沤竹产物的性能表征

采用核磁共振碳谱、傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)分析的方法,结合纺织标准GB/T 5889—1986,定性和定量地分析沤竹产物(简称竹束)的化学成分.通过光学显微镜和X射线衍射研究竹束的形态及结晶构型.通过热重(TG)分析研究竹束的热性能,并与竹子原料及纤维成品进行对比.此外,还研究了竹束对环境湿度的敏感性,包括吸水能力和吸湿放湿特性.研究结果表明,沤制工艺可以有效分解和去除竹子中的黏结物质,分离出竹束.所得竹束主要成分为纤维素、半纤维素和木质素,各组分质量分数分别为42.25%,35.61%,19.39%,与竹原料各组分质量分数有所不同.该竹束可作为竹纤维生物脱胶工艺中的半成品,为后道机械细化处理或酶处理提供原料基础.

Aims Climate warming raises the probability of range expansions of warm-adapted temperate species into areas currently dominated by cold-adapted boreal ***-induced plant range expansions could partly depend on how warming modifies relationships with soil biota that promote plant growth,such as by mineralizing ***,we grew two pairs of congeneric herbaceous plants spe-cies together in soil with a 5-year warming history(ambient,+1.7℃,+3.4℃)and related their performances to plant-beneficial soil *** Each plant pair belonged to either the mid-latitude temperate climate or the higher latitude southern boreal *** soils were extracted from a chamberless heating experiment at two field sites in the temperate-boreal ecotone of North *** isolate poten-tial effects of different soil warming histories,air temperature for the greenhouse experiment was identical across *** hypothesized that soil with a 5-year warming history in the field would enhance the performance of temperate plant species more than boreal plant species and expected improved plant performances to have positive associations with plant growth-promoting soil biota(microbial-feeding nematodes and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi).Important Findings Our main hypothesis was partly confirmed as only one temperate spe-cies performed better in soil with warming history than in soil with his-tory of ambient ***,this effect was restricted to the site with higher soil water content in the growing season of the sampling year(prior to soil collection).One of the boreal species performed con-sistently worse in previously warmed soil,whereas the other species showed neutral responses to soil warming *** found a positive correlation between the density of microbial-feeding nematodes and the performance of one of the temperate species in previously wetter soils,but this correlation was negative at the site with previously drier *** found no signific

Bladder cancer(BC)is one of the most frequently diagnosed types of urinary *** advances in treatment methods,no specific biomarkers are currently in *** and untargeted profiling of metabolites and elements of human blood serum from 100 BC patients and the same number of normal controls(NCs),with external validation,was attempted using three analytical methods,i.e.,nuclear magnetic resonance,gold and silver-109 nanoparticle-based laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry(LDI-MS),and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).All results were subjected to multivariate statistical *** potential serum biomarkers of BC,namely,isobutyrate,pyroglutamate,choline,and acetate,were quantified with proton nuclear magnetic resonance,which had excellent predictive ability as judged by the area under the curve(AUC)value of *** elements,Li and Fe,were also found to distinguish between cancer and control samples,as judged from ICP-OES data and AUC of 0.807(in validation set).Twenty-five putatively identified compounds,mostly related to glycans and lipids,differentiated BC from NCs,as detected using *** serum metabolites were found to discriminate between tumor grades and nine metabolites between tumor *** results from three different analytical platforms demonstrate that the identified distinct serum metabolites and metal elements have potential to be used for noninvasive detection,staging,and grading of BC.

This work proposes a 12 kW three-phase grid-connected single stage PWM DC-AC converter destined to process the energy provided by a photovoltaic array composed of 57 KC200GT PV modules with high power factor for any solar radiation. The PWM inverter modeling and the control strategy, using dqO transformation, are proposed in order to also allow the system operation as an active power filter, capable to compensate harmonic components and react power generated by the non-linear loads connected to the mains grid. An input voltage clamping technique is proposed to impose the photovoltaic operation on the maximum power point. Simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the proposed methodology for grid connected photovoltaic generation system.

Currently, the food industry, including the meat industry, is paying close attention to the use of natural additives as preservatives. From ancient times, the plants are used to treat various diseases, to produce perfumes and as ingredients to improve the taste in food. This paper presents a bibliographic and experimental study of the antioxidant and microbial properties of basil, thyme and tarragon. International scientific papers on the use of these plants in the food industry, including the meat industry, are targeted. The role of basil, thyme and tarragon in the manufacture of functional and stable products in storage is mentioned. Percentage decrease in Salmonella Abony growth under the influence of basil constituted 84.4%, thyme 61.6% and tarragon 76.8% after 48 hours of action and respectively 97.2%, 90.2% and 95.3% after 72 hours of action. The interdependence between the percentage reduction of S. Abony infestation and the concentration of basil, mushrooms and tarragon was respectively: basil (R2 = 0.7725 … 0.7916), thyme (R2 = 0.7733 … 0.7768), tarragon (R2 = 0.7689 … 0.8137).

