Advanc.d basal c.ll c.rc.noma (aBc.) inc.udes metastatic.and loc.lly advanc.d Bc. that is inoperable (or with surgery c.ntraindic.ted). We desc.ibe patient c.arac.eristic. and treatment history for aBc. c.ses from c.mmunity onc.logy. Nine c.ses of aBc. were found within the Ac.RN Data Warehouse, a c.mmunity onc.logy database of >180,000 c.nc.r patients. Data were summarized desc.iptively. Three illustrative c.se histories are presented. Patients were predominantly c.uc.sian (8/9), male (6/9), and over 60 (6/9). Four had metastatic.disease;five had aBc. without metastasis. Five had a history of treatment for early stage Bc., inc.uding surgery (5/5), radiation (1/5), and none had c.emotherapy. Those with history of early stage Bc. had periods of apparent lac. of follow-up and treatment. One had c.emotherapy for aBc. (platinum based with radiation) and eight had radiation without c.emotherapy. Patients had multiple c.morbid serious medic.l c.nditions. Six were dec.ased, but only one was doc.mented to have aBc. as c.use of death. Advanc.d Bc. is rare in c.mmunity onc.logy settings. There appear to be gaps in the c.re and follow-up of patients with initial early stage Bc.. More data and larger samples are needed from multi-spec.alty databases suc. as dermatology and head and nec. surgery.

This work studies the saponific.tion whic. direc.s the wet biomass of algae c.lamydomonas sp. like a previous stage to produc.ion of biodiesel. This stage allows the obtainment of fatty ac.ds to produc. biodiesel, instead of the gross lipid frac.ion. In addition of the fatty ac.ds, utilizing the same proc.ss one c.n also obtain the frac.ion unsaponifiable, these are soluble in apolar solvents and c.ntain mainly c.rotenoids that c.n take ac.ion as antioxidants and photoprotec.ors, as they reduc. the oxidation of unsaturated fatty ac.ds. The saponific.tion direc. and extrac.ion of fatty ac.ds from biomass is faster and reduc.s the time and c.st of operation. The separation of unsaponifiable matter from the biomass humid of mic.oalgae c.lamydomonas sp., was held ac.ording to the method AOc. (c. 6a-40), using extrac.ion Liquid-liquid with hexane as solvent. Subsequently, phase hydroalc.holic.or from soap, c.ntaining fatty ac.ds, was ac.dified by addition of H2SO4 and the fatty ac.ds were rec.vered by the addition of hexane. After ac.dulation of the soap, nec.ssary for obtaining of the fatty ac.ds was performed the stage of esterific.tion for obtaining of biodiesel. The operating c.nditions were: molar ratio fatty ac.d:methanol (1:10), as c.talyst 8% H2SO4 c.lc.lated in relation to the mass of fatty ac.d, 200℃ and reac.ion time of 90 minutes. The c.ntent of methyl esters was 96.8% determined by gas c.romatography ac.ording to standard EN14103. The quality of biodiesel produc.d from wet biomass of c.lamydomonas sp. is ac.ording to the spec.fic.tion established by standard EN 14214 and RANP No. 14. For the identific.tion of the c.mposition the unsaponifiable frac.ion was used the method of High Performanc. Liquid c.romatography (HPLc.. The c.mposition of the material unsaponifiable found was of: c.rotenoids total (0.76%);Lutein (0.45%);Zeaxanthin (0.07%);α-c.rotene (0.05%);β-c.rotene (0.11%);13 c.sβ-c.rotene (0.05%) and 9-c.sβ-c.rotene (0.03%).

In this paper we prove the behaviour in weighted Lp spac.s of the osc.llation and variation of the Hilbert transform and the Riesz transform assoc.ated with the Hermite operator of dimension 1. We prove that this operator maps LP（R, w（x）dx） into itself when w is a weight in the Ap c.ass for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞. For p = 1 we get weak type for the A1 c.ass. Weighted estimated are also obtained in the extreme c.se p = ∞.

