本试验的目的是,用高品位铁矿粉和木炭粉混合料制成生球生产海绵铁,并得出初步试验数据。对废糖浆、水玻璃和石灰等粘结剂作了试验并对各种操作变量进行了研究。试验表明,勿须对冷却气氛作过多的控制即可生产出金属化率相当高的产品。

This paper proposes a generative approach for the automatic typesetting of books in desktop *** presented system consists in a computer script that operates inside a widely used design software tool and implements a generative process based on several typographic rules,styles and principles which have been identified in the *** performance of the proposed system is tested through an experiment which included the evaluation of its outputs with *** results reveal the ability of the system to consistently create varied book designs from the same input content as well as visually coherent book designs with different contents while complying with fundamental typographic principles.

Numerical computation of the flowfield inside a pump is herein used as a numerical laboratory, subject to the limitations of modeling assumptions and to experimental verification. A numerical computation of the flow inside a real industrial centrifugal pump is performed that includes a very sophisticated geometry. Conversely to other computations, in this test case no simplification of the geometry was introduced. Numerical computations are obtained using Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model. A detailed analysis of the turbulent flowstructure is performed for the design point and two off design conditions. Additional computations were performed in order to compare the numerical and experimental pump characteristics; these were obtained under normalized testing conditions. Further computations are presented for the pump working in reverse turbine mode (PAT). Detailed analyses of the flow allow a comparison of the internal flow losses when the pump is operating in direct and reverse mode. This is also useful to help in the selection of an adequate pump geometry that can work in both modes with best efficiency.

It has been estimated that Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）, the most common form of dementia, will affect approximately 81 million individuals by 2040. To date, the actual cause and cascade of events in the progression of this disease have not been fully determined. Furthermore, there is currently no definitive blood test or simple diagnostic method for AD. Considerable efforts have been put into proteomic approaches to develop a diagnostic blood test, but to date these efforts have not been successful. More recently, there has been a stronger focus on lipidomic studies in the hope of increasing our understanding of the underlying mechanisms leading to AD and developing an AD blood test. It is well known that the strongest genetic risk factor for AD is the e4 variant of apolipoprotein E （APOE）. Evidence suggests that the ApoE protein, a major lipid transporter, plays a key role in the pathogenesis of AD, and its role in both normal and aberrant lipid metabolism warrants further extensive investigation. Here, we review ApoE-lipid interactions, as well as the roles that lipids may play in the pathogenesis of AD.

Insightful knowledge on quantum nanostructured materials is paramount to engineer and exploit their vast gamut of ***,a formalism based on the single-band effective mass equation was developed to determine the light absorption of colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)embedded in a wider bandgap semiconductor host,employing only three parameters(dots/host potential barrier,effective mass,and QD size).It was ascertained how to tune such parameters to design the energy level structure and consequent optical *** findings show that the CQD size has the biggest effect on the number and energy of the confined levels,while the potential barrier causes a linear shift of their *** smaller QDs allow wider energetic separation between levels(as desired for most quantumbased technologies),the larger dots with higher number of levels are those that exhibit the strongest ***,it was unprecedently shown that such quantum-enabled absorption coefficients can reach the levels(10^(4)–10^(5) cm^(−1))of bulk semiconductors.

Covid is giving us many lessons among which one must be to realize that this is the time to act for sustainable future. The smart world around us has made it inevitable to have an alarming situation regarding the uncontrolled growth of waste products such as plastic and electronic wastes. Both are immense threats to the health of human,wildlife and environment, that eventually affect the societal and economic structures as evident from recent Covid-crisis. The proper management of these wastes and innovating ideas for new sustainable technologies are the need of the hour. Circular economy act with green technology(green economy) is the way to tackle this challenge. Current perspective presents the overview of the scenario regarding these burgeoning issues and demonstrates some measures that are taken or being considered to depend on to come out of them.