The design, process and synthesis of high value composite materials from forests in scientific research has been widely discussed in recent times ensuring greater awareness and accessibility to its associated communities and the economy in general. Raw materials obtained from the forests can be multi-folded in its use as a virgin source of an energy provider such as wooden blocks to more complex processed material development. In this paper, we will be focusing on the latter related to sustainable development of rosins. Rosins are exudates of pine resins which consist of hydrophobic characteristics that are widely used as a precursor for many applications without significant alterations. We discuss the nature, process and its support in composite material. The composite material has been tailored with related to chemical and physical properties. Chemically rosins contain free carboxyl acid functional group and carbon-carbon double bonds which are potent to react with other reactive species to facilitate various intermediates. Here we have looked at its reaction intermediates and subsequent products for composite material of high value using environmentally friendly methodologies, such as solvent free methods. Biodegradable polymer incorporated composite scaffolds using rosins are studied to tailor the bioactivity. We treat the eco-friendly pine resins which is biocompatible to complement the biopolymers as the process of extracting rosin from pine resin is a particular green process, involving only a natural product (pine resin) and producing no waste. The paper discusses the preparation of composite scaffolds for use in tissue engineering applications.

Synthetic porphyrins have, in the last years, gained increasing interest in analytical chemistry as unique reagents for the detection of metal ions. The porphyrin is a high sensitive chromogenic reagent. Porphyrins and their metal complexes generally exhibit characteristic sharp and intensive absorption bands in visible region. The region from 400 to 500 nm, which is called the Soret band, shows the most intensive absorption, and molar absorptivities about 105 are often found. Soret band (400-500 nm) shows the most intensive absorption of these compounds, molar absorptivities often being about 105. The Soret band is widely used for spectro- photometric detection of metalloporphyrins. From the perspective of analytical chemistry, the porphyrin ligand has turned out to be very versatile, and almost all metals have been combined with porphyrin. From this point of view several porphyrins become useful as the spectrophotometric reagents for the determination of metal ions.

Comparative Study of Bovine Pericardium and Gore-Tex in Tissual Interaction with Wistar Rats Diaphragm

Introduction: Simple suture isn’t always possible in large congenital diaphragmatic hernia (cdh) defects. Synthetic materials are used for correction such as Silastic®, Gore-Tex® (GT), Teflon® or biological, such as autologous muscle patches. It was shown that bovine pericardium (bp) was effective to correct those large defects with many positive outcomes when compared with syntactic materials. Aim: This study aims to establish an experimental model of correction for large diaphragmatic defect with PB and GT patches to compare histologically the tissue interaction between them and diaphragm in young Wistar rats. Materials & Methods: 15 wistar rats were divided in 3 groups: Rats that used BP was named G1;Rats that used GT was named G2;and rats with only scraping in the diphragm, named G3 (control). Animals were submited to a laparotomy and fixed pathces to diaphragms and harvested 3 weeks later. Area between normal diaphragm and patches were isolated and separated for histological analysis, such as lymphocytic infiltration (inflammation), neovascularization and fibrosis. Results: G1 presented inflammation between BP and Diaphragm In 5 Samples. G2 Presented Neovascularization In 5 Samples, But No inflammation. Fibrotic tissue overlapping GT patches occurred in 3 samples in G2. Comparing G1 with G2 there was a significant statistical difference concerning inflammation (P = 0.0079), in G1. Comparing neovascularization there is no significant statistical difference (P = 0.4444), despite a slight higher incidence in G2. Fibrosis in both groups presented no significant statistical difference (P = 0.4444), despite a slight higher incidence in G2. There were no alterations in G3. Discussion: Despite the statistical difference in the inflammatory process was more frequent in G1 (P = 0.0079), neovascularization and fibrosis were more frequent in G2. Conclusion: The proposed experimental model was satisfactory to reproduce suture of patches in the diaphragm. These resu

针对涤纶织物亲水性较差的问题,采用特异腐质霉(***)来源的角质酶对其表面进行改性。通过单因素变量试验对反应残液进行紫外光吸光度测试,确定角质酶处理涤纶织物的优化工艺条件:角质酶用量为100 U/mL,时间为72 h,pH值为8.5,温度为60℃。在此条件下,加入表面活性剂Trition X-100(为0.1%)能显著提高角质酶催化水解涤纶织物的产物释放量。测定了反应残液中产物的种类、处理前后织物的亲水性和染色性能,并对涤纶织物表面形貌以及表面化学成分进行表征,分析涤纶的酶法改性机制。结果表明:角质酶水解涤纶产物主要是单(对苯二甲酸-2-羟基乙酯)(MHET)和对苯二甲酸(TPA);角质酶处理后涤纶织物的接触角由93.4°降至83.1°;处理后织物的亚甲基蓝染色深度值显著增加。
