Emission characteristics of offshore fishing ships in the Yellow Bo Sea, China

maritime transport has been playing a decisive role in global trade. Its contribution to the air pollution of the sea and coastal areas has been widely recognized. The air pollutant emission inventories of several harbors in China have already been established. However,the emission factors of local ships have not been addressed comprehensively, and thus are lacking from the emission inventories. In this study, on-board emission tests of eight diesel-powered offshore fishing ships were conducted near the coastal region of the northern Yellow Bo Sea fishing ground of Dalian, China. Results show that large amounts of fine particles（ 0.5 μm, 90%） were found in maneuvering mode, which were about five times higher than those during cruise mode. Emission rates as well as emission factors based on both distance and fuel were determined during the cruise and maneuvering modes（including departure and arrival）. Average emission rates and distance-based emission factors of CO, HC and Pm were much higher during the maneuvering mode as compared with the cruise mode. However, the average emission rate of Nitrous Oxide（NOx） was higher during the cruise mode as compared with the maneuvering modes. On the contrary, the average distance-based emission factors of NOxwere lower during the cruise mode relative to the maneuvering mode due to the low sailing speed of the latter.

An emerging definition of the fractal-fractional operator has been used in this study for the modeling of Casson fluid *** magnetohydrodynamics flow of Casson fluid has cogent in a channel where the motion of the upper plate generates the flow while the lower plate is at a static *** proposed model is non-dimensionalized using the Pi-Buckingham theorem to reduce the complexity in solving the model and computation *** non-dimensional fractal-fractional model with the power-law kernel has been solved through the Laplace transform *** mathcad software has been used for illustration of the influence of various parameters,i.e.,Hartman number,fractal,fractional,and Casson fluid parameters on the velocity of fluid *** graphs and tables,the results have been implemented and it is shown that the boundary conditions are fully *** results reveal that the flow velocity is decreasing with the increasing values of the Hartman number and is increasing with the increasing values of the Casson fluid *** findings of the fractal-fractional model have elucidated that the memory effect of the flow model has higher quality than the simple fractional and classical ***,to show the validity of the obtained closed-form solutions,special cases have been obtained which are in agreement with the already published solutions.

采用一种环境友好的方法,以分子氧为氧化剂,以ZrO2为催化剂,在无溶剂的条件下实现了醇的选择性氧化.苯甲醛、环己酮和辛醛等是相应醇的主要氧化产物.考察了不同反应条件（搅拌速度、反应时间和温度）、催化剂制备参数（焙烧温度和负载量）及氧分压等的影响.结果发现,对于醇氧化生成相应羰基化合物,1 223 K焙烧的ZrO2比723 K焙烧的ZrO2显示出更高的催化活性.催化剂在反应混合物中不溶解,可以通过简单的过滤使其分离并重复使用.当搅拌速度大于900 r/min时,对醇的转化速率无明显的影响.

In the present study,we have synthesized polycrystalline samples of BaTi_(1-x)Co_(x)O_(3)(BTCO)(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07 and 0.10)with standard solid state reaction *** obtained samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy for structural *** detailed structural analysis has been performed by Rietveld refinement using Fullprof *** observed an increase in lattice parameters,which results due to substitution of Co2t with large ionic radii(0.9Å)for smaller ionic radii(0.6Å)***,peak at 45.5°shifts to 45°on Co doping,which is due to structure phase transition from tetragonal to *** study infers that the intensity of characteristic peaks decreases and line width increases with Co *** bands linked with the tetragonal structure(305 cm1)decreased due to the tetragonal-to-cubic phase transition with Co *** structural study reveals the expansion of BTCO unit cell and tetragonal-to-cubic phase transformation takes *** results from different characterization techniques are conclusive and show structural evolution with Co *** samples are further characterized by dielectric spectroscopy,dielectric measurement reveals the increase of dielectric constant and transition T_(c)-125° is observed for Barium titanate(BaTiO3),whereas transition disappears with Co *** temperature and frequency-dependent tangent loss is also studied.

The putative Jambil meta-carbonatites of Swat,northern Pakistan,occur as discrete intrusions into the Proterozoic manglaur Formation,which are difficult to be distinguished from nearby calc-silicate marble because both rock types experienced regional metamorphism during Himalayan orogenesis that resulted in similar mosaic textures and mineral *** are often significant repositories of economic mineral resources and,therefore,are important to be distinguished from calc-silicate *** present new geochemical and geochronology data to distinguish between the two rock types and interpret the petrogenesis and tectonic evolution of the Jambil *** rock chemical data from the Jambil meta-carbonatites show characteristically high rare earth element(REE),Sr contents and lack of negative Eu anomaly,consistent with average calcio-carbonatite values worldwide and an igneous *** than 0.5 wt.% SrO in the metacarbonatites and SrO> 0.15 wt.% in constituent rock forming calcite are discriminating signatures of the Jambil ***,the Jambil meta-carbonatites are relatively depleted in Rb,Nb,Ta,Ti,Zr and Hf,relatively enriched in Ba,Th,Sr,and have a high LREE/HREE ratio when normalized to primitive *** carbon and oxygen isotope compositions vary from-3.5‰ to-4.3‰and from 9.7‰ to 12.3‰,*** geochemical characteristics indicate generation of the carbonatites through small degree of partial melting from a carbonated eclogitic ***-situ,U/Pb analysis of titanite indicates that the Jambil meta-carbonatites were emplacement at 438 ±3 *** combined with regional geological observations,we interpret the emplacement of the Jambil metacarbonatites to have taken place during the Silurian back arc extension within greater Gondwana and mark a transition from a compressional tectonic regime,brought about by collision of microcontinental blocks along the northern margin of Gondwana,to post-orogenic

Currently, there are a limited number of dynamic models available for braided composite plates with large overall motions, despite the incorporation of three-dimensional(3D) braided composites into rotating blade components. In this paper, a dynamic model of 3D 4-directional braided composite thin plates considering braiding directions is established. Based on Kirchhoff's plate assumptions, the displacement variables of the plate are expressed. By incorporating the braiding directions into the constitutive equation of the braided composites, the dynamic model of the plate considering braiding directions is obtained. The effects of the speeds, braiding directions, and braided angles on the responses of the plate with fixed-axis rotation and translational motion, respectively, are investigated. This paper presents a dynamic theory for calculating the deformation of 3D braided composite structures undergoing both translational and rotational motions. It also provides a simulation method for investigating the dynamic behavior of non-isotropic material plates in various applications.

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of obstacles on numerical heat transfer and fluid flow momentum in a rectangular microchannel(mC).Two distinct configurations were studied:one without obstacles and the other with alternating obstacles placed on the upper and lower *** research utilized the thermal lattice Boltzmann method(LBm),which solves the energy and momentum equations of fluids with the BGK approximation,implemented in a Python coding *** jump and slip velocity conditions were utilized in the simulation for the mC and extended to all obstacle *** study aims to analyze the rarefaction effect,with Knudsen numbers(Kn)of 0.012,0.02,and *** outcomes indicate that rarefaction has a significant impact on the velocity and temperature *** presence of nine obstacles led to slower fluid movement inside the microchannel mC,resulting in faster cooling at the *** mCs with obstacles,the rarefaction effect plays a crucial role in decreasing the Nusselt number(Nu)and skin friction coefficient(Cf).Furthermore,the study demonstrated that the obstacles played a crucial role in boosting fluid flow and heat transfer in the *** findings suggest that the examined configurations could have potential applications as cooling technologies in micro-electro-mechanical systems and microdevice applications.
