Monitoring Xylem Transport in the Stem of Lilium lancifolium Using Fluorescent Dye 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein Diacetate

The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant *** understand these physiological changes,it is extremely important to observe the transport of *** this study,the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin *** for introducing a fluorescent tracer into the xylem of the stems were ***,the transport rule of 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate(CFDA)in the xylem of the stem of *** was studied by fluorescence dye in live cells tracer *** results showed that the vascular bundles of *** were scattered in the basic tissue,the peripheral vascular bundles were smaller and densely distributed,and the closer to the center,the larger the volume of vascular bundles and the more sparsely *** vascular bundles of *** are limited external tenacity vascular bundles,which are composed of phloem and *** most suitable method for CFDA labeling the xylem of isolated stem segments of *** was solution soaking for 24 *** running speed of CF in the isolated stem was 0.3 cm/h,which was consistent with the running speed of the material in the *** could be transported between the xylem and parenchyma cells,indicating that the material transport in the xylem could be through the symplastic *** above results laid a foundation for the study of the xylem transport mechanism and the xylem pathogen disease of lily.

Abnormal Action Recognition with Lightweight Pose Estimation network in Electric Power Training Scene

Web3,the next generation of the Internet,represents a decentralized and democratized *** it has garnered significant public interest and found numerous real-world applications,there is a limited understanding of people’s perceptions and experiences with *** this study,we conducted an empirical study to investigate the categories of Web3 applications and their popularity,as well as the potential challenges and opportunities within this emerging *** research was carried out in two *** the first phase,we analyzed 200 popular Web3 projects associated with 10 leading Web3 venture capital *** the second phase,we collected and examined code-related data from GitHub and market-related data from blockchain browsers(e.g.,Etherscan)for these *** analysis revealed that the Web3 ecosystem can be categorized into two groups,i.e.,Web3 infrastructure and Web3 applications,with each consisting of several subcategories or *** also gained insights into the popularity of these Web3 projects at both the code and market levels and pointed out the challenges in the Web3 ecosystem at the system,developer,and user levels,as well as the opportunities it *** findings contribute to a better understanding of Web3 for researchers and developers,which in turn promotes further exploration and advancement in this innovative field.

Vinyltrimethylsilane as a novel electrolyte additive for improving interfacial stability of Li-rich cathode working in high voltage

Boosting the interfacial stability between electrolyte and Li-rich cathode material at high operating voltage is vital important to enhance the cycling stability of Li-rich cathode materials for high-performance Li-ion *** this work,vinyltrimethylsilane as a new type of organic silicon electrolyte additive is studied to address the interfacial instability of Li-rich cathode material at high operating *** cells using vinyltrimethylsilane additive shows the high capacity retention of 73.9%after 300 cycles at 1 C,whereas the cells without this kind of additive only have the capacity retention of 58.9%.The improvement of stability is mainly attributed to the additive helping to form a more stable surface film for Li-rich cathode material,thus avoiding direct contact between the electrolyte and the cathode material,slowing down the dissolution of metal ions and the decomposition of the electrolyte under high operating *** findings in this work shed some light on the design of stable cycling performance of Li-rich cathode toward advanced Li-ion batteries.

Performance of elastic ball screen-cleaning device based on DEM-MBD coupling simulation

In seed breeding, the vibrating screen used for pre-sowing grading parental seeds often has the problem of poor self-purification rate. Using elastic balls to clean the plugging seeds and ensure the self-purification of the screen is a viable technical solution. To clarify and improve the operating performance of the elastic ball particles, a DEM-MBD coupling simulation model of the elastic ball screen-cleaning device was established in this study, and a numerical simulation analysis of the complex motion process was carried out. The mechanism of action of the elastic ball was explained more completely from the aspects of excitation force and energy transfer. Through the Plackett-Burman test, it was determined that the vibration frequency has the most significant effect on the excitation force. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on each factor and the mathematical relationship equation. It was found that when the maximum excitation force was greater than 7 N and the average excitation force was greater than 2 N, the self-purification rate was greater than 95%. The self-purification rate was then increased to 99.81% by variable frequency tests. The variable frequency achieved better self-purification effect.
