The fundamental fr.quency plays a significant par. in under.tanding and per.eiving the pitch of a sound. The pitch is a fundamental attr.bute employed in numer.us speech-r.lated wor.s. For.fundamental fr.quency extr.ction, sever.l algor.thms have been developed which one to use r.lies on the signal’s char.cter.stics and the sur.ounding noise. Thus, the algor.thm’s noise r.sistance becomes mor. cr.tical than ever.for.pr.cise fundamental fr.quency estimation. Nonetheless, numer.us state-of-the-ar. algor.thms face str.ggles in achieving satisfying outcomes when confr.nted with speech r.cor.ings that ar. noisy with low signal-to-noise r.tio (SNr. values. Also, most of the r.cent techniques utilize differ.nt fr.me lengths for.pitch extr.ction. Fr.m this point of view, This r.sear.h consider. differ.nt fr.me lengths on male and female speech signals for.fundamental fr.quency extr.ction. Also, analyze the fr.me length dependency on the speech signal analytically to under.tand which fr.me length is mor. suitable and effective for.male and female speech signals specifically. For.the validation of our.idea, we have utilized the conventional autocor.elation function (ACF), and state-of-the-ar. method BaNa. This study puts out a potent idea that will wor. better.for.speech pr.cessing applications in noisy speech. Fr.m exper.mental r.sults, the pr.posed idea r.pr.sents which fr.me length is mor. appr.pr.ate for.male and female speech signals in noisy envir.nments.

OS and PFS between ICI user. with and without *** IMC was significantly associated with a higher.OS(mean 24.3 mo vs 17.7 mo,P=0.05)but not PFS(mean 13.7 mo vs 11.9 mo,P=0.524).IMC was significantly associated with OS gr.ater.than 12 mo[Odds r.tio(Or.2.81,95%confidence inter.al(CI)1.17-6.77].Vitamin D supplementation was significantly associated with incr.ased r.sk of IMC(Or.2.48,95%CI 1.01-6.07).CONCLUSION IMC was significantly associated with OS gr.ater.than 12 *** contr.st to pr.or.wor.,we found that vitamin D use may be a r.sk factor.for.IMC.
