a 1-min, 15-minand 1-h dataset

First-principles calculations by means of the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method using the generalized gradient approximation with correlation effect correction（GGA＋U） within the framework of spin polarized density functional theory（DFT＋U） are used to study the structural,electronic,and magnetic properties of cubic perovskite compounds RbXF3（X = Mn,V,Co,and Fe）.It is found that the calculated structural parameters,i.e.,lattice constant,bulk modulus,and its pressure derivative are in good agreement with the previous *** results reveal that the strong spin polarization of the 3d states of the X atoms is the origin of ferromagnetism in *** energies and the magnetic moments of RbXF3 have also been *** calculated electronic properties show the half-metallic nature of RbCoF3 and RbFeF3,making these materials suitable for spintronic applications.

The crystals of 3-（3,5-bis（trifluoromethyl）phenyl）quinoline （C17H9F6N, Mr = 341.25） belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21n, a = 12.3072（13）, b = 4.9378（6）, c = 24.493（2） A, V= 1473.1（3） A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.539 Mg m-3, 2 - 0.71073A, μ = 0.144 mm^-1, F（000） = 688, the final R = 0.0715 and wR = 0.1873 for 1875 obserwed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I） and the crystal of 3-（4-fluoro-3- methylphenyl）quinoline （C16H12FN, Mr= 237.27） belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pca21, a = 23.794（2）, b = 3.9094（3）, c = 25.669（2） A, V = 2387.7（4） A3, Z = 8, D, = 1.320 Mg m-3, 2 = 0.71073 A, μ = 0.088 mm-1, F（000） = 992, the final R = 0.0534 and wR = 0.1188 for 2270 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）.

利用Sedsim软件对印度河三角洲进行地层正演模拟,在模拟面积为250 km x 250km,网格分辨率为2.5km的情况下,显示了印度河三角洲从距今200ka～5kyrs期间碎屑沉积物的时空展布。由于该地区缺乏第四纪沉积物的地震和井数据,本次研究为模拟海平面升降旋回过程中沉积过程及地层演化提供了一种有效方法。沉积层序的形成主要受基准面,沉降,沉积物供应,初始地形和波浪能量之间的相互作用控制。本文充分结合野外测量、陆地卫星影像、数字观测模型、水文变量和已发表数据建立沉积概念模型,该模型进一步用于生成地层正演模拟(Sedsim)的输入参数。沉积学响应涉及沉积构造,河流沉积物的体积和空间分布的变化,而形态学响应则决定了该区域河道的几何形状,起伏和坡度。印度河、阿拉伯海、塔尔沙漠和拉基高原是印度河三角洲平原的主要组成部分。构造上,印度三角洲平原由向上挠曲带、向下挠曲带组成,沉降自西向东呈增加的趋势。复合三角洲区由上三角洲平原(河流主导)和下三角洲平原(潮汐主导)组成。三角洲的结构受流量,流速和沉积物浓度等水文变量控制。三角洲平原的物源输入主要来自印度河,包括来自邻近高地和哈布河的粗碎屑物质,以及风成沉积的沉积物。总的模拟持续时间为最近二个冰期和间冰期旋回的时间周期。最终模拟结果由205层组成,每层代表1000年,反映了模拟时间段内的岩相,沉积相,古水深和伪地震剖面。自200ka到130ka,海平面下降,印度河继续为三角洲平原提供沉积物。这个时期被视为低位域。在130ka至60ka期间,海平面上升,气候条件温暖而潮湿。最大沉积界面位于该高位域时期。从60ka到18ka,海平面下降并达到了最后一次冰期的最低点。该低位域时期接受的沉积最少,且在三角洲平原发生了更多的侵蚀作用。后冰期(距今18ka～5kyrs)海平面迅速上升并伴随着强烈的季风气候条件。在高位域时期,随着自然截弯和加积作用,沉积速率升高。本次模拟合理预测三角洲平原厚度,其厚度从北到南,自西向东改变。东北方向三角洲的最大厚度可达175 m,滨岸带最大厚度可达200米左右,中部三角洲最大厚度可达100米左右。基于文献资料和卫星图像验证了模型的沉积厚度及相分布。此外,生成10口假井数据,其结果预测了三角洲平原的沉积速率和沉积物百分率。通过模拟得到的质量平衡方程,统计学上给出了模拟时期的沉积平衡。印度河沿岸在模拟时间内共经历了三个沉积演化阶段。对于未来5kyrs,模拟显示了海平面静止和海平面以1m/kyr的速度上升两种类型,分别揭示了海岸线稳定和泛滥的情况。陆上三角洲的发育,受到三角洲河道的自然截弯作用以及波浪、潮汐的侵蚀作用的影响。

This paper addresses a unified approach of the PID controller design for low as well as high order unstable processes with time *** design method is based on the direct synthesis(DS)approach to achieve the enhanced load disturbance *** improve the servo response,a two-degree of freedom control scheme has been considered.A suitable guideline has been provided to select the desired reference model in the DS *** direct synthesis controller has been approximated to the PID controller using the frequency response matching method.A consistently better performance has been obtained in comparison with the recently reported methods.