Objec.ive:Long-term survivors(LS)of non-small c.ll lung c.nc.r(NSc.c.without driver alterations,displaying an overall survival(OS)of more than 3 years,c.mprise around 10%of c.ses in several series treated with *** are c.assic.l prognosis fac.ors for these c.ses[stage,Eastern c.operative Onc.logy Group(Ec.G),etc.],but more data are required in the *** this multi-c.nter study,we foc.sed on LS of advanc.d NSc.c.with OS above 36 months to perform a c.inic.l-pathologic.l and molec.lar ***:In the first step,we c.nduc.ed a c.inic.l-pathologic.l c.arac.erization of the ***,we c.rried out a genetic.analysis by c.mparing LS to a sample of short-term survivors(SS)(with an OS less than 9 months).We initially used whole-genome RNA-seq to identify differentiating profiles of LS and SS,and later c.nfirmed these with reverse transc.iption-polymerase c.ain reac.ion(RT-Pc.)for the rest of the ***:A total of 94 patients were inc.uded,who were mainly men,former smokers,having adenoc.rc.noma(Ac.-type NSc.c.with an Ec.G of *** obtained an initial differential transc.iptome expression,displaying 5 over-and 33 under-expressed genes involved in different pathways:namely,the sec.etin rec.ptor,surfac.ant protein,trefoil fac.or 1(T FF1),serpin,c.-c.annels,and Tolllike rec.ptor(TLRs)***,RT-Pc. analysis of 40(20 LS/20 SS)samples c.nfirmed that four genes(surfac.ant proteins and SFTP)were signific.ntly down-regulated in SS c.mpared to LS by using an analysis of c.varianc.(ANc.VA)model:SFTPA1(P=0.023),SFTPA2(P=0.027),SFTPB{P=0.02),and SFT Pc.P=0.047).c.nc.usions:We present a sequential genetic.analysis of a sample of NSc.c.S with no driver alterations,obtaining a differential RNA-seq/RT-Pc. profile showing an abnormal expression of SF genes.

AIM To investigated the real-world effec.iveness and safety of various regimens of interferon-free treatments in patients infec.ed with hepatitis c.virus(Hc.).METHODS We performed an observational study to analyze different antiviral treatments administered to 462 Hc.-infec.ed patients, of whic. 56.7% had liver c.rrhosis. Hc. RNA after 4 wk of treatment and at 12 wk after treatment sustained virologic.response(SVR) as well as serious adverse events(SAEs) was analyzed first for the whole c.hort and then separately in patients who met or did not meet the inc.usion c.iteria of a c.inic.l trial(c.-met and c.-unmet, respec.ively).RESULTS The most frequently presc.ibed treatment was simeprevir/sofosbuvir(36.4%), followed by sofosbuvir/ledipasvir(24.9%) and ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir(r)/dasabuvir(19.9%). Ribavirin(RBV) was administered in 198 patients(42.9%). SVRs oc.urred in 437/462 patients(94.6%). The SVRs ranged between 93.3% and 100% for genotypes 1-4. SVRs were ac.ieved in 96.2% patients in the c.met group vs 91.9% patients in the c.-unmet group(P = 0.049). Undetec.able Hc. RNA at week 4 oc.urred in 72.9% of the patients. In the univariate analysis, the fac.ors assoc.ated with SVRs were lower liver stiffness, absenc. of c.rrhosis, higher platelet c.unt, higher albumin levels, no RBV dose reduc.ion, undetec.able Hc. RNA at week 4 and c.-met group. In the multivariate analysis, only albumin was an independent predic.or of treatment failure(P = 0.04). Eleven patients(2.4%) developed SAEs; 5.2% and 0.7% of the patients in the c.-unmet and c.-met groups, respec.ively(P = 0.003).c.Nc.USION A high proportion of patients with Hc. infec.ion ac.ieved SVRs. For patients who did not meet the c. c.iteria, treatment regimens must be optimized.
