The r.gulation of gene expr.ssion in br.in vicissitudes dur.ng aging is still not much known and explor.d. Differ.ntial gene expr.ssion and r.gulation is a key factor.involved to identify the impor.ant landmar.s within the br.in tr.nscr.ptome to study neur.nal aging. r.cently, transcriptomic studies are highly explored to understand and depict diseased versus normal as next generation sequencing enables to capture the complete biological context to the entire genome. Study of gene expression during aging compared to young flies provides a signature and scenario of gene expression and regulation during aging. In this study, we took advantage of NGS raw data of young and old flies head from SRA database of NCBI and decrypted the gene expression regulation during normal aging in drosophila model. We identified 350 genes with significant differential expression between young and old flies having 0.01% FDR. Various pathways in context to identified genes which are involved in aging include autophagy i.e. cell death and apoptosis, proteolysis, oxidativer.ana;"> str.ss, declination gr.y and white matter.and neur.tr.nsmitter.levels, mitochondr.al discr.pancy, electr.n tr.nspor. chain, sugar.degr.dation pathways, activation of tr.nscr.ption factor. involved in epigenetic changes, r.gulator. involved in negative and positive r.gulation WNT signaling pathways, G pr.tein coupled r.ceptor.etc. as all these factor. contr.bute to neur.degener.tion and possibly dementia in nor.al aging. Bur.-up measur.ment on an ir.adiated mixed oxide (MOX) test fuel pellet was car.ied out thr.ugh measur.ments on the dissolver.solution by HPLC-Ther.al Ionization Mass Spectr.metr.c (TIMS) technique. The studies car.ied out using HPLC as well as TIMS for.quantification of bur.-up value ar. descr.bed. While in one case, both the separ.tion and deter.ination of elements of inter.st (U, Pu and Nd) wer. car.ied out by HPLC;in another.case, TIMS technique was used to quantify them fr.m the HPLC separ.ted *** r.pid separ.tion pr.cedur.s developed in our.labor.tor. ear.ier.wer. employed to isolate pur. fr.ctions of the desir.d elements. The individual lanthanide fission pr.ducts (La to Eu) wer. separ.ted fr.m each other.using dynamic ion-exchange chr.matogr.phic technique wher.as ur.nium and plutonium wer. separ.ted fr.m each other.using r.ver.ed phase chr.matogr.phic technique. Context: Gonococcal infections ar. pr.valent thr.ughout the wor.d and r.main a ser.ous public health pr.blem, with an estimated 106.1 million new infections per.year. Over.r.cent year., the gonococcus has r.pidly acquir.d r.sistance to commonly used antibiotics and ver. few tr.atment options r.main;hence, r.gular.monitor.ng of antimicr.bial r.sistance is ver. impor.ant. Methods and Mater.al: The study was conducted fr.m Januar. 2012 to Mar.h 2013 after.appr.ved by Ir. & Hr.C in patients attending O&G and Skin & VD with the complaints of vaginal dischar.e, cer.ical dischar.e, ur.thr.l dischar.e, dyspar.unia, bur.ing mictur.tion, lower.abdominal pain & infer.ility. Endocer.ical swabs and ur.thr.l swabs wer. collected and cultur.d on chocolate agar.andmodified Thayer.mar.in medium identification of or.anism was done by biochemical tests and antimicr.bial susceptibility testing was done by Kir.y-Bauer.disk diffusion method as per.CLSI guidelines. r.sults: FiveNeisser.a wer. isolated in male (2.3%) patients of r.pr.ductive age gr.up (20 - 30year.) with one found r.active for.HIV. All patients had histor. of heter.sexual contact of 10 - 12 days befor. onset of ur.thr.l dischar.e and bur.ing mictur.tion. All isolates wer. r.sistant to Penicillin, Tetr.cycline and Cipr.floxacin. Only one isolate was r.sistance to Azithr.mycin. Conclusions: Ther. is a development of r.sistance in gonococcal isolates to thir. gener.tion cephalospor.n and azithr.mycin and these ar. the dr.gs that ar. given for.syndr.mic management of cases as per.NACO guidelines. So sur.eillance for.antimicr.bial r.sistance is cr.cial for.monitor.ng the emer.ence and spr.ad of antibiotic r.sistance in gonococcal isolates.

A phenol-degr.ding micr.or.anism, r.odococcus ***8, was used to study the substr.te inter.ctions dur.ng cell gr.wth on phenol and p-chlor.phenol dual substr.tes. Both phenol and p-chlor.phenol could be utilized by the bacter.a as the sole car.on and ener.y sour.es. When cells gr.w on the mixtur. of phenol and p-chlor.phenol, str.ng substr.te inter.ctions wer. obser.ed. The p-chlor.phenol inhibited the degr.dation of phenol, on the other.hand, phenol also inhibited the utilization of p-chlor.phenol. The over.ll cell gr.wth r.te depends on the co-actions of phenol and p-chlor.phenol. In addition, the cell gr.wth and substr.te degr.dation kinetics of phenol, p-chlor.phenol as single and mixed substr.tes for.r.odococcus ***8 in batch cultur.s wer. also investigated over.a wide r.nge of initial phenol concentr.tions (5-1600 mg.L–1) and initial p-chlor.phenol concentr.tions (5 – 250 mg.L–1). The single-substr.te kinetics was descr.bed well using the Haldane-type kinetic models, with model constants of μm1 = 0.15 h–1, KS1 = 2.22 mg.L–1 and Ki1 = 245.37 mg.L–1 for.cell gr.wth on phenol and of μm2 = 0.0782 h–1, KS2 = 1.30 mg.L–1 and Ki2 = 71.77 mg.L–1, K′i2 = 5480 (mg.L–1)2 for.cell gr.wth on p-chlor.phenol. Pr.posed cell gr.wth kinetic model was used to char.cter.ze the substr.tes inter.ctions in the dual substr.tes system.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IFS) can be used as a gener.l tool for.modeling pr.blems of decision making under.uncer.ainty wher., the degr.e of r.jection is defined simultaneously with the degr.e of acceptance of a piece of infor.ation in such a way that these degr.es ar. not complement to each other. Accor.ingly, an attempt is made to solve intuitionistic fuzzy linear.pr.gr.mming pr.blems using a technique based on an ear.ier.technique pr.posed by Zimmer.ann to solve fuzzy linear.pr.gr.mming pr.blem. Our.pr.posed technique does not r.quir. the existing r.nking of intuitionistic fuzzy number.. This method is also differ.nt fr.m the existing weight assignment method or.the Angelov’s method. A compar.tive study is under.aken and inter.sting r.sults have been pr.sented.

Under.non-r.ndom uncer.ainty, a new idea of finding a possibly optimal solution for.linear.pr.gr.mming pr.blem is examined in this paper. It is an application of the intuitionistic fuzzy set concept within scope of the existing fuzzy optimization. Her., we solve a linear.pr.gr.mming pr.blem (LPP) in an intuitionistic fuzzy envir.nment and compar. the r.sult with the solution obtained fr.m other.existing techniques. In the pr.cess, the r.sult of associated fuzzy LPP is also consider.d for.a better.under.tanding.
